A friend recommended the people to me so I called. Spoke to a nice lady by the name of Marla. I wanted to buy some gas line for an old blower I was repairing. After talking it was decided that I should bring the old gas line for sizing(Something I didn’t think of and,by chance, saved me time). Once I got to the shop I was greeted promptly,spoke with Marla and given about a 1 1/2 ft. of gas line…for free! Best first impression I’ve had in a long time. I do a lot of yard work and I will be giving these nice folk a visit again when the need arises.

After already having zero-turn mower to another service shop, it only took a few trips around the yard before it wouldnt start again. Called same shop and they said it would take about 3 weeks to get it back. Tried VRMC for the first time and was impressed with customer service, the quick turnaround to pick it up, fix it and return it ready to roll. I will use them from now on.

Best place around, very nice people and they go above and beyond to keep customers happy. I will be using this company monthly to maintain my equipment. Thank you again Villa Rica Mower.

The best place around to get your lawn care needs met. I’ve been to a lot of other establishments and they don’t compare to these guys. FYI negative comments- you probably brought in a hunk of junk to begin with!! David and Marla bend over backwards daily to help people. I’ve witnessed it myself.

This place has had my mower since September of 2020 and still has it. The owner has gave me excuse after excuse about the mower not being fixed.Plus I have paid in full $900. I have called and called and excuse after excuse I would not recommend this busy for any time of service.....

I dont normally post negative reviews but this establishment held my mower for two months, didnt get it fixed and somehow returned it with more problems than it came with.

They are my go to for all my lawn equipment repair/service needs. I cut grass commercially and put a lot of wear and tear on my equipment. Marla and David do a great job making sure my equipment is in top running condition. David is a very knowledgeable mechanic and Marla is an awesome at making sure your needs are met. They’ve gone out of their way to help me out plenty of times and their prices are very reasonable. This is the ONLY place I will go for all of my lawn equipment needs!

Great service and honest with you when explaining what can be fixed and what cant.

I dropped of my chainsaw with David and Marla with a jammed up carburetor that wouldnt start. I went by to pick up my chainsaw and David told me that he ordered a upgraded carburetor. I used that chainsaw the whole weekend with no problems and more power to cut through logs like butter. Thanks for the advice to use premixed fuel for longevity.

I only have it a 1 because I had to. My father took his lawn mower there over 2 months ago! He received a phone call that it was ready. He went and paid for it! When he got it home, it was worse than before! He brought it back to be fixed but NOTHING is being done!! Everytime my mom calls about it, she is told it will be ready in a few days. But NOTHING is happening!! He has to have this lawn mower to cut grass and hes ALREADY paid for the unfinished service!! This is ridiculous! Fix my dads lawn mower!!

I bought a brand new lawn mower and could not assemble it. Two gentlemen came to my house within 15 minutes and put it together in no time. Will use them again.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Lawn Care is my business and they are always willing to stay later, after there regular hours to help me out. If I ever have any problems they are on it! Thank you for yalls help and yall are my go to shop!

Was told a new part was installed that wasn’t. Communication was poor. Had lawnmower over a year not working on it. Had to use starter fluid to crank it because they let it sit to long. Battery was new so shouldn’t have had to use anything to start it.

They did an excellent job on my riding lawn mower! My mower is 3 years old, it needed new blades and it wouldnt crank. I took it down there and now its running like its brand new thank you villa rica mower company.

Good people

They installed my clutch backwards on my ExMark. This cost me significant amount of money to repair with belts. I made them aware of this and they acknowledged after someone else repaired it correctly that it was their mistake. They agreed to pay me back the repair cost to me but never did. This went on for a month with lies, and more lies. Finally, they put a check in my mailbox which bounced. Most dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with.
