WoW!!! This business was fantastic! They were fast to give us an estimate when three other businesses didn’t even give us a call about the job we needed done. The estimate was reasonable. They arrived on time. Their work was very good! The lady in the Vincennes office was professional & friendly! We will take our business to J.E. Sheckell whenever we need any of their services & I would highly recommend for others to call this business first!

Matthew was very good. He explained what he saw and what he was doing to fix the issues. He was very thorough. This was our second opinion. And it should have been first! This is the only company we will be going to from now on! This company is also very prompt!

David and I were VERY IMPRESSED with the Service Man, Roy Henderson! He was thorough, answered many questions concerning our furnace, and other systems. We just moved into this home and were unfamiliar. He told us about the 3 different service plans they offer. We have already set up an appointment for the Spring check of our AC.

We were selling our home and on the closing date had air trouble. Called J E Shekell and they were there very promptly. Had another issue at a later date and they came right away. Very punctual and professional. We won’t call anyone else if we have air/heating problems!! Very pleased with service and fees.

Had furnace issues this past Monday. Levi came out that afternoon and advised we would need to replace furnace. The entire staff at Vincennes location were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had a new furnace installed on Friday. Mark and Hayden did an outstanding job and very thorough as well as explaining the new furnace to us. Thank you Valerie and Jason in assisting us with choosing and ordering. Thanks to Levi for letting us use his heater.

Best service around from the Vincennes location. Called at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon and they were there at 1:00 and resolved situation quickly. Awesome work guys!!

I called with heat problem. They came right away. They needed to tear out the old furnace and replace. They did this within three days,. They showed up on time, worked and cleaned. They replaced it and it looks great and works well. Even with the masks they worked, very professional.
