Xavier the office manager was very professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I was traveling in a SUV that was very comfortable and easy to manage. Price was great and would definitely recommend and use this location again.

The employees were very friendly. I had reserved a car 5 days prior. But on the day I arrived for my reservation they only had three cars on hand for rental. Anthony explained to me he did his best to locate a car on an early Monday morning pickup. The car i received was reliable. Not pretty to look at and smelled terrible. Like that scent of trying to hide a smell of cigarettes. It got it in my hair and clothes. There was small black damage on the drivers side lower door. Nothing else available so no room to complain or reject. Rating two stars for the two friendly employees.

I was put in contact with Enterprise after needing a rental due to a tree falling on my car. This team of individuals at the Villa Rica location are awesome, especially Anthony. The minute Geico put in the order for my rental Anthony was on the phone asking how he could help. Throughout the entire process Anthony would check in to make sure that things were going well and would give me updates. Anthonys upbeat, positive attitude made this stressful situation so much better.
My go to for rental cars is always Enterprise. I usually pick up a car at the airport. This time I needed a van, so my my wife and I could move some things. I picked one up at our local Enterprise office in Villa Rica, GA. The staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this location and Enterprise!

Had to rent a car through my insurance company after someone crashed my bumper in a parking lot. Highly recommend Enterprise in Villa Rica. Not only did I get a great NEW car for four days, the staff, particularly Anthony, are super caring, professional, and overall great to deal with. Reservation was made and confirmed on line. Time for pickup was set. No vehicle was available at the appointed time and had to wait until a customer returned a vehicle and for the vehicle to be sanitized. We were given a dirty vehicle with not much fuel in the tank. Villa Rica, Georgia.
Was very satisfied with my transaction. From Anthony’s courteous and patient assistance on the phone to Malin’s kind explanations upon delivery to my house (I could tell she was smiling under her mask!), all in all their customer service was excellent and much appreciated!

Nice and friendly staff. When my dads truck was getting fixed, they were waiting for us to arrive to pick up our rental. They got us into a 2020 Ford Ranger. It took all of 20 mins. Super fast. Definitely gonna go back if we need them again.

Let me start off with what was good. The staff, including the manager, Nate, was friendly and ready to help me with my rental.On the not so great side, the car had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Normally this would not be a big deal, but Nate forgot to mention that the car was a flex fuel vehicle. Knowing nothing about how flex fuel cars can be refueled, I was surprised to open the gas door to see the car say it needed E85. I was not about to fill the car with regular unleaded, and cause the car to breakdown. I started searching on my phone for a gas station that carried E85, and found that the closest location was 40+ miles away close to my destination. I called Nate to ask him about the E85 gas. He never mentioned that if I couldnt find E85, I could have used regular unleaded. He said that there was a couple of gas stations nearby (Enterprise) that carried E85. I managed to make it to the gas station before I ran out of fuel. The day before I returned the vehicle, I checked for the gas stations nearby that were supposed to carry E85. Neither of which did, and ended up on empty as I pulled into a gas station that carried E85. The day I returned the car I told the employee about the issue with the gas. His response was I am sorry to hear that, but you could have used regular unleaded as well. When I told him I didnt know that, and when I called that location about the fuel no one bother to mention that fact. If you are going to provide vehicles that have different fueling needs, please let your customers know ahead time what fuels they can put in the vehicle.
I have used Enterprise for years for my business and this last time was the last. To keep a long story short, they tried to charge me an extra $381 and then told me that I need to call customer service and figure it out then they will try to work with me. This interaction caused me to be late by over an hour leaving Georgia to go to Michigan.I will probably give my points to a family member to use and be done with Enterprise. Shop around.
WILL NOT RENT AGAIN!! we rented from them (for the 3rd time) for vacation. Went to New York/New Jersey, and paid tolls as we went. Returned the rental in July, and on August 1st, they charged my credit card AGAIN for the tolls we had already paid cash for. Unless youre looking to get ripped off, STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE IN VILLA RICA, GA!!! ZERO STARS

So it started out with them not securing the pick-up over the phone and them only noting that we called to secure a vehicle. After calling, waiting for about an hour and finally reaching someone, we were finally picked up.When we arrived to the store the car that we requested was unavailable. But..... the good thing was that we received a luxury SUV instead, which was an upgrade for the same price.Awesome! Lol....I totally understand that they do need to have a better understanding of pick-up times and a better availability on what vehicle is requested beforehand, also maybe a larger parking lot to hold vehicles....But, we ended satisfactory. :) 4 1/2 stars☑ 06/19/18

Not sure if new management or I came in on a bad day but have to change my review from 1 star to 4. Cant give them a 5 right now but will reach out.
I wish there was an option to select -5 stars. I had the worst experience with the Villa Rica location. lF YOU NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST, unless you want to give away over 2k. They charge my credit card over $2,300 for a one day rental that should have been only $67.11; and I have waited over 12 hours for this to be resolved. No one has called me.Im three days in and still waiting on resolution. Received an email from their Area Manager.... thanking me for my patience and its busy season for them. Ending with...Have a fantastic day!Check my Amex card and pending charge of $1000 and another charge ofof $2,067.11. My day far from fantastic!

