Great neighborhood with every type of housing imaginable. With access to the lake, pool, tennis courts and golf course, theres always plenty to do as well. Only annoyance is SPA, the neighborhood police. They get a little carried away over minor things, like going barely over the speed limit.

Nice place love it very expensive POF fees at the end of the year I know a few people that moved from there because of the strict rules
