5 stars does not do justice to Vienna park apartments and it’s management. They are very professional, friendly. The amazing management comprising of Rachael, Wilbur, the maintenance team led by Yusuf are such amazing people. I lived for 4 years and cherished every moment in it. Very safe and clean. The maintenance team provides supports super quick even with short notice. It is definitely an amazing place to stay. Keep up the good work Vienna Park Apartments. You all are really amazing. !!!!

4 years ago I arrived with my family in this apartment and we are very happy to live in Vienna Park the services are excellent there is security all clean the workers are very friendly it is a very healthy environment I recommend you to live here in Vienna park it has swimming pools park this cool

I lived here about 7 years ago and it destroyed my life for 2 years after living out of containers from BED BUGS. IN MY ENTIRE LIFE OF APARTMENT LIVING HAVE IDE EVER RECEIVED A BEDBUG PAMPLET STATING ITS BED BUG SEASON, AND U WILL GET IT FROM YOUR ILLEGAL CENTRAL AMERICAN NEIGHBORS, WHO WILL DENIE THEY DONT HAVE THEM IN FEAR OF PROBLEMS WITH THE INS. THIS PLACE USED TO BE NICE.NOW ITS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED AND WITH BED BUGS UNLESS U want to live in a ghetto central AMERICA...

Ive Lived here since 2019 and I love it here. One time the heater went out and another time the hot water..and the maintenence crew always responded within the hour and are very friendly and helpful..The rent is great for the area. Ive seen reviews from others complaining about bed bugs and suspicious people in the parking lot. That has Not been my experience. A Security guard walks the premises all night and hes a really nice guy..I wish I had a washer/dryer inside my apartment but other than that..I have Zero complaints about this place. Great and affordable place to live in Northern VA.Edit (after reading some other negative reviews) Ive also never had an issue with finding parking spaces or acquiring parking passes. And the maintenence man is the nicest guy on the planet.

If you like parking a mile away from your apartment, then this is the place for you. Parking spots are non existent for people who LIVE here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who owns a car.

Worst place to live and keeps getting worse, no parking what so ever and if you park here you immediately get towed you can get a temp parking pass for only 3 days this place is too strict on parking children playing outside no one is allowed to ride bicycles in the neighborhood you cant store anything on the balconies but outdoor furniture this place i do not recommend living here unless you like rent going up every 3-4 months by $50 I’m moving out of here can’t stand the management and all the bed bug infestation in the area. I would give this place zero stars if i could

No issues what so ever. Staff is great then again I mind my own business. Great place to live at and its affordable.

I cant stand how annoying it can be when something the maintenance people have to fix something and they dont do a good job and we have to call them again to fix the same issue, because they seem to be in a rush or something. Its nice here and everything,BUT the maintenance service needs more improvement because its annoying we have to wait for day(s) or so for them to come and we cant use the items we need until somebody fixes it. I understand.

I lived in this place for 5 years and the 1st 2 years this place it was excellent, after that this place it was infested with Bed bugs and cockroaches. They need to destroy this building for sanitation.

I have been living for 2+ yrs and the place is clean,safe and really cheap for this area.

I used to live in 154 Patrick St SE, mine was 2 bed room rental, everything was good about my staying except a good night sleep.To get a good night sleep I used to sleep in the hall of the room.You will ask what was the problem with good night sleep?The problem was the heavy traffic that runs on the Park St SE, If you close the window to reduce the traffic noise you wake-up early in the morning because of high CO2 accumulation in your bed-room. If you keep the window open then traffic noise will wake you up early in the morning around 5:00 AM. The same traffic noise will NOT let you sleep late in the night around 11:00 PM.So, in a general advise if you rent with Vienna apartments try avoiding the rental unit that run along the side of Park St SE and those on the Cedar Ln.Over-all advise for a dense city like Vienna, just avoid any road-side housing property,becuase of the lack-of-good-night sleep your life will be miserable.

There is no proper parking. Everytime I have to park far away from my building. There are insects in apartment. Music voice comes from other apartments. Suspicious people walkaround, not safe to walk at night.

I lived in 154 Patrick St. SE building (apt 177), there are bed bugs. I was charged 425$ for bed bug treatment.Some nights parking is not available. Just got my 2nd parking ticket by vienna police.

Horrible services horrible rules they dont let u play soccer / basketball etc cant even run is the worst part you pay so much money for no reason the security guards are stupid asf they put a complain on you if ur outside in ur porch at 10pm

Live here if you want noise outside, clothes stripped away from public laundries, and disrespectful ignorant neighbors that are mostly hispanic and are rude!

Nasty place to live, insects in apartment will put bite marks on your skin.

Very bad customer service in the office as well as the maintenance team that they have on site and I found it very difficult to move in and as well as they harass my movers moving in as well as moving out

A lot of bed bugs

This place is infected with bed bugs and they charge $ 400 dollars fine to treat the bed bugs. Once you start living there they dont care about your rights.This place is full of logging or bedbugs when your apartment is infected they charge you $ 400 and the logging is passed through the air pipes also after you are in contract with your community they do not care about your right and they raise you to the rent every year and do not they have good maintenance
