Absolutely Horrible experience. While the company has a nice presentation, they ask for a big sum of funds which wouldnt even be an issue, but they have the most aggressive hard selling salesmen, most likely have been watching too much wolf of wall street.. Do not care about absolutely anything expect getting the yes.. Even when i explained to them that i know the exact script they are using as i am a salesman as well, they just kept going.. Most obnoxious sales people ever. Hang up the phone if they call you.

We were initially skeptical about using an SEO service for our small business because we already do a fair bit of social media and we consistently request Google reviews. On the advice of digital marketing experts, we took the plunge with Surefire about 7 months ago and the results have been excellent. Pretty awful experience overall. Initially they did a decent job designing our website, but after the initial design and launch things feel apart. We added pages and received no SEO optimization. We provided the design on pages, however, SureFire added no SEO optimization and the page did not rank. It took us communicating back to SureFire that there was an issue and they need to page coding at which point the page did start to rank, but never really ranked well. We experienced this on multiple pages. While SureFire charged us a monthly fee to manage our website, I dont feel they did much other than provide a portal similar to what is available from Google Analytics. Lastly, upon notifying them we were cancelling they dropped us like a hot potato. Zero effort to keep us and zero effort to help transition things. Its difficult on both parties when a relationship is ended, however, asking why shows you care and want to prevent this in the future. Its pretty clear SureFire just wants their monthly management fee and has zero interest in clients. Beware.

When we decided to move on due to lack of response and poor quality work this company removed 3 years of content that our team had put hundreds of hours into uploading.The content is ours and they removed it. I have had to bring our attorney into the situation and they have not responded. We have since found many errors on our site that they are responsible for . This is not a company the we would suggest anyone use. We canceled within the terms of our contract and they are holding our content hostage. They actually told us if we continue to pay for the app they will upload the content back to our site. The geo-juice app is the vehicle we used to upload the content, we were told that the content was ours and we have confirmed that to be true. The app is what we were paying for. Surefire is a reseller of this app they did not create it from what I understand. Dont work with this company.
