Kept me on phone waiting asked me for information I did not have so when I got it could not reach who I was talking to so I left a message and no one called me back so I did it again still no call back so I called back again and then finally some one spoke to me and said they would call me back they did this time but then said we can not insure u that went on for two weeks the guy said this is why no one called u back I told him she gave me a good quote then all that happened 2 weeks trying to get that quote still should of let me know the first day

Called for a homeowners quote, I think I interrupted his lunch, seemed annoyed I called, barely asked me any questions, said he had a program to find out info for our house & he never called me back.
