I have been coming the last few months or so. I have mixed feelings. Sometimes my nails turn out great. And sometimes not to good. The last time they did really good.

They didn’t do my nails how i wanted, different shape and style. Terrible service and really rough. super mad. spent $60 for terrible nails.

Went to Pretty Nails to get a French pedicure and a French manicure for a wedding that I was attending.. The woman who took care of me did a great job on both my fingernails and my toenails. Even though my real fingernails were uneven, she made them all look the same size. I told her that I did not want them all filed down to the shortest fingernail I had. She did exactly what I said and made them all look the same size when she was done. I had a lot of compliments on both my fingernails and toenails.

My daughter and I got our nails done here.(full sets) The staff was extremely friendly and We was Walk-ins they took us right in with no appt or anything. So happy with both of our nails. We will be coming back to get them filled in. :) Thank You Pretty Nails! You made me a very Happy Birthday!.

They were very rude to me including rude attitude, facial expressions, and body language, I asked for help picking a color after showing them what I wanted and instead of maroon I got showed a cherry red, I didn’t get anything close to what I wanted but was glad I at least left with simple nails I did to not upset “Andy” even more. He then answered a call got up to watch soccer and had someone else do nails nothing close to what I asked for.

Went there today and a young man named John did my nails he did an absolutely wonderful job! I will definitely be returning. If anyone need their nails done I recommend John. Love my nails ❤️

Jon always does amazing work and his art skills are impeccable. Im so glad to have found a nail tech that is so creative and always finds ways to make my nails look flawless! 5 stars, I always recommend this place to everyone who compliments my nails and I always recommend Jon.

My friend and I went there today. We both just got gel acrylic fills. In the middle of my session the nail tech took a picture of my nails with absolutely no polish on it, didn’t even ask me if it was okay and didn’t even explain why he was doing it. My friend has a tiny layer of skin ripped off from the aggressive nail filing. The nail tech noticed and didn’t address it and just continued to file in that area. My cuticles are all torn up from the drill. The first time we went we had a great experience, however this time was the complete opposite. Unfortunately we will not return.

My last couple services have been less that stellar quality. My visit yesterday was an up charge gel manicure with collagen wraps but the whole entire process was less than 20 minutes. My cuticles weren’t pushed back, my paint needed another coat but she couldn’t be bothered, and it doesn’t cover my nails. I am very unhappy for the amount of money I shelled out.

This place usto be amazing. But I made my last trip here before Valentines. The girl at front desk was to busy with her friends to pay attention to my requests. Then she sighed and gave the expression that I was wasting her time. The nail tech was very rough and unprofessional also.💅💜♀️😉

Went today to do my nails. I needed the color changed and my acrylic filed and filled. You can see the flaws. I have more paint on my fingers than my nails. Total time it took was maybe 25 minutes.

Wow! First time and I must say amazing! If you want beautiful nails this is the place. I will be back. Henry created a design that blew me away! My daughter and friend was also impressed and happy with there nails! The creativity at the salon is far the best I’ve seen in a long time and I’ve been getting my nails done for many years! I am a diva and require classy and elegances alone with being very picky and OCD when coming to my nails! I will drop a cool couple hundred for excellent service and I did at pretty nails! Went in for a basic gel manicure with a design. Was not impressed and will not return. Gotta love how people treat you like dirt just because you come in in sweats and a T-shirt... The tech rushed through my manicure and design left it looking rough and like I had done it at home. Look under the name Jamie smith. I was just in there. Garcia is my maiden name. Report what u want. If a bad review is that big of a threat to your business maybe you should be more customer centered instead of treating people they way some are treated. The 40$ giveaways that they say they draw names is definitely a lie, they picked every name around mine but mine even though i’ve signed up for the giveaway every single time. i will not be taking my service here anymore which sucks for them as i get my nails done 24/7 and everyone asks where i go. I would recommend nail lounge and spa.

My nails are not what I wanted AT ALL. So I called to ask about getting my money back or having them fixed and was told to come back @9:30 the next day. I waisted my time and fuel again because when I got there the “MANAGER” the one who did my nails was YELLING at me infront of customers saying he would not fix them unless I was paying and they look fine? While I was showing him what I did not like about them and how aggressive he was while doing my nails & on top of that he kept stopping to play on his phone rather than getting my nails done and getting me out of there. Never will I ever go back nail spa and lounge is my nail salon for now on.🙂very unprofessional!!

I am changing my 5 star to 2 star. I dont know what has changed but all they do is beg you to add on services. I said no probably 10 times to services until she wore me down. The same thing happened to mom. We both wanted a basic pedicure but she came out with $75 and mine was $60. We wont be back.Great service. I love the atmosphere and short wait time.

