They did fast work to identify my phone needed a new battery and even gave me. A discount on a new screen. The work was good and my phone is like new!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work provided through the Fanelli Boys. Last Tuesday I took my unresponsive Samsung s7 to them to see if there was anything that could be done. After running a diagnostic the technician told me that it was just a charge port, which would be $109 to do. He said that it was a soldered on part and would take longer to do. I picked my phone up Sunday and cannot be more pleased on the service they provided.

I will never give my money to fanelli boys or the CPR scam company. They sell me a phone with a broken charge port, then tell me to travel to basically all of their other locations to see if they can fix it. Wasting alot of time and gas money, just to be told to take it back to the the store I bought it. They told me to come back when a manager is there so they can give me a replacement phone. When I came back in, no manager was there a and they told me well the screen seems slightly scuffed (like being in a pocket with keys) theres no way to tell is the screen works, its your fault so we cant give you a new phone. Plus thats not something we feel comfortable with doing word for word what they told me. so now they said theyll send it out Ill have it back in 5 days. Here is the 6th day, an Im being told itll be 2 more weeks. So theres went $40 dollars in gas, $250 for the junk phone, $110 for what will be two months of a wasted phone bill. Ive lost all my buisness contacts and work info everything. All because the phone I had before the screen broke n I asked them If they could replace it, they told me itd be $370 and a week to get the screen. They have a sign that says same day repairs what a joke. i brought a note 3 with me too they told me theyd take a week for the screen too. So I guess if your not some highschool chick who dropped your iPhone in the bathroom. you should find a reputable organization that can not only sell quality products, and help in a timely manner; but will honor their word and their work. Maybe youll get a charger with it too!

Update about my Fanelli Boys experience.1st experience with Fanelli Boys: I had a problem with my phone​ not charging because the charging port was messed up. Fanelli order a new charging port and replaced it. They end up having my phone for almost 6 weeks. When I got it back it wasnt even fixed. I paid Fanelli Boys $140 and my phone wasnt fixed. They said I couldnt my money back which is bs. I took my phone to Geek they had my phone 24 hours and it was fixed. So I paid Fanelli Boys $140 for nothing then I had to pay Geek $50.2nd experience with Fanelli Boys: After I posted my post about experience. Both Fanelli boys reached me on Facebook. They apologized, were willing to help me, resolve the problem, and give me a refund. They did make things right and gave me a full refund. He told me to bring in my receipt and delete my posts and I would get a refund. Then he told me delete the posts now and replace them with a good one. A honest one. I encourage you to tell the truth as if Im a liar of something. That really bothered me. I told him that I would delete and replace it after everything is taken care of and if I have a good experience, which is fair. He kept telling me to delete the posts or write that things are being taken care of. So I wrote Things are getting taken care of. If things get worked out and I have a good experience then I will update this post and write the good that they did on the post. I told him I did that and he still wasnt happy. He was just mad at me because I posted a bad review. He said Basically paying for you to get your phone fixed and you just want to hurt me. Awesome!. Him saying that he was paying for me to get my phone fixed was ridiculous because they didnt fix my phone. I paid them to fix my phone and they didnt so I had to pay Geek to fix it. Justin said that I was just wanting to hurt them which is ridiculous. When I took my phone to them I was hoping to have a good experience with them and leave them good review but I didnt have a good experience so I had to leave a bad review. He even accused me of hurting his business, which I felt was wrong, because I just left an honest bad review about my bad experience with them. I told him that his employees and the service I received is what hurt his business. If I would have had a good experience then I would have left a good review. To be perfectly honest I think that Justin was more worried about my bad review and me deleting or changing it than anything else. Josh was a pleasure to talk to and was really nice and respectful. He asked when I could stop in, I asked him what days they were open so I could stop in, and we sat up a day to take care of everything. Josh said I hope you do give us another chance and let me know personally if there is anything I can do for you in the future which was really nice. I told Josh that above my original review I wrote Things are getting taken care of and if everything is done right and I have a good experience then I will update this post with the good​ they did. He said I looked at it thank you for that. Josh said that he would like to talk to me in person one day and I am willing to do that because he was very nice and respectful to me. He said I appreciate you giving me a shot and if you ever stop in get ahold of me before hand. Because of Josh and him being so nice and respectful to me I would maybe be willing to give Fanelli Boys another chance.
