I set up this appointment, because my dryer had an error message indicating blockage in the vent. Joe arrived on time, and thoroughly reviewed my vent and duct work. I was provided an opportunity to look at exactly what they saw, including photos they took in my attic. Unfortunately, my home inspector did not see a very bad attempt to fix a problem. He changed my air filter, vacuumed out the machine itself. He did an outstanding job! The gentlemen that came for the duct cleaning service were excellent, had friendly attitude, were not troubled by our dogs and really cared to do it right. Moved stuff out of the way, cleaned up better than I do, and were kind enough to answer all my questions. Id have them again in a heartbeat!

Tech showed me what my vents looked like, and then showed me after he had gotten done cleaning them. What a difference! I suffer from really bad allergies and that was the main reason I had them come out to my home. I had them spray the sanitizer and I can feel the difference in the air! I will most definitely be using them again in the future! And will recommend them to anyone!

My vent machine had developed some mechanical problems and personally I honestly know one or two things about the repair. Amazing company with amazing employees. Never felt that I was being up sold. They came in and cleaned our HVAC system for a 55 unit condo unit.