My nails lasted about a month and I went and got them filled about two months after of coarse they only lasted about a week after that because I had some old nails on still over a month old, but every time I went they were really nice and asked if I needed anything the only complaint I would even think about giving them is that my polish did chip a little but the nails lasted a long time !

Pretty nails is a good place to go if you want simple nails, but dont expect anything out of their way like cuticle treatment or a fancy design.I asked for purple acrylics with silver on two fingers. She did a great job job at shaping and smoothing my nails, but after painting them purple the worker just dipped two if them in glitter instead of doing the design I asked.It doesnt necessarily look bad but its not really what I asked for either.

HIGHLY recommend Ben. I got a full set because after going elsewhere my nails came off in a week. I used to always go to the nail lounge to get my nails done, but this place did an amazing job. Ben was so friendly and my nails have lasted 6 weeks and have NO sign of coming off. Ive honestly been hoping they would start to fall off so I dont have to soak them off, but they did a great job. They did a very nice job. It didn’t take very long at all even though I was a walk in and didn’t have a appointment. They also have very good prices for such nice and detailed nails.

It’s been just a week since I had a full set on done by Ken. Five nails have since lifted and fallen off. I’ve had my nails done here before and they’ve been fine. Also did not like that he kept asking the time that I had on my watch it was like he had some place to be and just didn’t care about my nails or my experience.

Went in for a full set of acrylics today and I was overall really impressed with this nail salon! The guy who did my nails (can’t remember his name) worked very quickly and efficiently and you honestly can’t beat the price either! The salon was clean and employees were very friendly. Definitely will be back!

I asked for dip powder to be removed and wanted a manicure with regular polish. I assume that with a $25 manicure, I would be getting full service. My hands werent soaked, I had zero cuticle care, and the nail care was sub par. They are not straight and my nails were left dirty and edges were not smooth. I am very disappointed and will not return.

I wish there was a way to leave less than one star. I’ve been going to pretty nails for quite a while and have had a handful of decent and terrible experiences but none have been good or great. Today was the second time I’ve been cut by a nail tech in the store and was not apologized to and did not get a discount. I made it clear I got cut and he inspected it and told me not to move and that I had thin skin, as if it was my fault. Furthermore they overcharged me for dip powder when all I wanted were gel nails, not the dip. They are very rude and unaccommodating and I wish I hadn’t paid. I will not be returning after bleeding on three different fingers and becoming subject to infection without receiving so much as an I’m sorry. I paid $55 and the nails are also bumpy because of the poor job I got. Worst place to get your nails done.

This salon is the best in Mid Ohio Valley. They are upscale, clean, professional and friendly. All their nail techs are so awesome, they do beautiful and good nails. Definitely worth every hard earned penny

I called and asked how much for a fill and design, I was told $25 for the fill and $5 for 2 nails design. I stated when I signed in that I didnt want gel polish, long story short, after being there for almost 2 hours, I had gel polish and my nails are thick. The cost ended up being $50. The design is the only thing I am happy about! I dont know if I will go back!!!!!As stated above, I was told a different price on the phone and i also stated that I like the design! When i got home and looked at them real good, Im not satisfied with the nails themselves! If i did come back to have the gel polish taken off, will I get some of mu money back

Hadn’t had my nails done in a long time and am disappointed. Zero customer service. The fact that cuticle treatment is not given with a full set is absurd. Had to do my own cuticles when I got home and now I’ll have to get my nails filled sooner than I intended. The right pinky appears crooked because the gel is too think on one side. Gel is patchy along the edges as well. Will not be returning.

I went in the place without an appointment the first time close to their closing time and they were happy to take me in even though I was asking for a fresh set of acrylic nails for a first time on my brittle nails. I was greeted by a girl Jennifer and she did them and I must say she did a wonderful job. Not only that but I chose a set of nails that took a long time which made her run past closing time and her and another worker stayed with smiles on their faces and chatting with me already as though I was already a good friend of theirs, the other person helping me with things as I needed without my barely asking him.Well after I was home a few days I found I was unhappy with long nails so I went back and told Jennifer about my unhappiness with them, cringing at the thought of having to admit that, but she understood completely when I told her about my being a computer geek and also how Id been cleaning like a maniac at home and they werent working out like that so I asked for shorter Chrome nails and she had no problem with that. Another job well done, the staff is so friendly and being my 2nd time there, Im already feeling at home and will be returning. The place is a busy place and let me tell you, they have such busy pallets of nails to choose from! I think itd be better to make appointments tho with as busy as they are, but they will take you in if you walk in, but Ill say it does make it harder for them if you do so.

I went in to get my nails done with dip. The girl didnt even take my polish off, she just filed some off and the applied the new dip over my old. Then she didnt even file the polish smooth. My nails were rough and bumpy.

