Up front and honest. 100% quality work! I brought my 2016 wrangler there and they installed new driveshafts, new front axle, regeared the real end and installed air lockers. Oh yeah and they reprogramed the computer. The jeep is really fast and perfect! I love that they are family owned and operated! Had the U-joints replaced here a couple weeks ago and my truck is driving smoother than ever. But what really impressed me was I asked them to check a couple other things and they said everything was fine and no additional work needed to be done. They could have easily recommended unnecessary repairs and I would have had no idea, but these guys are honest and do quality work at a reasonable price. Amazing prompt service. Previously dropped if a Nissan Xterra Off Road with ongoing bothersome vibration. Different mechanic swore he didn’t feel it after charging me $3400. Honestly, left my truck with their night drop box. Got a call next morning that it will be $230 to fix. When I picked it up, the suv drove like it was on porcelain.Dropped off a second family Jeep last week and Phil (owner) explained what absolutely needed to be done, and what can wait but should be done. Went from front to back of vehicle. And without pressure sell. Picked up the Jeep and very happy when I looked under the chassis. They even cleaned my differentials, resealed my axles and did extra odds and ends other shops wouldn’t touch. Also, they made my rear driveshaft look so pretty after balancing, even pained if satin black to match.If you want the best for your driveshafts, differentials, hubs, pinion angle, these are those guys! They will forever have my business, my trucks (and wife’s car next). Also forgot to mention the white glove service, even with the steering wheel plastic wrap and floor mat protection to keep your ride clean. So... in conclusion, fast speedy, fair, honest shop who specializes in fixing vibrations the way you would want to fixed if you were a gear head and had all the time in the world to perfect every aspect of your checklist. Phil and his staff are amazing! Top notch service, very reasonable prices, and you KNOW that your vehicle will run like a champ when you drive away. They are so good that we had our Jeep shipped from Boulder CO to Villa Park when the transfer case exploded (taking a number of other things with it when it did). Phil and his team rebuilt the vehicle and it runs better than it ever has. Total cost, including the transporter fee for a 1200 mile run, was less than the price quoted for repair from the shop in Boulder. Was referred to Phil from a 4-wheeling, Jeep loving friend who swears by him -- best referral I have ever gotten!

These guys know what they are doing and have been around forever. One of the few places I would trust to do a good job at a fair price. Ive only had a couple of drive shafts done by them personally and they have been super smooth everytime they balance them, but Ive had friends who have recommended this place to me not knowing I already go to them from parts service.

Ive taken my 4WD, differential, driveshaft, and transfer case, maintenance and repair work to SDL for many many years; fluid changes and repair. Ive owned and own Ford, Toyota, and GM SUVs and Trucks.Always great work, in a timely manner. Most Dealerships do not rebuild anymore, they replace, at 2-3 times the cost. They just did a complete rebuild on my 09 T4R Limited 4WD rear differential for 1/3 what Toyota charges to replace, no brainer.I love my T4R, and SDLs fair price (and great work) allowed me to keep it. I couldnt justify $3K+ from Toyota to replace the whole rear diff, they dont rebuild.There are other driveline shops out there that are probably just as good, but I go with what works for me. I dont even consider looking for other places, they always perform great work for a fair price, and they stand behind their work.

I was referred to Suburban Driveline through a friend and had a decent experience with them. They had originally informed me that they would be open on a day that they then decided to be off, which irritated me a bit but was reasonable. The pricing was fair and the work was honest. Total out the door was very close (taxes were added) to the original amount that was quoted. Nick even took the time to speak with the tech that worked on my vehicle to ask how much of an extra effort the additional work I had requested actually took.

I pay 2k to get my truck fix and I have the same problem and noise and also they damage my transfer casé is leaking and IT was not. very bad service. They also told me the job have guaranty and after I bring It back they say my truck have a lot more problems, I have no idea have is this possible if they Charge me at the 1st time for diagnostic

For the last 20 years ive gotten by doing all of my own repairs and maintenance, so it was very hard for me to find a shop im comfortable with. These guys provided a very accurate estimate, kept me in the loop, and did a stellar job on my avalanche. Thanks to Phil and all of the guys at SDL!

They did great work, definitely not the cheapest, but always done properly. i have had numerous repairs done on my driveline over the years,but everything went bad when i thought i broke my transfer case. i had my truck towed in, and got a call from them telling me something broke inside my transmission,but they had an excellent transmission guy they work with. (the owner was on vacation, so i communicated with a young guy at the shop, and made sure he was informed the trans guy needs to know my truck had a performance chip, but that information was never relayed to the trans guy) the trans shop they sent it to had my truck for 3 weeks, and when i get it back the shifting was all erratic and slamming between gears, so i brought it back to suburban driveline,and again told the young guy about my performance chip, and told him it might need to be disconnected. well he never relayed it to the trans guy, so for another 2 weeks my truck was at their expert trans guys shop. the trans shop tried to flash the ecu on the truck (you cant do that with a chip installed on the ecu) and he basically destroyed all the electronics involved in engine management! this time phil the owner was back and he suggest i have my truck towed to zimmerman ford to have them fix my computer issues. zimmerman had it for about a week, and got it running (poorly) with a reflash, but informed me that whatever the trans guy did screwed up all the motor sensors. my bill from zimmerman was already up to 1200 and was quote between 1 to 3 grand to go through the motor electronics and find out what has been damaged by the trans guy messing with the electronics on my truck, so now i was left with a low mileage 7.3 that ran like crap. with no time or funds left to sink into the truck, i resorted to trading it in at a huge loss. basically i paid suburban driveline around 3500 buck to have my truck destroyed, then another 1200 at ford to decipher some of the damage done by suburban drivelines trans guy. i blame the young guy running the shop while phil was gone for not properly communicating with their trans guy, but the damage and loss caused by them has been done, leaving a bad image of this shop for me.

Not so great - Brought my 94 Thunderbird in because I was getting noise from undercarriage whenever the car was driven, something with suspension, steering or drive-train... They kept my car for 2 days and charged me $75 for the expert diagnosis of the problem being cracked ceramic in my catalytic converter rattling around. Although it sounded implausible I took their word for it and had my entire exhaust system redone at a muffler shop, which did absolutely nothing for my original issue. Thanks for wasting my time and money with your uneducated guessing games, they could have at least been up front and said they werent sure.