Always the best price at Enterprise. New location is easier to access. Only problem Ive ever had is on a couple of occasions theyve not had the class of vehicle I rented. They had to drive me to Douglasville Enterprise to get the vehicle, thereby delaying my departure by 1.5 -2 hours. I would recommend Enterprise and this location.
I always rent vehicles from here, theyre clean, maintenanced and good brands. The staff was great, Mr. Nnaamdi is an awesome young professional and Mr. Connor processed my reservation and he is just the coolest professional person youd ever want to meet. My rental experience here was fantastic😃👍

Made reservation a month ahead of time. Call 3 days before pick up to conform my reservation. They told me everything would be ready when I got there. On the day of pickup, they ran out of cars and put a lady that had an appointment after me before me. I was very dissatisfied. Also had to go to another location to get a rental. Not a happy customer. 10/5/17
Staff here was very kind and accommodating. We usually get great deals with enterprise, but this particular time was outrageous. (We rented for a one way trip when our megabus experience with two babies turned out to be less than ideal). Obviously one way costs more, but does it have to be $113 more? Ouch. We will continue to use enterprise in the future as the need arises, but we learned a hard lesson about one way rentals this time!

I rented a vehicle a few days ago and paid the deposit plus the $150 the rental cost. When I woke up this morning, there was an additional $274 charge on my account. The Villa Rica, GA location claimed I had a past due balance on a previous rental agreement so they decided they were going to charge my new card without my consent nor my permission....or even my KNOWLEDGE of a balance. I did a little digging and found my rental agreement receipt from back in June that clearly states a ZERO balance. So now, I have an unauthorized charge on my card for a past due balance that this location not only NEVER inform me of, but I have an email stating that I had no balance. I called you guys TWICE today and no return call. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and calling the BBB and if l have to, I will file a lawsuit. How dare you charge a completely different card for a transaction that happened 11 months ago without my permission or knowledge!!! And now I have in my possession a copy of the receipt that clearly shows no balance??? Ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the Villa Rica location should be investigated for fraud!!!Found my receipt with a ZERO balance. This is straight out theft.

Their automated answering system makes you listen to THEIR commercial OVER AND OVER again, with no way to leave a message and have them call you back.i went out of my way to change from Hertz to enterprise because of location, i may have made a mistake. simply treat our customers the way they should be treated. thank you enterprise - 15 minutes and still on hold.......
I want to only give them a half a star for the way the supervisor treated me this morning at the one in villa rica ga. In the past I have not had any problems until today. I am really not happy with them and I will not refer any one else to them. The funny part about this was I had rented a car from just a month ago and did not have any problems. But I get there this morning and the supervisor was nice at first but then when I went back to get the car at noon when I reserved it she said that I couldn’t get it cause I don’t have a major credit card. But when I rented it in June they didn’t have any problems with my card. I have a bank visa credit card and Lisa said that is not good enough. So when I left setting in the villa rica parking lot I was on the phone with the head office. Still nothing good has come from the phone call. So I will find another rental car place.

Worst place to get a car from.. put in reservations 2 months ago. Today I get there for my rental car (mid size). They only offer a truck. But first its started with them supposed to pick me up and did not. . Didnt get a call or nothing so I left my house. . Wont use again unless I get a discount

Cargo van was fine for trip to Florida to pick up furniture that didnt fit in truck when we moved to Ga. Left Sat and returned Sun. Only negative was the van didnt have cruise control and for that long of a trip in such a short turn around it was difficult since I have long legs and couldnt stretch them out. I took for granted that now days all vehicles have most obvious options. So, lesson learned next time Ill ask does the vehicle have air, cruise, tires, seats etc.
The 2019 Impala was super clean and was an extremely smooth ride. The pri e was great and the staff was excellent.
The experience was good only problem was that I had van reserved for month when it was time to pick it they called said did not have van manger was really good working to something for me to take on vacation rented suv then when it got to Georgia I had to rent suburban so we could have 3rd row seating so we could fit 6 people in vehicle not have to take 2 vehicles both places was exellent experience will rent from you again

