STAY AWAY!!!!! Product does not work as advertised. This product is worse than having no gutter guards.Our gutters are clogged in multiple places, causing water to overflow and flooding basement. Called numerous times to have them come look at it, never returned calls. Ended up calling in like Im a new customer, got a hold of someone, they said service would call back, then got an email saying they are no longer doing service. No way to get your money back, the no clog guarantee is just a scam. Im reaching out to better business bureau to file a complaint that this is a scam company.

Forever Clean Gutter Guards. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The worst investment I have ever made. The guards dont drain and so all the water and ice runs off the side of the roof as if there are no gutters there. Rain water is now puddling around my house and water is seeping into my basement and the garage is flooded. Both the garage and the foundation of my home are covered with mud from water splattering off the roof. Last winter, the melting snow on the roof had nowhere to drain so huge heavy icicles formed all along the edges of the gutters and tore down my cable wires. The video below shows how water is running off my roof as if there where no gutters there to catch the runoff. I have contacted the company twice only to be ignored. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Their expensive product is a waste of your hard-earned money.

My husband and I were very unhappy about the quality of service from this company. Besides attaching the gutter guards part if the service is to “tune up” you gutters. It clearly was not done & they even left a hole in the corner. What’s worse is it’s been weeks since I spoke to Brad who was going to schedule someone to come look at the situation & now he is not responding.

Do not give them your phone number, they will harass you! I was unable to take their call today because I was on multiple conference calls for work. They have called me 13 times TODAY (once 5 times repeatedly), texted twice and left three voice mails. I finally had to block their number with my wireless carrier to get the calls to stop. Thank goodness I didnt let them come out to the house to give me a quote, can you imagine how much more aggressive they would have been in person???

I have signed a contract for my gutter tune-up almost 2 weeks back. work is scheduled for last week But no one showed up. Their salesperson who signed the contract no longer available, the customer support doesnt aware of the work and schedule, seems like they cant contact the salesperson !. Its been 2 weeks in this way. The calls to the customer support going to the voice box but the voice box is full! I shouldnt have contacted them in the first place.

We had Forever Clean Gutter Guards installed in October. They we supposed to come back and finish the job, but never did. When we called they did not respond. When we finally spoke to someone, they said to call back in the Spring and they were closed for Fall. There are gaps and the rain pours out between the gutter and the roof. They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. No one will call us back. Total scam. Next stop, small claims court!

They installed leaf guards which was a huge help since we have a birch tree next to our home and the seedlings would clog our downspouts. Very professional and installer was courteous and cleaned everything up. My only suggestion is if you hang Christmas lights from your gutters start early to find clips that will work.

Our gutters were balanced and extra supports were installed so the gutters wouldn’t tip in the future. The leaf guards are of high quality. Installers cleaned up and did quality work. We strongly recommend this business.

They were reasonably priced. Came out on a Monday for a quote and installed the very next day Tuesday. Saves us time and energy and keeps us safe from cleaning out our gutters. These gutter guards will prove to be a smart decision. Thank you.

The installation was not done correctly. I was told nothing could stick to these gutter guards but mine are full of roof granules. This means the water is not going into the gutters but instead all the water cascades over the side. Ive been trying to contact customer service since December to get this issue fixed. It is now the end of March and no one will return my calls or emails. This is a terrible company that wants to take your money but does not care about customer service.

Replaced gutters with gutter guards in them. I cant tell yet if all is well because I havent been outside when it rained. But did a good job and cleaned up after.Its been a couple of months and gutters are doing great no leaks they did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone. The prices were reasonable.Thank you Forever Clean Gutter.

They arrived early and went to work asap. Work was done in about 3 hours. Workmanship looks good and all of my gutters and downspouts seem to have water running our and down them. My only issue is the slug from the gutters was not taken away but dropped on the lawn and stones around the house

They were really easy to talk to and I love the fact I never have to clean my gutters again! The guards look so good!

I hired this company to have gutter covers and i am so thrilled with the product. I personally watched the leaves fall right off the covers and not get stuck during a storm 1 week after they were installed. I dealt with Steve and Dwayne and both individuals were very professional and displayed a great work ethic. I feel very please and they are way cheaper than the other name brand companies. I highly recommend these guys.

Good luck getting any customer service from this company. Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever received. For starters, the guy who installed the job didnt have the details of the actual job. Many things the sales rep promised me he was unaware of causing him to come back for a second time.After the job was done I noticed leaking in a spot which they had promised me would be fixed with a tune up even though I insisted they replace that section of gutters. They then admitted they should have replaced that section of gutters and promised someone would be there within a week or two. That was in August, its now December and I need to call them every couple weeks to ask whats going on.Their answers range from Theyre really busy right now - a terrible excuse by any company - to we got a new system to the people you previously talked to dont work here anymore so we dont have a record of your call.I was told these gutters would be fixed by the time its cold outside, well its December and they still arent fixed. Their product works as advertised but their customer service is a total joke!

They have no post sales service. Had gutter screens installed in May 2020. Still trying to get post installation issues resolved. They have one guy - Mario doing post sales service in 3 states. If you can reach Mario, he will only come out if you agree to pay him $250 for his side job business to clean windows. Avoid this company!

Poor service. If you will, demand to have pictures of gutters cleaned before installation. They installed guards without cleaning the guttera, 2 downspouts clogged. Dont use.

The company does not stand behind the product and they do not respond of you have a problem, The leaf guards were installed Nov 2019 but when it rains hard water flies over the screens and in my basement through a window well. I called for a fix 5x and called the General Manager 2x but no response so I removed the screen and filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General office

I have a smaller area that needed addressed and sales agent stated if they aren’t doing the entire house then they are not interested in providing me a quote. Pretty much hurried me off the call and hung up.

This company NEVER did ANY work on my home and has placed a lien on my home for $3,224. I called them to refute the lien and they told me they would remove the lien if I paid them $1700.

Professional and highly recommended.
