My wife recently called and made an appointment to get the breaks on her van changed. The whole process was terrible. When she dropped the van off they had her wrong phone number. She corrected the number and let the lady at the front desk know that she was taking her two kids home. She waited all day with no phone call from Best One. She ended up having to call them to ask what was going on with the van. It turns out they only call me instead of her. They called me one time. I was at work and unable to see my phone. They had our van for 8 hours and made one attempt to call. When she called they did not apologize for not trying to get ahold of her. They claimed everything was fine with the breaks even though the breaks have been squealing for awhile now. They claimed it was because they were hot. Even though she explained it happens EVERY time you touch the breaks. The man had no other explanation on why the breaks would make a noise. The man working on the van seemed to have no idea what else could be wrong with them and spoke to my wife like she couldnt possibly make a decision on the van. He kept mentioning what would your husband like to do. She had to mention repeatedly to please change them. Finally he agreed. They kept the van over night even though this should have been a quick brake change. The next morning my wife had to make another call to see if they van was done. It was. As we went to get the van again Best One called my phone to let me know the van was done. Again refusing to speak to my wife. My wife then asked the front desk why no one would speak to her about the van that she dropped off and would only talk to me.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced! My husband and I always get oil changes and tire rotation. We also have got the occasional nail in the tire, and always got a quick repair the same day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was 3 people ahead of me and I was told it would probably be 45 minutes, it was only 20! I had to get a new tire, alignment, and get my tires balanced. Took less than an hour! Highly recommend Best One for any vehicle need.

We have always trusted Best One with our vehicles. Yesterday was no exception. My husband is injured from an accident just after Christmas and noticed my vehicle was leaking oil but couldn’t get down to look at. I’ve also been having a tire sensor issue for the last several weeks. It’s currently our only vehicle and needed for getting my husband to therapies and appts comfortably. Rick took me out under vehicle to show me the seriousness of the issue, and even face timed with my husband so he could see. He suggested where I could get an estimate and the range of options we might have. He was very helpful and told me his schedule in case we had any other questions. It was also his birthday so I wished him a happy birthday and thanked him for going above and beyond. This is why we stick with Best One!

Called in the morning, over my lunch break they were able to patch my flat tire and put it back on. Wasn’t even late for work. They even showed me the nail that they pulled out, which was a fun courtesy.

Was happy that Best One worked us in the same day I called. Not happy with the fact that lug nuts were put on so tightly that the lug wrench in the vehicle was not long enough to break any of the 20 lug nuts on the vehicle loose. Had to use an impact wrench to get them free. Would be a huge problem if I had a flat tire, needed to use the spare.

BestOne changed the oil in my car, replaced the windshield wipers, and rotated my tires all for an AMAZING price. They even gave me a punch card a coupon for next time. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, and their efficiency is unmatched. My car was done in less than 45 minutes. The location is wonderful too! I was able to walk down Main Street and look in some of the local shops end bakeries while they worked. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent service as always ! Brought in a loose tire to be repaired and new tpms sensor put in. I needed an alignment ASAP and Best One was the only place out of 5 places that I called that could give me one that same day. I took it in at 3pm and had it back by 4pm I was very pleased with how fast it was finished. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shop/lobby was probably the cleanest Ive seen. Not satisfy with them. When my husband went in the store for some services. The two gentlemen was laying on the floor when my husband ask for help but never move. They only move when we left the store.Idk whats with them. If we were white they wont ignore our services. Smh.

Ive used Best One three times now and its time for a review.The first time I needed new tires. I popped on my spare and made my way over to Best One.They changed the tires for a competitive price and tossed the spare in the bed of my truck. Not a big deal Im fully capable of putting the spare where it belongs when I get home.The second time I used best one my valve stems were all rotted. One snapped off while I was trying to put air in the tires and two more cracked. I put the spare on and got over to Best one quickly. Low Air lights on of course. I Explicitly asked that all four valve stems be replaced. The truck came out of the garage with only one valve stem replaced (but hey, the spare was back under the bed where it belongs). I asked about the other three and was told they were good. Mind you the low air lights are still on. I had to walk with the guys out to the truck and show them the cracked stems. The cracks appeared at the slightest touch and were clearly going to snap if one attempted to add air. The finished the job. Never mind the fact they didnt do what I had asked, they didnt even bother to check the others.The third time, and I should have learned my lesson by now, I came in to get the oil changed quickly. I also had low air in one tire and a tail light out. Im in this truck a lot as you might have guessed. I asked for oil and to swap the light out. I went across the street to Old Chicago to grab a drink and watch some highlights while I waited. I saw the truck back out of the garage. Tail light still out. As I walked into the the shop what I could only assume was the manager said oh, let me check about that tail light for you. I replied its still out, I saw it back out from across the street. He opened the door to the garage and asked his guys if they replaced the tail light on the truck they had just serviced. Two immediate Yups and yeah theyre all good came back. He had to explain to them that I saw the truck back out. To their credit they did the light for free.In my experience the guys at Best One will only do the bare bones minimum that you ask for, and often not even that. I would advise you exhaust all other competition before taking your business here.

I have been getting tires and oil changes here for years. They are sometimes slow, but they are always professional and friendly. My only complaint is the mechanics don’t clean their hands before getting in the car. I often have grease residue on my headliner (from them placing the sticker) or steering wheel.

I needed some tires mounted on my truck because they were in awful shape and Best One took me straight in and put them on. I was very pleased with how fast and courteous the people were! I would go there again before I go back to Walmart.

GREAT Friendly People and Service

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I purchased a new set of tires. Staff made appropriate suggestions and saved me money.

They told me my upper and lower ball joints needed to be replaced when they were perfectly fine, and my Axels needed to be replaced because I had a crack in the boots the guy told me I might get 500 miles before my front tire will fold in because of the ball joints. I pulled a 12000 pound fifth wheel from Indiana to Texas with no problem got home and had my mechanic look at it he said there is nothing wrong with the ball joints and my shocks need to replaced. Replaced them and fixed the problem they tried to get over on me for over a thousand dollars because I had out of state plates be very careful and get a second opinion from another company if your going to do business with this company.

I dropped my car off early morning with no appointment. I had a dangerously low tire on my car. Best one tire took care of my problem very quickly. I left my car there and Paula drove me to work. Short time later they called and said the car was done and offered to pick me up. I told them that wasn’t necessary; I arranged for my wife to pick me up and get my car. Everyone who worked with me was top notch and this company deserves a five star rating.

First big snow of the season and of course no one had my size tire in the town I live in. Went to work 50 miles away driving on bad tires and immediately made a call to Best One Tire in Vincennes. Todd was very helpful and they even had my special size tires in stock. Dropped my car off and they gave me a ride back to work!. Tires were done well before my lunch break!! I went in to have a slow leak checked, expecting to hear, youre going to need a new tire. After checking my tire, I was told that it was just a piece of a screw in it & it would be easily patched. What a relief!

Service was great I walked in very close to closing time on a Saturday and they still took the time to look at my vehicle. I came in with a slow leaking tire and they found a nail very close to the side wall which could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. I was in and out with in 30 mins.