My car was totaled in an accident on 3-26-18, thank goodness for Enterprise as Conner & Mike were wonderful in helping me secure a vehicle until I could purchase a new one - The process was simple and easy I would recommend them to all who need to rent a vehicle.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Tried to treat my husband and I as if we were in kindergarten, after the car we rented started having mechanical problems. Called them 10 hours before the car was expected back to ask would it be an additional charge if we returned to a different lication. Was told there would be no charge. Called back two hours later when the car started making noises to let them know what was going on, were told we werent driving the car right (a four cylinder). Called back a third time to let them know we would have to stop at another location to check on the car, was told that was fine. Called back a fourth time to let them know we were given another car and would need an extension on time because the place would close before we get there. Just wanted to give them a heads up and didnt want to incur additional charges. Was told we are getting on his nerves and he should charge us a drop off fee and if not a drop off fee, another day rental. This is by far the worst customer service I ever had in my life, I cant wait to talk to someone in a corporate office on Monday.
Absolutely the worst. Reserved a car 2 months prior and when we went to pick up the car it wasnt available. They had no extra card for us to get. There were 5 cars on the lot but they have already been reserved.

Worst service I ever had at Enterprise. Stood like 30 minutes.No one never acknowledge saying we will be with you. Three employees an I waited in hot building for nothing. Two white customers came in behind an they waited maybe 10 mintues. I asked the why didnt tell me yall dont ever any rentals? He just hunch his shoulders like I dont care. If I would have known yall didnt have any cars when I first got there I would have went to another location before they close.Cindy Cormier you really need to train your employees with better customer service you should lead by example. I hate yall move to another location because the crew yall had was awesome. Ive been renting cars for 15 years from yall. The next I need a rental I will be riding to CARROLLTON location. The first car I was given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the seats were stained. There wasnt another car to switch with at the time I rented, so I tried to make it work. I had to return it. The staff swapped it immediately with a comparable car that had arrived after I had rented my vehicle.

Ive been dealing with enterprise for several years and have been faithful to them as far as where I rent my cars. So I called to put in a reservation with my corporate account at the beginning of the week and I am familiar with the weekend specials (which Ive noticed they made way more expensive. It was 9.99 per day ay one point) so apparently two of the closest offices to me DIDNT partcipate in thos program so the rep put the reservation in for another location in my area which was about 9.1 miles away from me (VILLA RICA-GA)...I needed to be picked up, so he ASSURED me that I will be picked up, get my weekend special AND to just call in morning to schedule that pick up... I did exactly as instructed and called in the morning of the pick up (TODAY), I called the villa rica location in GA and I am hit with the surprise that they wont pick me up because Im too far (but the rep stated anything under 10 miles THEY WILL DO)... Inconvenience at best! So I had him transfer me to a rep who was lackadaisical as all hell & basically told me: Oh well, my bad. I just take reservations so you can pay the full price at a closer location or get tranferred to a supervisor. I get transferred to a sup who was actually very nice and understanding and confirmed if its under 10 miles, they should pick me up but she would just call a closer location (Fairburn GA location-17 mins away from me, a little under 8 miles-I google mapped it) to see if they will grant me this weekend special price and pick me up... they kind of obliged- they stated they WOULD grant the weekend special price HOWEVER since I didnt book with this location, my pick up would be MUCH LATER (another inconvenience) and THEN he complained about being short staffed and only picking me up as a courtesy this one time because Im too far! This whole experience has been very frustrating and dissapointing and Ive never had this issue with enterprise! It seems like they just tell people anything and only care about their chain. As a customer and a business owner, I feel like they need to up their game on customer satisfaction because I honestly feel like they just dont care! Now my life today is screwed all because of them.

Now that I have finally a free minute, I feel it necessary to write this review. It may be of use to another. We rented a car from the Villa Rica location last month and felt cheated immediately after completing the transaction.1) The night before renting our car, aconfirmation call was made by thelocation. This was good.2) Upon arriving to pickup the standard wereserved, we were informed that astandard size car was only available in avery small car, which online wasidentified as a compact car. Now I willhave to check for the name of the smallblue car offered, again once researchedonline it was classified as a compact onseveral sites. We were told by Nate, overand over again that it was classified as astandard sized car. In any case it was tosmall to meet our needs. We felt cheated.3) We were given the option of a full size car.This would have been fine if it did notcome with an extra 10 dollars a day cost.This was particularly upsetting once wechecked the cost of the rental online. A fullsize was being rented for less that 3 dollarsextra a day. Again we felt cheated.4)After accepting the full size car, we weretold of instances of when renting a car withthe intention of allowing our personalinsurance to transfer over did not serfice.This is because enterprise charges a 500dollar deducable regardless of claim. Wefelt bullied, or perhaps conned into buyingthe companies insurance.5) Did I mention that these events occurred ata time when no rentals were available atAvis, a fact we felt was not lost on Nate.Again, Nate was nice enough, however beware of the instances above. As for us, we will continue to rent from Avis, Douglasville. We find the service to be more trustworthy.
Even though we made a reservation online and received confirmation they did not have a car for us. Neither the gentleman nor the guy helping him seemed to care. Customer service is very much lacking at the villarica location.
