From beginning to end they wanted to make sure an amazing job was done. Ricky and Kyle got my car in and had a game plan for my repair laid out before I arrived! My tech completed cleaned up the shattered glass and the install was fast and looks like new! They were so nice to me which is rear in auto repair as most people just want your money.. not them they beat safelites prices and got me in same day!! I have already referred friends to them! Worst experience - definitely a bad experience - had a windshield replaced with an aftermarket(AM) windshield (told aftermarket will work may need to have Acura recalibrate sensors / camera)- twice - first worked correctly - unfortunately ithe windshield cracked and needed to replace a second time - after the second windshield was installed the rain sensor was no longer working - I took at back that and A to Z was unable to get the rain sensor working - I took it to Acura - Acura would not work on it since it was aftermarket. took it back to A to Z and they were still unable to fix it - no option but not to use the rain sensor function - additionally - the cover for the sensor / mirror would not stay fit to the windshield. Fast forward - a year and half later - the camera / LKAS warning came on - due a loose connection. Took it to Acura - they were unable to get it to calibrate as the AM windshield - bracket would not allow the camera to sit properly to - the bracket was not glued to the right place on the windshield - I had to replace the windshield to OEM to get it to work - Camera worked and told Acura to fix the rain sensor - Acura said the rain sensor was not properly disconnected during the windshield installation (as per instructions) and caused it to short - A to Z denied the damage and would not pay for repair - Ricky is very immature and deflects blame to everyone else - stated he wasnt responsible for the AM defect or damage to the sensor and would no longer discuss - his father would never run the busniess like this!

Glad I took my 2013 GMC Terrain to this body shop. Top notch work with excellent customer service. Worked with Kyle on my claim and he took care of everything!!! Cant express enough to say that I was impressed by their work. Definitely considering them next time and recommend to family and friends!

They are the definition of customer service. This will continue to be my go to anytime I need body work. Their service side (different building, also A to Z) across the field is also amazing!

Bumper did not match up, had to call after they gave car back, they were attentive and willing to fix but a inconvenience, they should have checked before giving my car back

When I called with simple question they took the time to answer my question and provide an explanation of certain things (having to do with buying and selling a used car). They also took extremely good care of a friend when she brought her car to them for repairs. I have found all of the people at A to Z Body & Fender to be very very good at what they do and extremely professional in the way that they carry out their business.

Ricky goes above and beyond! To start with prices - Ive had quotes on multiple vehicles for multiple problems; A to Z always comes in among the lowest and most honest (those that have had lower prices - I wouldnt trust to fix a chip)!The work - Im picky far beyond most: Im fairly OCD and a genuine car person. I notice little things that most would either never notice, or flat out not know about. Ricky absolutely stands behind his (and his employees) work. The only time I did have an issue after work was performed, he stepped up and made it right - when I am sure just about any other business would not go to the same level. This is a quality I find very rare in todays world.I would back A to Z and theyre now the ONLY place I would trust to touch my vehicles (after someone else unfortunately touched them a little too hard...). Not sure how anyone could possibly leave a less than stellar review unless theyre some kind of special - or trying to scam someone.Support local - go here if youre in an unfortunate situation that you need the service!

Great experience I had with these guys. I just wanted some minor paint correction and they went above and beyond, and at a great price too. All staff I had the pleasure meeting were very nice and welcoming. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Ricky and Kyle are GREAT! I needed a new fender and new bumper. They helped guide me through the process with State Farm and made sure I was able to save as much money as possible on the replacement parts. They also helped assist in the rental care process while it was in the shop. Communication was clear and the Im very pleased with the work they did! Its always important to spend your money at small or family owned businesses like this one. We have power in where we use our dollars, so why not support real people instead of giant corporations for your car needs? Without a doubt will send family and friends here for any body work!

Unfortunately, I have been to A to Z many times over a 25 year period. But this is the finest business I have dealt with. A to Z is first class. 100% honest, skilled, caring, classy people. From the office manager, to the bosses, to the guys on the floor: Everyone treats you with care and respect. Damaging your car stinks, but I feel good every time I interact with them. We live 30 miles away from them now and I still wont go anywhere else.

This guy Rick or Ricky whatever his name was did us wrong...1st: It took 15 days to fix that door ding.2nd : He ordered the running board we picked out, He didnt installed them because apparently The instructions were in Japanese and sold it to us way more than he bought it.3rd : He told us the truck was ready, and to take the rental back ..When we got there, he told us he forgot to tell us the JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE letters on the door wasnt installed...Now what kind of mess was that???And instead being apologetic, he was there arguing with me.DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THAT PLACE.IM WARNING YOU ALL.
