Good value for the money. I had a truck wash. I wish they would pay more attention to the tailgate of the truck. Not as clean this time as last time. 😒, thats not really saying a lot. Seems to get less and less.

I stopped in for an oil change this afternoon before I go out of town. Their parking lot was full and folks were sitting about everywhere, so I didnt have much faith that it would be a quick process. I was willing to wait if needed, so I parked and went inside. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the counter and was told they could take it right in. I was totally surprised, but super grateful, so I pulled it around to the rear of one of the bays. A gentleman asked me what I needd done and took my keys. I spoke with David about some work I needed done at a later date and I swear my van was done within 30 minutes of arriving. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Friendly folks are hard to come by and Ill be happy to support them in the future!

As soon as I drove in there were trucks blocking me. Some one who doesnt know english had the doors of a truck open in the middle of the driveway.

Oil change was fast as always but the wash took entirely too long, and somehow 4 others behind me in the wash were finished before I was. When I got to my finished car the windows werent clean at all with streaks where they sprayed cleaner but never wiped.

I just moved to the area from Michigan and I love this place. I go here for all my cars and refer all of my friends here. H8ghoy suggest going here

Prices are always fair and good but went in for an oil change the other day and was told they couldn’t get my car on the lift because it was too low but they were able to get it on the lift last time i got an oil change no issue and I’m still sitting at the same height as last time with same suspension.

Paid for the 29 dollar package and after 45 minutes when it came out it was not vacuumed properly there was still visible spots they didn’t get. So they re vacuumed and i got in and took off about 20 minutes later realizing the windows had dirty water spots all over them, under the floor mats was untouched, and the bottom fender was covered in dirt. And there was no scent pad put in the car and i called and told them all of this and the front desk woman said “well you will need to talk to the manager and bring your car back, we don’t put the scent pads in there you have to request them because some people don’t like them”. Why would i need to request something that was listed in the item and category that i was paying for. I returned and showed the owner and he said “the water spots on the window are because it had the windows down”, he did say he would take care of me and redo it but once it was redone the girl who had originally cleaned the car the second time said “Ok is it good now?!” and I replied “Yes looks fine” she said “Are you sure this time”. Kind of sucks because it’s a local business, but cactus car wash does better.

The same owner as this place owns the storage unit I use in Temple, GA. I’m writing my review on here, because the storage unit does not have a website to access to review. On the invoice we receive this place is listed. They take the payments since it’s owned by the same owner. Anyways, we have used the storage unit for 6 months plus. While our belongings were in the units we had significant rat damage to several items. I notified the owner to let him know and he basically just responded back that they treat for rats. He did nothing else to try and make it right or show good customer service. We were highly disappointed with this response. Like I said, we used this storage months and our items with damage had to be trashed. Temple is a small town and when people ask my opinion I tell them the truth in how disappointed I was in the owner acting this way. I expect more from a small town owned storage unit.

Best mechanic in Villa Rica! They are honest and are very friendly. The employees are always happy and smiling. They always make sure I am taken care of. I will never take my car anywhere else. Love this place!!

I will never come back to this place, I get my oil changed and love those guys but I wont ever get my car cleaned there again. One time I came they took my knife that was on the side door I went back the next day and got it back. Today I just spent 25.00 on a car wash I told the boy to make sure to tell them to get all the hair off the seats which didnt happen, they did a sorry job on vacuuming still have hair all over the seats and they sprayed some kind of cleaner around the gear shift and its now a milky white. I showed the same boy (blond hair in shorts) and he said he didnt do it and laughed when I said I wont be back.

I have been taking my car there for 16 years and have always had very good service. I trust them to be honest about what needs to be done. They are also very friendly and greet me and a couple of the employees remember me and will ask about how everything is going.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! Should have gone to Harry,s! Just spent 2 hours sitting here waiting for my car to be detailed. Comes out still covered in bugs so they sent it back through..only it didnt go back through the car wash, it went to the TIRE DETAIL where a very heavy, stiff brush was used to scrub the bugs AND THE PAINT off the front of my car in several places!!! I have been here a few times before when Ive been in town (i live 8 hours away) and have never had anything like this happen. I am sick to my stomach and will not be back!

I arrived at 8:04 on Saturday morning - second in line. I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation. 1 hour and 3 minutes later, I got my car back - with just the rotation. They were very argumentative about why it took so long; therefore, I forgot about the oil change. Ive been a 6-year customer, but they will NEVER have my business again!!

2nd time getting my car washed here and it was terrible. No attention to detail. The blonde girl was sweet but they need to get better because I’m not going back.

There was no line so I stopped to get the oil changed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Not impressed. Brought my car in for an oil change and was told there was a $21 upcharge for synthetic oil. I know oil changes take just a few minutes but I waited for over an hour in an uncomfortable lobby just for them to get to my car even though it was second in line with 3 bays. I had groceries in the car and would have brought them in with me if Id known the wait would be that long. My husband usually does our oil changes himself so between the expense and the ridiculous waste of time either hell do the next change himself or well go somewhere else.

These people always do a tremendous job when washing & detailing my moms car.

I was charged over $10 more than I was quoted, because they had to move a skid plate, so it cost more.She was rude when I questioned the amount. Me and my family will not be going back.UPDATE! The piece they charged extra to remove, the skid plate, is now falling off of my car and I have to take it back to them tomorrow to fix. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THEREUPDATE UPDATE: They fixed it by putting the skid plate back on with zipties.

Really appreciate the work well done on my really dirty and run down care. After the wash it saw day light literally. Would not have been possible without this service.

Paid $30 for the ultimate wash and when I got home I still had to clean my rims and some spots on the inside and outside of my truck. Other than that I really liked the service.

Don’t go to wash your car or truck here especially if you have a lifted truck they get lazy and never want to finish cleaning your truck right, they never vacuum it throughly and they also never clean all my mirrors or windows this is the first and last time I go here, if you have a lifted truck they charge you an extra $15 to clean it your better off cleaning it yourself.
