For charging what they charge for license and title ...They made hard to do so went to dmv and paid 90.00!less...Dmv lady was mean and nasty 90.00 is 90.00.

The women who work here are always so pleasant and helpful. I needed help with a few things and they were able to walk me through it and help get it done. Their kindness makes my day!

The Villa Oaks Currency Exchange is a place I would recommend. They are always very efficient and the staff is courteous, understands your needs and takes care of you very quickly. When I walk in, the people who work there always ask me how I am and take care of my business quickly. If I have any questions they know the answer right away and that’s nice to know they understand my needs. I would always recommend this currency to anyone.I still appreciate all the professionalism that this currency has. I continue to use the services because the staff knows me since I’m in weekly and they are very prompt about taking care of my needs.

Had a ridiculously wonderful customer service experience here. Would 100% use again for currency exchange. Got immediate and useful help via their phone number and very kind experience in store. On their foreign currency page on their website they do have an old, invalid phone number listed in the information page however.

Their business hours are excellent, they open earlier & close later than all other banks Ive ever dealt with. Their staff is very helpful, kind, courteous, and nice to deal with. The only complaint I have and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their check cashing fees & rates are pretty high. For example: I took my payroll check there once & the fee was approx. $30 to cash a $1,050 PAYROLL check. Over the course of a year, thats a lot of money wasted - around $800 per year (about a full week & a halfs worth of work for me...just to cash my paychecks). I know they have to make money on the services that they offer, but with how busy they usually are, that check cashing fee should be no more than half of what it is now (its currently between 2.50% to 3% depending the amount). If you dont have a bank account or cant get one, I would still recommend Villa Oaks Currency Exchange for all the reasons previously listed & Ive never had any problems there and Ive been a customer for going on 5 years now. Poor service from Lilly and Rebecca. This currency exchange needs your ID, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, THEY HAVE TO ACTUALLY *CALL* YOUR PHONE, THEY HAVE TO VERIFY THE MONEY ORDER (understandable) AND THEY **QUESTION WHY YOU ARE IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD** If you do not LIVE or WORK in the area THEY WILL NOT CASH YOUR ITEM. This is just ridiculous!!! And AS A CONSUMER (because you are PAYING a fee) and also to protect your identity when I asked WHY I got major attitude. Totally not what I was expecting just cashing money orders WHERE THE MONEY WAS ALREADY COLLECTED...They treated me like I had committed a crime..I usually use GOOGLE WALLET or the CASH app. When there are so many alternatives like WESTERN UNION, CASH IN YOUR HAND OR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR MOBILE APPS, they should be happy ppl still patronize Currency Exchanges...but not me...NEVER AGAIN.
