Needs a human touch to dealing with people. One of the other five star ratings is by Werner (probably related to one of the leaders in the company).

I neither signed up for their consulting, nor am I looking for a job, yet I get emails from them even after asking to be removed. They shouldnt be viewed as a legitimate business as they randomly send out emails fishing for clients from people that dont want them to email them.
