Dr Saad and his team are just fantastic. We were new patients, in a new country, in the middle of a pandemic. Dr Saad was funny, kind, gentle, and so patient and understanding. He was also great with my children. Not only is Dr Saad a great dentist, he is also a lovely, caring person. I am usually a very nervous patient, but he was able to help me relax. Ericka the office manager was amazing, helping me with an insurance issue due to my lack of understanding of the American insurance system. She went above and beyond to help me. It was amazing. The team are also just lovely, very talented people. I highly recommend Pace dental.

The best dentist I’ve ever gone to. We recently moved an hour away and still make the drive to Pace; they’re THAT good. Dr. Saad is kind, funny, and a great dentist who really makes you feel like he cares. Lauren, the hygienist, is also fantastic and very skilled at her job. The office has wonderful staff and state-of-the-art equipment that make the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend!

I recently had my first appointment at Pace Dental and it was by far the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. The staff was very friendly and inviting from the moment I walked through the door. The dental hygienist Lauren was so gentle, caring, and awesome! She explained everything perfectly and gave me great advice on how to manage my tooth sensitivity. I called to make and appointment but unfortunately they don’t take my insurance, however Ericka was nice enough to help me figure out my insurance coverage and even helped me find an office that accepts my insurance. Yesterday I met the dental hygienist called Lauren and she was absolutely fantastic! Not only is she a thorough and gentle hygienist, but she’s also a great person with a vibrant personality. The whole time I was there, I felt like I was talking to my best friend. Thank you, Lauren!!! Dr. Saad is also pretty awesome, I just still am not sure how cavities just disappear. Regardless, he addressed all my concerns thoroughly and went the extra mile with tests to make sure that my mind was at ease when I left. I’m grateful for his attention on to detail and warm personality.

Been a while since I’ve been in the office. I do miss Dr. Pace but I will say that Dr.Saad and his team are phenomenal. Great work. Very gentle and very helpful. They are so wonderful I drove down from Philadelphia to continue to see them. I recommend them 100%

My teeth have been really good over the years, but I finally got news of some cavities. I could not believe how painless the entire procedure was. Dr. Saad and Noushon communicated everything and made the entire process so much better than I could have ever expected. A 5 star group all around.

Wonderful office, came here after a bad experience down the street, and it was like night and day. They have all the latest dental gadgets, and can do crowns without taking impressions! Front desk staff was amazing, cleared everything with my insurance and I was seen immediately. They did a great job making sure I knew everything they were doing as they did it, and checked in a bunch to make sure I was ok.Plus, they give out little swag bags (reusable!) with a spf chapstick and some other goodies.10/10 experience

Pace Dental is a breath of fresh air compared to many dental clinics. Dr. Saad and his staff are personable, caring, and competent, and they put patients at ease. I would recommend Pace Dental to anyone, but especially those who have had less than pleasant experiences elsewhere. The oral health assessment was thoroughly completed and explained, and a treatment plan was discussed with all questions patiently answered. Treatment, although not fun, was performed with my concerns assuaged, and the results have been great.Most people arent excited about a visit to the dentist regardless of their oral health history, but being in friendly, capable hands makes it tolerable. If you are looking for a dental practice with the best Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and Staff look no further. Dr. Saad and his staff are the best. The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff is professional, extremely thorough and compassionate. Dr. Saad and Lauren explained everything during the examination and procedure and are always making sure you are comfortable. This was my first time with Lauren and she was as fabulous as the rest of the staff. Dr. Saad also has a great sense of humor which is a win-win when going to the Dentist. I had been a patient with Dr. Joe Pace for 20+ years and must admit I was anxious switching to a new Dentist, since Dr Pace had set such high expectations. Five minutes into my first meeting with Dr. Saad, I felt as comfortable as I did with Dr. Pace.

Wish I could give more stars. Dr. Saad and staff actually make me excited to go to the dentist!! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and it has that small family feel which is really nice. They ask about your life and genuinely want to know. Lauren, one of the dental hygienists, did a wonderful job of explaining all the steps of my cleaning and oral health check, and was cheerful and fun to talk to. Dr. Saad has wonderful bedside manner and has such a calming presence. He does a great job explaining everything, making you feel at ease, and my favorite...he jokes around with you! Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Saad, I leave with a huge smile on my face because it’s just fun to go to the dentist now. You won’t regret choosing this practice.

Dr. Saad and his team are absolutely wonderful! I have severe anxieties about dentistry and they worked with me to find an appropriate method to address this. I felt they truly understood and cared about my emotional as well as physical well-being. I was particularly worried about getting a deep cleaning and Lauren eased me through the entire process. I also have to commend Noushon on her quick and gentle xray techniques. Overall, I found the warmth and friendliness of everyone in this office impressive. I am glad Dr. Pace made such a great choice when he turned over his practice to Dr. Saad.

Dr. Saad, simply put is the only dentist you should see. He is professional and honest. Some dentists and surgeons would try performing unnecessary procedures to payoff a boat or a new car. Dr. Saad rises above that. In addition, his staff is outstanding; a pain free and professional hygienist is icing on the cake.

