Was quoted a fair and competitive price, service date and time was met and completion time hours less that predicted. So pleased to be in a cool environment again. Work was clean (drop cloths put down from entrance door to work/furnace area) and workers polite and pleasant.

Great and honest shop with experienced staff all around. Local family run business where most if not everyone has 20+ years of experience. Installed new AC and Heater with Trane 13 SEER and 2.5ton. Had 2 installers (Jim and Cole) who came on time, laid out tarps to protect all floors from front door to HVAC system in basement. Clean up work area probably better than when they got here. Also very thorough and was able to answer my questions i had for them during their install. highly recommend for both install and routine service. if you want honest and high quality service, then use K+J and stop looking/going to shops who most likely are not providing the level of service that you should be getting.

K&J installed a new furnace after I consulted with them about my needs, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the minute I contacted them. I was quoted a fair price and was told that my new furnace would be installed the next morning, they even sent over a room heater at no cost to keep me warm until the heat was restored!The installers were on time, spread tarps to protect my floor from door to furnace. Highly recommend K&J! They have been servicing our Trane furnace since 1998. When Paul was out doing the annual cleaning on our furnace. He noticed the blower fan was starting to go. It didn’t have to be fixed right away, but when it goes out we wouldn’t have any heat. I appreciated that it gave me a chance to call Linda in the office to find out how much the repair would be. She let me know what the cost was and since the furnace was so old how much a new furnace would be. Linda also told us about a rebate that was going on at the that time too.We had them put in the new furnace. Jimmy and Cody came out the next week and put in the new furnace for us. They where right on time! The job took less time then they said it would. They cleaned up after themselves. In fact they left it cleaner then they found it! I do daycare out of my home and they where very safe and clean in the home. You would never know they where there.

The blower on our furnace wasnt working, so we were not getting any heat. In the cold with three kids under six, this wasnt good timing. But Jeff came right out on a Saturday, identified the problem, and had us up and running in about an hour. Id recommend K&J to everyone.

I can not say too many good things about the service I received from K&J Heating. They resolved multiple problems with my 20+ year old heating system. The price of repairs was reasonable. We had a new AC/Furnance installed about 5 years ago and began having issues last summer with the AC unit. Although I was frustrated with having to deal with on again/off again AC issues, Linda, Vince and Jeff were immediately on top of the issues and came out to our home within 24 hours each time I called. Their service is incredible and they definitely do not leave you hanging with the problem. K&J was repeatedly out here analyzing and correcting the issues until our unit was up and working again properly. They definitely stand by their product and provide great service.

Today, I had a garage heater and a house humidifier installed by K&J. This was my first time working with them and I had a great customer experience.
