Amy is hands down one of the best agents I’ve encountered. Very professional, takes care of her clients to an amazing high standard. It is nice having an agent who takes the time to develop great report with you. She is easily accessible and is always willing to sit down and talk with you about your home and auto problems and plans. I have never had a real insurance person whose number is saved in my phone.

I’m close with someone who used to work here and they would always tell me how they were dreading going into work because of how they were treated by Amy. They would do more than what was asked of them, but she would still point out any little thing they did wrong, yet nothing they did right and she always said it in the rudest way possible. Should you always have fun at your job? No, but should you hate your job and dread going in everyday? No. She treats her employees as if they’re the dirt on the bottom of her shoes and do you really want to be insured by someone who can’t even treat her employees properly and with respect? I know I wouldn’t.

Finding Amy and this office has been a huge blessing to my family and I. I havent had to call in a claim for an accident, thank the Lord, but Lord knows Ive had a few call ins for roadside assistance! Lol and it has always been so easy to call, they dont give you the run around, and they get someone to you fast! I switched to them because they got me the lowest rate, and I stay because of the service.

I have had state farm for more than half my life and I moved to GA and I got the closest agent to me at the time and that was Amy Brown well in the few years I have had them they screwed my payment up that was drafted from my bank acc and they cancelled me then wanted me to pay 2 months worth of ins to get reinstated . Got that taken care of and now they tell me when I drop my renters ins that it will go up because I dont have a multi line discount but I have my car and a MC still on my policy . Amy is the rudest rep I have ever dealt with she doesnt care if you go with her or someone else very poor customer relationship .
