Google maps is wrong. It’s in the ShopRite plaza!!! I must say that this is by far the nicest PF facility I have ever been to. And, I’ve been to over 100 of them on my travels. Very clean, nice showers, be friendly staff. Vineland finally took me by surprise-in a good way! I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely ridiculously rude staff at night!!! Let me clarify not all staff but a few that’s in there all the time!!! Has anyone trained them on social skills? Planet fitness should be ashamed of themselves for the people they hire

False advertisement. It says $1 down $10 a month but when I went in, it was more. The girl told me it was extra “fees”. Fees for what, exactly? Regardless, don’t advertise if it’s more.Also - Rude staff at night. Horrible. Not all but two in particular. Never look you in the eye, never say have a good night, hello, nothing. Stare at you while you work out. Where do you get these people from? If you ask them a question, they get an attitude. Mad because they can’t sit home and collect lol. And don’t bother trying to call. They let the phone just ring and ring. I had to call back at least 5 times. I’ll be sure to let people know how extremely rude and unprofessional some of the workers are there. I have already been charged the annual fee but after this year, I won’t be coming back for this reason alone.

Vanessa is a very sweet lady! I had issues with my membership and she helped me without hesitation. The place is very big and i felt safe and clean. Better than the Millville location I went to for months!

Huge 2 story facility with machines upstairs facing the windows fire a better view than another t.v. very clean since its brand new. The parking lot will look full but there are plenty of machines to go around unless you like a strict schedule. Youll have to wait for special workout equipment when busy.

Have been here several times at the conference center on the second floor. Good facility for professional meetings and classes.

Went in today with a free day pass. Covid nightmare. Their policy is that you dont have to wear a mask when actively working out. However; theres too many people that feel this means you never have to wear one. Saw 3 employees at the front desk. 2 of them never left the desk to do a walk around. The one that did was heading a class with no mask on. It is easy to social distance here due to the lack of equipment. Dumbbells only go up to 70lbs. No squat racks. No barbells. Only Smith machines and isometrics. This place is not for an intermediate - advanced lifter. Will not be going back

The gym is nice overall. The staff do a good job at keeping things clean, and enforcing their own rules. The lay out of the gym is eh, but its only a short walk to the equipment you need. Mirrors everywhere.

I go 5 days a week, great staff, great atmosphere.

I signed up to tan. It was very expensive and after signing up I found out I cant make an appointment to assure I can tan. The only way is to go to to go there where I have to wait. Very displeased.

Love new gym, new equipment, beautiful locker room and restroom area ❤ always pleasure to be there!

Trainer came into the 30-minute workout room while six people were using that equipment with two her students. And threaten to throw out anybody of the room with a supervisor of Planet Fitness that did not abide by the red and green light rules. Most of the people just got up and left out of the 30 minute workout room due to that treatment.

Thankfully they dont make you wear a mask while youre actually on a machine, this is the only planet fitness I will go to. Dont muzzle the ox while it treads out the grain

Heidi the trainer there is amazing and it is included in your membership! I never had better training in my life and for only $20 a month! The gym is new, and large. I cant recommend this specific planet fitness enough!
