I have employed a lot of landscapers and lawn companies over the years. T&S goes above and beyond. My property has never looked better. They are nice people and their employees are too. They really care about the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed with their work or with the way they treat you as a customer.

Looks like I’m not the first to have had bad dealings with this business. $350 for my sprinkler system to be turned on. No not blown out, not maintained, just simply to call water company and step in my garage and turn system on (because I’m the new home owner and didn’t know how, this guy was the installer of the system). My gates to my fence were left open on several occasions, we have dogs and young children. They are lazy and careless with lawn care. The wife who deals with the billing is a liar. She would call my husband up after speaking with me and blatantly lie about conversations we had related to billing. She would threaten and then not answer phone calls. A true narcissist if I’ve seen one. Avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of great lawn services in the mid Ohio valley!!I will add these photos as a testament to how I was received when trying to get in touch with them this morning after the wife spoke with my husband on the phone. I was trying to get in touch to hash out the truth…again. I figured a response would be written that is yet another untruthful response. This conversation was around 9am this morning. Clearly she knows exactly who I am, and does not want to answer to me after she blatantly lied to my husband.

When I first met the owner of T&S, he was overseeing landscaping for my neighbors yard. His workers appeared to be doing a good job. He walked over and proceeded to denigrate Blades of Glory for cutting my grass too short and the previous owner for letting my yard go. I didn’t know what to make of it. In hindsight, that was a huge red flag. Next, I got a spiel about how he is a straight shooter, and he always charges a fair price. He assured me I wouldn’t be overcharged just because I have a nice home. I foolishly took him at his word only to later be billed top dollar for his services. When I say top dollar, I mean you google search the price for a service they provide, look at the range and learn you just paid a price well above the top price you should pay for that service. He charged me well over $100 an hour to replace one sprinkler valve.When they fail to do their job, you have to deal with the owners wife. She’s someone whose idea of customer service includes gaslighting and blaming customers. She claimed she never received payment despite the checks being mailed out weeks prior to the conversation. She was nasty over the phone and claimed I hung up on her when she tried to contact me. After settling my balance, no one ever returned to mow my lawn. After they let my yard go for almost two weeks, I called and spoke with her again. She informed me they canceled my service then flatly lied about notifying me. Frankly, I was relieved to be well rid of them.

Re-did our landscaping last spring - completely. Removed old mulch and put in river rock . Put in all new shrubs. T & S Landscaping did a super job! Stephen and his crew were prompt in doing the work and took great pride in the finished product. Very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!!

I can’t recommend this man enough. Raphael does such a wonderful, thorough job and my yard looks like I own a mansion by the time he is done. If you are in search of a lawn service you need to call him up and get a quote! He’s so detail oriented, and he immediately impressed me when he came out to give me my quote and started talking about the needs that each individual bush had and how each lawn that he cuts is different from the next guy‘s lawn. So he takes so much time and care, and each job he does you can see how much he loves doing it. I guarantee you you will be pleased if you use this service, and your yard will look like the gardens at Versailles. Most lawn services blow through a yard and just blindly chop the bushes up - not this guy! He’s 100% about the details and perfection. What a wonderful service and hard-working, driven man. Two thumbs up!
