Phenomenal service as soon as I walked through the door. The professionalism displayed by Q and the rest of the crew through out the process was seamless, timely, and quite frankly, enjoyable. I recommend using this location 10/10 times. Bar none service was great. If you have to travel a little bit further, do it.

Would highly recommend- I had an issue with a used vehicle I had recently purchased with the low tire pressure alert being lit, some very old cracked Firestone tires and my brakes squeaking badly, was helped by Liz to get all the parts needed, good tires, and even a 18% discount off the original quote. the technician, Lucky, was able to find the issue quickly, and restore the broken control arm, replaced with low price/ high quality Hankook tires and the ride was improved significantly! Alonzo and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional, every time I bring my car there for repairs I’m never disappointed, they get the work done in a timely manner.

Needed a balance and maybe a wheel alignment. Explain what the issue was and went with both after being explained the process. Once done drove it home steering shook and pulled to the right worse then ever before. Spoke with Alonzo (great guy btw) took it back, got it back in decent time with the issue somewhat resolved. Still shakes slightly and wants to go still push to the right (leaving as is for now). But thats now my major complaint. My complaint is the carelessness when it came to taking my 1 week old wheels off. They scratched up every one of my wheels specifically the area where the lug nuts are removed. They also left a noticeable nick one of my brand new wheels. Alonzo straight class act! The rest of staff/workers clueless and careless.

The man behind the desk i would give him 10/10 for customer service, the rest of the operation not so much. i do not recommend if you need fast service.Got to the location at 1030. 4 new tires and alignment, they got dont with my truck at 1420 (220). the fastest part was the alignment. i watched the kid working on my truck take 2 smoke brakes in that time, kid moved like molasses.on top of this when done with alignment i have to keep the steering wheel at 10 degree to drive straight.

Great service & taken care of by Sean. He is the Mgr at this location. The place was closed but i pulled in while He was in garage. I had a break issue that was done at another mavis location and the caliper bolt came off caliper. Sean was very nice to help my mother out and fix the caliper which he didnt have to and he took the time to make sure it was safe and able to drive. Very big deal in my book. Great customer service provided with knowledge.
