Alladine has given me the best cut I have ever had, and does it consistently the same every time. I get a fade with a hard part line and he uses the single blade flawlessly and is my preferred barber been coming to him for almost two years. Definitely recommend.

Aladdine was very accommodating despite me arriving late from getting lost with parking. His studio is in the Salon Loft building, right next to metro parking (free on weekends). Got a cut and shampoo. Great styling, welcoming, professional and friendly service. Excellent barber. Will be back.

So I am from New York and have gone to the same barber for the last 15 years (yes I would wait until I would go home to see my extended family every month just get a haircut then). Due to covid 19 that was not a possibility. So I met this man who happened to be my neighbor and asked where do you get your haircut? He told me he cuts it himself and that he is the barber at fade co. By seeing how great his hair was, and how badly I needed one I gave it a chance. I have to say, best choice I made all of 2020, such a great barber.

Since moving to this area from Brooklyn over 20 years ago, I have been struggling to find a Good Barber, the struggle was so challenging that I would wait for visits back to Brooklyn to get a haircut.I am all set now after finding the Fade Company. Alladin takes the tradition of cutting hair seriously, he is a master at doing the fade and is highly skilled at beard and mustache trimming. It is really easy to schedule appointments on his website, the location Salon Lofts is a space that is novel in its approach to providing a venue for barbers and stylists to share a common space while maintaining their own business.

Wow, called trying to book and appointment, he kept rudely saying go online and do it there. He said Im not looking for one-time customers so go online and figure it out. Hard to support small local businesses when they’re this disrespectful.

I’ve been to different Barbershops like the Hounds of Baskerville in Singapore and Milo’s in Olympia, WA and it took me a while to build a relationship and trust with these barbers. Al immediately makes you feel at home and is professional and receptive to your input and needs. I found my Barber in VA! Keep in mind that he is a one man show, so book online and be on time.

Great cut that is not rushed. He pays close attention to detail and offers a discount to students that is very comparable to other places but you get a better cut in return. I’ll be back for every haircut.

Its been tough looking for a new barber shop after moving from New England. Also, my cousin who owns a barber shop (Metrocuts in Rhode Island) cut my hair for over 20+ years!!
