Got turned away with 1 hour and 20 min until they close after waiting 15 min for an employee to even talk to me. Keep up the good work guys. Oh also there was only one person in front of me and they were already in the bay so I guess they were doing some serious mechanical work for them to have to turn me away with that much time left....

Got here at 11am and they said it would be two hours to change 3 tires. Took six hours to get it done.

Havent been here since before the pandemic but saw that they were open again and decided to go. The set up is a little different right now. It looks closed when you drive up but a mechanic will come out and take care of you if you wait a couple minutes. The staff was wonderful! Very sincere and helpful and kind. Also got my oil changed in 30 minutes! And it was 10:30am. Usually I dont have this well of an experience, but today was wonderful!

We got there at 15 minutes before closing with a tire problem. The staff was very friendly, covered our tire under warranty that had recently been purchased. Thanks Johnathan and staff!

I usually get my oil changes at the Walmart Auto Care Centers in the area due to the very low prices they offer. However, this particular location was speedy with quality work. While they seem to be somewhat lax with operating hours, my automotive service experience was exceptional. Some staff at the register seemed to be somewhat distant, and unresponsive. On the other hand, the mechanics were incredible. I will definitely be returning.

Honestly, I’m surprised how well my tire change went at Walmart. I pulled in line, told the mechanic what I needed, he put in my request, and I went inside and browsed the store. Probably 30-35 minutes later, they called me to say my service was completed. I only needed my front driver tire replaced and for a new tire, it only cost about $75 (the tire itself was only $50). I was surprised at the price—a used tire at a local shop was $80—and how quickly they serviced my vehicle with it being a Saturday at around 1:30 p.m. I’m grateful for them because I had plans in Atlanta and needed to be on the road ASAP; they fixed me up nicely (the tire is doing great a week later, by the way). I’ve never went to Walmart for a tire change but I’ll definitely consider coming back once I’m ready for a whole new set of tires!

They are very nice friendly. Affordable. I like taking my vehicle. For tires oil changes.

Arrived at 5:30pm on a Tuesday, they refused to do an oil change because they were over saturated with tire work and were short handed .This is my fault how?? Where is management? Your allowing your employees to turn away business during operation hours? Last time Im coming her Wal-mart customer no service strikes again.

The price is always right so I guess I cant complain too much, but WOW! the service was awful. Ive never felt so bad for asking for a simple oil change but the look these folks gave me just for showing up cut daggers through me, and then it took an hour and a half even though there was only one other vehicle there.

What do you expect from Walmart. They work like they are paid. I ordered tires. When I went to pick them up, they took so long I asked the young lady at the desk if I could get them myself. She said sure. She couldnt do it with all the people asking questions and checking out with groceries.Only reason I gave three stars is because she asked for help twice. When I got my tires they were standing up talking. How long would i have been there if I wanted an install? Took 30min at a tire shop with someone in front of me.

Went to Villa Rica Walmart... This staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and Johnny on the spot... I had a set of tires put on my sons truck... They did an unbelievable job and way before the allotted time...

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 am, fast forward to 11:45 my car still wasnt done. Turns out the whole crew except for 2 people went to lunch at 11 according to the girl at the desk. I had to leave because my schedule was too far behind. It would have been nice to know these guys were going to lunch. I could have left earlier instead my time was wasted. This is unacceptable in my book but its Walmart I guess they dont have to worry about customer service because they have the lowest price. Poorly ran andapathetic to the needs of others.

Great service was what I got. I had a small trailer tire with a small problem. They fixed it by replacing a valve stem within minutes.

I went there told them my battery (that was purchased at Walmart) in my car was having to be jumped off for the last 3 days. The Walmart associate told me he would have someone come and test the battery. 30 to 40 minutes went by and no one had come and tested the battery so I then unhooked the battery and took it inside and told the associate that I had waited and waited and no one came to test the battery so I unhooked it and brought it to him.

Took a tire that i had bought a few months back. That had blew out on my way to work. The first gental man that i spoke to looked at the tire and he seemed to agree with me that it was a factory defect from where the blow out was and the fact that it looks as if the tire blow outwards. Then the second gental man looked at it and started to stab the hole with my keys and said yeah something stabbed your tire. And said yeah it happens all the time but hey we have these tires for 48 dollars... Well not for this family any more.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I came last week for my 2 front tires and they took it apon them self to put them on the back and I had to fight with them to understand I have a hole on the front left tire and it took 3 hrs. Well they promised me a discount if I came back for the back to so of course I decided to let them do it again and I have been sitting here for 2 hrs now and my car seem to keep going to the back of the line . Every single person here was rude other then the lady at the desk. ..NEVER GO HERE .I would much rather pay more money !!!

The manager in charge took my phone number and said there was a few people in front of me and it could take a little time for oil change. That was at 1pm I went into Subway for sandwich and waited for him to call me.2hours later I went to their little waiting room.,4 people was there., 2 hours later I ask the girl would she check and see if my car was ready. She said it had been ready since 1:30 and she had called my name off intercom. I wasnt listening to it. The man said they would call my phone. Why get my number it no one was going to call.

Arrived at the tire center at 3:35. I was the only one for new tires. They told me since there is no one else in front of me it shouldnt take more than 45 min. 1 hour and 30 min. later they managed to change only 2 tires. I aked if there is any problem with the tires. The answer was mo. You should be done in 15. Needless to say it was 30 min. ago and they arent done yet. Stay away from the Villa Rica tire center. They do not value your time.!

Got service as promised in the time frame promised. Good guys working here as well.Avoid the Carrollton tire and lube at all costs however.

What a joke... The last 5 times its been very disorganized, long times for oil change, lost keys, parked vehicles blocked car, broke off lug bolts... Unbelievable

I took my car here for a simple oil change. After I drove a few miles I could smell oil burning so I pulled over and checked to see what the problem might be. My oil cap was cracked in half. I drove the car back to Wal-Mart and the manager told me that there was oil spilled on my manifold that was causing the oil smell. He replaced the cap for me and cleaned the oil spill off the car. The ladies at the counter were very friendly which made the ordeal a little less irritating.

When to Walmart auto center to get a battery checked they said it was bad so we bought a new battery paid 117 plus tax they put it in the car told us to crank the car we did so we were informed that we would need to replace the negative terrmail on the battery soon we left wal mart got on the main highway heavy with traffic and the car goes dead no flashers no nothing I get out and open the hood and I could move the cable with my hand bottom line plz people dont take your car to Walmart for anything they could have gotten both of us killed and by the way 1 800 Walmart is a JOKE my full name is George Edward Robinson and I live in west Georgia the store is on highway 61 Im saying all of this to help other people

Great for a Monday afternoon but very slow

I always get my oil changed here. If you get here early its usually fast and they do a good job.

What a joke. I went in around 5pm for a screw in the tire. I requested a patch in the tire. They did not look at the tire and said it would be at least 2.5hours. Needless to say I did not wait. I dont mind waiting but it should function in a way that someone looks at the tire and then estimates. He said he had 6 oil changes ahead of me. So that would be 2.5 hours if it was only him working. You get the service you pay for...I went to Kaufman Tire in Douglasville (where Ive always gone for tires and brakes) and they pulled my car right around and repaired tire within 15 minutes.

We did not have a great experience. A lady complained about how long her car was taking and they stopped working on ours to get hers finished even though we were there 30 minutes before her. Our car was ready an hour later. This was a total of 3 hours.

Only 2-3 cars ahead of me and I waited over 2 1/2 hours for a darn oil change. I would rather go anywhere else then wait around like this.
