I called prior to getting there for a carpet stretcher. I told them that I’ll be coming to pick it up. I drove half an hour to get there.I asked for the stretcher. That’s when they checked and noticed that it was not there. When he looked it up. It was in Egg Harbor Township, 45 minutes away.

A perfect 10!!!! As the owner of PedMar Property Support here in vineland we have bought many products and rented other equipment from Gary and his staff! Equipment never failed us and customer service has always been top grade class A with us! I have received many hand written thank you cards from the owner Gary Galloway after purchases and or rentals! If this isnt quality customer service then what is? I dont go anywhere else but Rental Country!!!

STAY AWAY FROM RENTAL COUNTRY....I dropped off a leaf blower because it wouldn’t start I paid for the extended warranty on this blower.. a week later I get no phone call or updates on the blower. Finally after waiting for over a week I call and they say that the blower is blown up and they gave me a estimate for $570. That estimate is over $100 more than I paid for the leaf blower in the first place. Than they tell me that it’s not covered under warranty. I purchased the extended warranty. According to them nothing but factory defects is covered under extended warranty. How are you gonna have a factory defect 3 years from now? I asked to speak to there manager and they left me on hold. I call back again they said there isn’t a manger on duty.. every experience that I’ve had at this place has been awful. I’ve bought 3 stihl products with extended warranty’s and for what they won’t cover anything... the leaf blower has only been used 4 or 5 times with the factory oil mix that they recommended... I am now taking all my products from there store, selling them or trading them in and telling everyone I know to stay out of that awful place.. no wonder it has a 1 out of 5 review...

I rented bob cat this week and this machine run good after few hours the battery is not charging and everytime turn off we have to jump, l wasting my time. The not give a refund or sorry and the charge for day 400 plus 50 for fuel. Repair and fix you junk rental country.

Reserved an air compressor the day before arrival, agreed to a price and was told there would be a security deposit (not so uncommon, usually twice the total rental and then you are refunded after you return clean/working equipment). I arrive the following morning and am met by Brett(not at all friendly..) I ask Brett what the make is of the compressor and the condition.. (Brett doesn’t answer either question) He asks for my drivers license and after I hand it to him and he tells me there is a $2000.00 deposit for an 8hr (one day) rental!! (Because I’m from PA..) I ask for my license back and walk out the door not saying another word... best decision I made!! Con artists.... I would have never gotten my security deposit back or only a fraction of it... AVOID this place! I went to Winslow Rentals in Berlin, well worth the drive! Better prices by far and WAY better people working at that store!**UPDATEGary Galloway the owner of the business also thinks it a great idea to call people that leave bad reviews and attempt to bully them..... nice try Gary.... I’m not scared

Finally stopped and got me a brand new Stihl chop saw something Ive been wanting for a long time because Ive been using them on the job for the last 30 years now I have my own customer service was great cant wait to go back and visit him see him again thank you for your help have a great day