Dr Saad has great bedside manner, he is thorough and knowledgeable and confident in what he is explaining. I did not feel pressured or rushed in my appointment. He’s great!

My wife had been going to se Dr. Pace for several years, but last year he decided to retire. Dr. Saad took over his practice and my wife has been so pleased with his work that she convinced me to go as well.I went for my first appointment and I was greeted with a warm smile from the front office staff and was brought back quickly. Bahar (dental hygienist) was extremely nice and explained everything to me before proceeding. Then I saw Dr. Saad who was personable funny, and tall. I would like to say that I usually HATE the dentist (like a majority of folk).BUT... this place is awesome. All of the staff are so nice and super friendly. Dr. Saad knows his stuff and all of the nurses are personable. They are very thorough and take their time evaluating any issues.The cost of all procedures and checkups (especially if you have dental insurance) are very reasonable. If you have an issue, the team does everything they can to accommodate and squeeze you in last minute.10/10 would recommend.

Pace Dental is absolutely awesome! I recently had four wisdom teeth pulled and 2 upper K9s crowned and the whole process couldnt have been any better. I first met Dr. Pace and his excellent staff with a consultation visit. We went over all the work I needed and set up the appropriate appointments to get the work done. They were very flexible and accommodating with a payment plan, considering I had a lot of work that needed to be done. The appointments themselves couldnt have gone smoother. There was absolutely no pain before or during the procedures. His staff from the receptionist to all the dental assistants are very professional and as nice as can be. I came to Dr. Pace because he offered anesthesia for my wisdom teeth removal that my prior dentist did not offer. Because of the excellent service and professionalism of Dr. Pace and his staff, I have switched from my prior dentist to him for all my future needs. I would absolutely recommend Pace Dental to anyone and everyone of all ages and needs. They are the best!

I have been going to Dr Paces practice for the last 8 years and he and his staff have always provided me excellent service. He is gentle and careful and communicates very well before performing any procedures. During the time of oral emergencies, he has always made time for me and my family on short notice. Wow! How many people can say that after seeing a dentist??? I can!! From the moment I called to make my appointment to the care I received, I am thrilled!! The office location was super convenient, very clean, welcoming and PLENTY of parking out front. Most importantly, I wasn’t just another patient today. I felt like I was THE patient. I had such an easy time making my appointment and was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff as soon as I walked in. Dr. Saad did such an amazing and extremely thorough exam. He was super patient and extremely gentle. He explained everything to me in words I actually understood - no more “numbers” for teeth, he actually showed me my problem areas and gave me tips and suggestions on how to correct and prevent further damage to my teeth and gums. He answered each and every single one of my questions (there were a lot) and really took his time with me. Not once did I feel rushed or unable to ask a question. After the exam the hygienist Bahar took over for a GREAT cleaning. She was really gentle and made sure I was ok all along the way. Let’s not forget about that amazing massage chair and relaxing music playing to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. If you haven’t seen Dr. Saad you need to get in there FAST. He and his staff will definitely change the way you feel about seeing the dentist! Thank you Dr. Saad and team!! I’m so grateful for the care you show, the professionalism of your staff and how amazing you made my dental experience. Only bad news is now I have to wait 6 months to go back.

Dr. Joe Pace is not only an excellent dentist but also a warm, compassionate person. It is clear that he cares not only for the quality of his work but for each and every patient. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Without hesitation I would recommend Dr.Pace and his practice to anyone who seeks fine dental care.

I would beware of Pace Dental and there wrongful billing practices. I was estimated the out of pocket cost of 2 fillings (roughly around 200.00) which is around what I would usually pay since my dental insurance only covers about 80% of the cost. I had the work done and then 30 days later received a bill from Pace Dental for over 500.00 of which my insurance did not cover. When I called to ask them about such a discrepancy, they seemed “confused” by why my insurance would not have covered as much. I would have never paid 700 dollars for 2 cavity fillings. I would have found another dentist that was more in line with my budget. I have never experienced since blatant billing errors by a dentists office. I would beware of there billing practices. I have also had to have the cavity fillings redone since they were completed a year ago.

I have a very complex dental history.A few weeks ago, a accidentally cracked one of my teeth. Dr. Saad was able to assemble his team and take care of me even when the office was not open. This was literally my first encounter with Dr. Saad. He was kind and patient with my situation. Ive been a patient since Dr. Pace opened his practice (about two decades ago) and have always had excellent experiences with him and his staff.Im an incredibly nervous patient, but Dr. Pace has always been very accommodating, acknowledging my concerns and helping me work through my fears. His hygienists and assistants are extremely professional and the office manager has been very helpful with resolving issues with my crappy dental insurance provider.I have recommended Dr. Pace to coworkers and friends and have always received rave reviews for the care they have received.

Found Dr Pace to be very ethical. My mother had some post-treatment pain in teeth and gums and he followed up quickly, also going in to his office on a snow day and letting us know he was available to see her and discussed possible treatment and next steps over the phone.