First off, I should say I never ever give reviews but I thought I should share my experience. I will say I love the way my pedicure turned out. I’m giving two stars because of how rude my nail technician was to me. While getting my pedicure, my technician literally laughed while taking off the hot towel from my legs and proceeded to get the male technician that was sitting beside her to look at my ‘little nails’. They were both laughing and POINTING at my toes. This continued; the male technician sitting beside my lady, made a hand gesture of ‘short and stubby’ while they both continued to laugh. I will never ever go back because of how humiliated I felt.Worst. Service. Ever.

My friend insisted we try this place out (my nail tech of over 2 years recently moved so I was in the market for a new place anyways) and I am very glad we did. I had heard mixed reviews, but honestly the only way to actually know how you feel about a place is to experience it for yourself. Everyone there has been nothing but kind and very quick to fix a mistake if it happens. I went back for a fill yesterday and got the same lady as I had the 1st time (I cant think of her name for the life of me, but both times she was at station 5) and I am extremely impressed with her work. I am hard on nails, I have horses and other animals on top of working at a bar, and these things have some serious staying power. I usually go every 2 weeks for fills but due to work schedules I couldnt make it until the end of the 3rd week and only one nail came off the day before i came in because I hit it very hard on something at work. I will definitely continue coming back if the quality of work stays this way. On top of that, they dont gouge you price wise and are very quick to get walk ins seen. I recommend at least checking it out for yourself. Im very picky and if I have no complaints they must be doing something right.

I always love my nails & the pedi every time I leave this place! My mom & I come here every 2 weeks for Mom & Daughter Day!! They can do pretty much any design you could show them a picture of, I think, because my mom always gets hatd, very detailed designs & they never fail. Top notch experience artists! Very friendly & polite also!! Theyre one of the cheaper nail places to go too, believe it or not. Theyre also expanding their space so it wont be so compacted here soon also!! They always have drawings for free manicures, pedicures, etc.. Dont know how anyone could complain about their work. Its absolutely awesome!!

I had my nails done today, the place was busy. I had requested a particular nail tech, however the manager had someone else do them since she was busy even though I told him I would wait. I am so unhappy with how rude the other lady was. My nails are rough, she cut one of my fingers while filing them, and the dip powder isnt even on all of my nail on a few fingers. As a paying customer: I dont want the tech to be constantly pulling or tapping on my hands OR loudly sighing like she was frustrated when I didnt have my hand in the right place OR when I ask for something to be fixed before paying there is no need to pitch an attitude!!! I will be going back to have the rough spots fixed and new gel coat put on them tomorrow. After that I do not intend on returning!!

I would definitely not recommend going to pretty nails in Vienna, they are very rude and did a terrible job on my manicure new full set acrylics. My friend and I went there and charged her $ 10 dollars extra.! We both got the same thing and they cut hers wayyyy shorter than she originally wanted. Wrong color. Wrong length. Horrible service, never going back.

Honestly doesnt even deserve one star. I went there because of there amazing pictures they post on Facebook obviously they only post the ones that actually turn out good. So I asked for a full acrylic set he didnt even treat my cuticles and the acrylics barely cover my nails it looks horrible.

The salon in wal mart in Vienna is awesome !! I will never go back to Pretty Nails couldnt even get a pumpkin on my nail !!

I have had 2 visits to Pretty Nails for fills. The first visit was ok. The second visit was a nightmare. I ask for a fill with an ombre finish. The man doing my nails said he knew what I meant. Well he didnt. He put a coat of heavy bright orange then blew some white on top. After one nail Itold him thats not what I ask for. I explained what I had done at another shop. So since pretty nails looked good on web I thought Id try. The tech was rude. Your employees are being paid for a service plus a nice tip!!! He was rough. Told him my hands had arthritis. He laughed. I left so disappointed. Made up my mind to go back the next day & request it taken off. I ask for a different tech. I tipped him & left. NEVER TO GO BACK. I will spread my experience. I am also disgusted that you come to this country and can speak English but talk among yourselves in your language so the customers have no idea whats being said. ITS VERY RUDE!!!

Horrible, I am 38 weeks pregnant and thought it would be nice to treat myself to a pedicure before baby came. Boy was I wrong. The lady who did my feet cut my heal. Literally took a chunk of skin off and the manager or owner came over and said I had cracked heals.. Bull crap. I was really nice to her about it. They put a band aide on it and still made me pay $35!? Because I had cracked heals.. No way at all that the lady took a chunk of skin off. There is a whole in my heal where skin should be, and still wont stop bleeding! My heal matches my nail polish color on my toes.. Red. I have never in my life had bleeding cracked heals. I mean common curticy would be to offer a free pedi. Or a discount of some kind? Not worth the $35. No. Never again will I go there.
