Good customer service.

Guy at the desk that rented me the vehicle misinformed me on the gas mpg. Since I reserved a midsize SUV that was gonna get 30 mpg and he said the 2020 truck would get about the same. Nope it got 16.9 mpg. Not a big deal unless you were driving how far I did. Spent double on gas. Will never rent from Hertz again.

I wish I can rate a lower score (Not Vineland rental but hertz over all) I used to be a big fan of hertz until they failed my family big time. I reserved a cargo van from Texas to Delaware so that I can move my mother from her apartment to Delaware. Once I got to pick up the van I couldn’t find the location. After multiple calls and probably 1hr before the reservation, I was able to get a hold of them. To my surprise, they did not have a cargo van available. In fact there wasn’t any cargo van available any where. Instead of apologizing they ask me to call around other hertz. Unfortunately, there was none, not even a pick up truck. My mother had to leave so we had no choice but to leave all her furniture. I have posted a couple of message in twitter and they continue to say to message them privately so they can investigate. It was all a lie. It’s been a week. This is of such high disappointment. A simple call ahead of time may have helped. Very disorganized and think of their clients last.

Wish I could rate no stars reserved a car for pick up and got a confirmation number to only get there after a 45 min drive for them to tell me they dont have a car for me very unprofessional dont use them

The vehicle was very nice, and the guys were great, BUT IT WAS NOT THE VEHICLE THAT WE ORDERED. We asked for an SUV, and was told that another store rented the vehicle we were supposed to have. They tried to make good by giving us an upgrade (minivan) for the SUV price, and didnt charge us for adding an extra driver, but we really should have had the vehicle we had asked for. Didnt have this problem with their competitor. Not sure if I would use them again.

But they need to know the differences between the pieces from lottery tickets when rub them to see if you won, from cigs ashes. And when you tell them nobody smoked in the car. You are telling the truth.

The staff was very helpful the car was amazing (brand new Chevy Cruise) I would buy that can, oh did I mention that they sell some of these cars

I rent cars here frequently and always get good service & a decent car. The prices seem fair, for the most part. I wish they had more weekend hours but it seems like their hours align with other rental agencies so its just something Id have to deal with no matter what. Returns are easy, rewards points accumulate fast, sometimes you get a brand-spanking-new car. Will continue to rent from here for the foreseeable future.

Excellent Customer Service by the young Gentlemen with the beard sorry for not remembering ur name. They should send new employees to train under him. Thank You for making my exit from Chicago area more pleasant then my stay.🐉

Price was a little high, especially when we compared with Enterprise after booking at the dealership. But what we were really annoyed by was that we called to see if we could drop off the car an hour late because we were caught in a major snow storm. On the phone the rep said it was no problem, but when I received my bill I was charged for an extra hour ($36.60).

People were very nice and helpful, the car was clean and ready to go.

Customer Service was amazing, when my wife and child got into a car accident (coming to pick me up after we dropped off the rental car). They were kind enough to give me a lift to the accident site without hesitation. I am very thankful for their help.

Very nice reps with a very convenient location, and Hertz is the best place to rent one way in case you need to travel couple hundred miles one way to say like to buy a motorhome, so you and your companion and travel back together rather than follow each other, there one way fee is lowest in the industry.
