Save yourself time, go to verizon and buy a new phone over these guys. I got my iPhone X screen repaired by them, 2 days later, broken. Bring in it, they fix it, 1 week later screen falls out. Not sure they know what their doing there.

My I phone 7 had a broken screen and I brought it in to get fixed. Mind you, my home button working perfectly fine. I get my phone back realizing there was a strange white hue over it, and my home bottom was not working. I spent $130 on getting my phone broken. I called right after and they said to bring it in the next day. So I did. They said they couldn’t fix it. The only thing they did was replaced it with a grey hinted home button that no longer takes my fingerprint. To add on the that, the new home button randomly spams and barley works half the time. I am very upset about this. I did not spend $130 just to have my phone broken. I am very disappointed and would think having a full refund or a new phone in return would be fair and appreciated. I’ll be in touch Monday.

I shattered the back glass on my iPhone XR and couldnt find anyone besides apple and Illinois cell phone repair would fix it. Apple way too expensive and these guys have great price and customer service great as well.

These guys were great! Came in today for broken screen for iPhone 6s, I also learned that I could change my battery (something I didn’t think was possible). iPhone now works and looks new and battery holds the charge for much longer. These guys were cheaper and faster then some of the chains, and honest also. Turns out I had a loose connection on port. Still needed to take the phone apart, but no replacement parts, so the fix was less. Recommend.

Apple wanted up to 5 business days to fix a broken iphone 7+ screen but IL Cell Phone repair said they could get it done in 30-40 minutes. The associate who worked on my phone was very accommodating and stayed 20 minutes after their closing time to make sure my phone was fixed. Screen is flawless now!

I called the place without an answer when they opened. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Later that day, I went into the store to get a screen replacement, to find no employee working at the store. After waiting for a few minutes in the store, a man walked in with a bag of food, just coming back from 7-11. That was the man in charge of the empty store. This place is very sketchy and the workers don’t care. I don’t trust this place, so you shouldn’t either, for they are very irresponsible and have no customer service.

Owner/operator doesnt care about customers. I had my iphone battery replaced and afterwards, the phone would shut off and not work properly. Apple support told me it was the battery. Brought it back in to this place and he said he couldnt and wouldnt do anything. He took 75 bucks from me.

I had prom today, and I needed my phone fixed right away so the told me to come back and bring my receipt so I can have my warranty on it. I went home and my mom told me she threw away my receipt I came back and they still helped me out by giving me the good deal. These guys are really good and really fast at fixing phones. They got it done in 20 minutes !

We pulled our hair out for four days trying to navigate an S7 with a completely busted screen by using screenshots and an OTG connected mouse. When that stopped working, we gave up and took it to IL CPR where he had the data we were trying to save recovered in an hour. Next time well just take it straight there.

Called the insurance and they were willing to replace it but since my display didnt work all my memery in the phone be lost.Called Illinois cell repair and im glad i did . Not only these guys fixed my phone, they did it while waited for less price then insurance .My phone looks brand new again and all of my information is still in the phone . STAY AWAY! They destroyed my phone. After changing the battery on an iphone se, it started automatically shutting down when at 30% battery life or lower. They also tried to charge me more then the services provided. $120. It only costs $30 at the apple store. I was trying to be nice, because I dont like tossing money at people that already have it. These guys are NOT honest! So again... STAY AWAY!

I have my iPads fixed here as well as phones.I found out about them couple years back for my iPhone 6, that just wouldnt turn on. I went to att store and was told they can give me a new phone but they cant do anything about my information and data. They give you a discount if you review them well in-store. Ive had a lot of problems since I had a screen replacement on my phone. The first time I got it back, the screen was peeling up and the adhesive was smeared on the screen. There were also 5-6 dead pixels when it was returned to me. I took it back the next day because it started coming off even worse, and even though I pointed out the problem the day before; they insisted it was my fault even though the adhesive was still smeared across the screen. The worker was quite condescending, and I would not reccommend this place to anyone.
