Place is slow as molasses and their instructions/directions are minimal at best

They are very nice on the phone with their online application is very difficult. I kept running into problems I guess Ill just have to go into the main office.

Great place to go for help with bills and excellent Head Start program

They returned my call and I asked for an application and they said they would mail it to me and I havent received it yet very disappointed
