I am very pleased with AEL. My technician, Emily, always lets me know when shes coming and ask if Ive had any issues before treating. I highly recommend AEL.

Should have went with my gut. 10 months later we didnt have success with this company. Ignored requests by call & email. Dishonest about billing & very unorganized. Im all for giving someone a chance but please dont waste your time like I did. Lets just say lesson learned !! Its bizarre how they responded to my moms comment stating they treated the property twice. I was the one calling to request more treatments since they were not successful, only to be ignored. Plus the comment about an outstanding balance is a total & unacceptable lie! I personally set up the direct deposit & they are so unorganized that I had to remind them with documents. Stay clear & go to someone else. I mean just look at the reviews, if they were any good people would be telling you.
