My nails came out great and exceeded my expectations! was very happy with my nails and the person who did them was very nice. however, they costed $80 which i felt was a little pricey even though i did get little gems and an ombré design done. i understand the pricing, however they didn’t tell me the price of everything before the service or during, they waited until after. they also used gel polish on me and my friends nails without asking, which added 20 dollars to our price. I made an appointment, came 20 minutes early and i still had to wait 30 minutes but it wasn’t too bad

They are Great! My daughter and I got two different stylists and were well pleased with our results. They know what they are doing, take time to listsn, and pamper... I highly recommend.

Is ok place, went just for eyebrows. Other places they lay you down, they sat me down on a CHAIR and my NECK HURTS NOW. But the place looks good for pedicures. Have to try that one day.

Staff was great but the clientele was less then desired. Staff had to ask customer to stop flinging the F word because there was children in there. I felt after she continued to disregard the staffs request she should have been asked to leave. Made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere

The wait time is average but there has been a couple times where you have to stand outside of the store to wait. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very courteous. There are two of the staff that I have had take care of my nails that I feel have dealt with my needs and concerns specifically. I was not happy with my last visit. Got burned multiple times. And requested specific shape nails, didnt get them how I like.

I got my nails done in this place for my wedding and that was the worse decision I could made for First of all, The guy that did my nails looked like he was learning. He did not do what I asked Him to do. Not only that but one of them were crooked. They got dirty the next day and I could not washed them off. I wish I can post the pictures to show that Im no lying. Worse place I have ever get my nails done.

Worst nail salon in history...3 girls there so far and neither can get the job right. Different length, width even color when you go to fix one or 2... ughhhh they mess up easy. Was cut 3 times!!!! By the girl on the left row last table in the back sits next to pedicure seats. Ugh I wont even proceed to the other girls.. Extremely rude when you ask to fix. Wish I would of taken a pic of the nail!

Been going here for nails and toes since they opened. Van and Linda are my girls - though I have been to them all at one point and everyone is very good.

I got my nails done a week ago. I already went back because a day after I got them done, one of my thumb corners chipped off. They fixed it free of charge. A day later the other thumb chipped. Now my left pointer corner chipped off as well as the left middle, and my right pointer is cracked. My nails are not even ready to be refilled yet. WORST experience Ive ever had getting my nails done.

Expect to wait an hour even with an appointment. Oh and they won’t tell you until you ask or your 45 minutes in waiting !

I came and got my nails done last week and the very next day they were messed up. I went back for them to fix my nails and the next day they were messed up again. I tried to get a refund the manager kept telling I can’t get my money back. Instead he gave me $5 my next service. Now, I today i’m Here and the lady next to me asked for coffin nails and end up getting square about them the nail tech was done. She has to get her whole entire polished off and get a new polish. My nails are very uneven and extremely unhappy with the service right now.

Only like 1/2 of the employees do a good job and don’t bother making an appointment, they won’t honor it. Big waste of my time.

I usually go there all the time it WAS my favorite nail salon until the last time I went. I’m getting my nails done for my mothers weeding and I’m getting my nails done and they cut me THREE times. One she blamed me for moving and the other two things it seemed she did it on purpose. So I am mad about that lady. I also got pedi she said I had an engrossing nail so she cut it off it my toe has never bleed that much. Do not go for the girl with glasses with skinny eyebrows.

Used to be good but got way too expensive and the nails are very low quality. Nail polish chips, nails break and lift. Quality is definitely not worth the price.

Always great customer service and a wonderful job. Been going to get my nails done here for over 7 years. I dont go anywhere else.

Ok place. Depends on their mood. Some days they do my wifes nails amazingly well, other days it looks like my 8 year old adhd son did them while half asleep.

1st time here and fast did not wait. Pleasant nice relaxing music in the back ground.

I like the nail salon very much! But the last time I had gotten my nails done, I got acrylics and they were a little crooked. But overall very nice!

I went in for a manicure, it was my first time and I think this it’s the worst $12 dollar and biggest worst of time I’ve done. The girl literally butcher up my nails, they look worst than when I went in.
