Coming from an IT background I was a bit nervous at first when i started this job simply because I was used to of sitting behind a screen and now i had to be a part of a bunch of energetic people. However, the CEO and everyone else helped me a lot to achieve great heights at this job. The coworkers have become my family and i can easily say i look forward to going to work every single day. I make tons of money, I am progressing and achieving new opportunities every single day and I love the Management and the environment/coworkers. YES this is my dream job because i know that if i keep putting my 100% in i would achieve all my dreams!!!

For those who wrote bad reviews its probably because they were there to ride the clock and get paid for it. If youre an ambitious and motivated individual then this is a superb opportunity for you! With hard work and motivation you will be promoted to a position you will be thankful for. Yes, it can be challenging at times but it will pay off in the end... This office will keep you feeling positive with positive and energetic vibes all around. Upper management is always available for you and is super nice. I highly recommend any position here for anyone who is determined to be their own boss.

Showed up for an interview on time, and found the office empty. No one was there. I waited around 10 min, still no one.Some further research into this position shows that they’re more in the business of door-to-door sales. Office had giant checks on the walls, sales strategies written on the glass windows, etc. very unlike what I was expecting.I was under the impression I’d be interviewing for an office role. Their office was very reminiscent of an old marketing job I used to have in Woodbridge. Not sure I’d be interested in the position, but it would have been nice to at least sit down and talk to someone.Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Its very similar to a pyramid scheme, high turn over rate..which is why they are constantly hiring. the team leader need you to be a team leader in order to promote themselves..thats it. theres a whole documentary about this field..

An Agon representative knocked my door trying to sell me T-Mobile service. Everything he was offering was good. My only hesitation was the cell reception T-Mobile offers because I travel locally into rural areas for work. The rep assured me multiple times that the reception has increased tremendously in the past few years, and it is now equal to Verizons reception. I made the switch and have found that was untrue. T-Mobile reception is terrible outside of cities. It is virtually nonexistent. Now, I have to switch back to Verizon.

Very energetic environment. Everyone works and plays hard. Upper management takes good care of their employees. Very friendly environment. Great place to learn and grow. Extreme opportunity for every individual within the company.
