Someone keyed my truck so I intended on going through insurance until I took it for an estimate. Enrique looked at it and said that it could be buffed out. He saved me the hassle of having 3 panels repainted, Rental car, etc. I got it buffed out and it looks new again. I had a great experience with this company in Salt Lake so I chose them here. I will do it again. I truly appreciate a business thats honest.

They gave me the run around for two weeks. And when I finally agreed to drop off my car, they closed this location permanently. After shopat 3 other shops, they told me that Service kings has always had bad problems and they dont have to try very hard to be better. AVOID!

Had work done here a couple of times for insurance. Their work has always been great. They go the extra mile to insure you happy.

The entire staff is AWESOME🥰😎😊🤩! Service King Villa Park kept me updated from the start. Text notifications & calls (tow retrieval after my accident (12/10/18), when & how many parts were ordered (39), when my car was being transferred to the paint dept, completion percentage rate updates, etc.). My car was very clean inside & out when I picked it up. The paint job is aswesome & my car looks beautiful. Everything works properly & functions. Thank goodness no major components such as the engine, transmission, etc. was damaged. I was even able to leave my rental there & the pickup was handled by Service King Villa Park. Today, 1/4/18 Doug called me to ask how I was doing & if everything was OK w/the repairs. The staff there is excellent‼️ I’ve never been in an accident before & the process was smooth & stress free😊!

They replaced my damage trunk lid. Great service, 5 day turn round. They buffed out a small area in another location & touched up a few spots. Looks like new. They even returned my rental car for me.Very pleased with their service!

Staff was rude and acted like it was my fault they were working. Never got a reciept the second time i was forced to come in. This was not my choice for a place to fix my truck by the way. I had to because my insurance chose it. I have no idea where all these good reviews are coming from but my experiences with this location was definitely not 5 star.. they worked on my truck that was in an accident about 3 months ago. Only to have to take it back a couple of weeks after getting it back.. THEN they fixed the problem again only to get it back with 1 problem fixed but a completely different one popped up out of nowhere. All in all i dont recomend this location for any automotive needs.

Because of the extensive work necessary on the van it had to be totaled. Kelly, Chris and crew were friendly, helpful and professional. If and when we need body work done in the future (I hope not) will talk to these folks. One of our mechanics refers to this business. Thanks guys, if I need you I will call.
