I go to Gonzalez Auto Repair every time I have car trouble . Jose is very honest. He also explains everything in detail on what needs to be fixed and why. I also find his pricing to be very reasonable. I find it is very hard to find a honest mechanic now days so I am super happy I have found this place.

Unfortunately I have to change my once 5 star rating down to 1 star. I considered this shop and owner like family however my last experience left a really sour taste in my mouth! I brought my truck in to get a electrical issue fixed, when I got my truck back my center console was all scratched up and lights that were supposed to get fixed burnt out again. Luckily I had used console that I obtained from ebay which wasnt in the best condition but it was better than how the mechanic who worked on my truck left my console. I called and spoke with the owner who I considered a good friend since I been bringing my cars for as long as I could remember didnt offer any apology or anything. Im sadden because I feel that little by little the shop was starting to get sloppy. I genuinely hope they have better or more responsible mechanics and wish them nothing but the best.

My car was a complete mess when I brought it in due to lack of maintenance. Came back the next day and my car felt like it did when I had first bought it. They were very straight forward about the issues and told me how I could prevent them from happening again.
