Our tax return was stolen by themalways check the bank account before you leave if you see it blank. thats cause they add there bank account we have tryied talking to them.and the. all Claudia said its not her problem we have to contact IRS and we have but there is no way to get a hold of themshe is very slick so be carefuloh and not only did she stole our taxes our stimulus checks because the bank account she put in system is for the IRS so be careful and double check

I made an appointment last week and I understand life happens so Claudia reached out so we can do a virtual meeting and wanted me to email my documents, Im not comfortable emailing my social security card or my ID, so I asked to reschedule. She agreed to meet Monday, then texted me that morning again with now another excuse and ok thats fine but wanted to either meet later that evening where I personally couldnt or to email my documents and I told her I wasnt comfortable doing that so we rescheduled a second time for Tuesday morning. I get to the office and its locked. I texted the number shes been texting me from to verify location and time and no response. I waited maybe she was busy with someone else.. I waited 10 minutes after my appointment at this sketchy looking office and nothing so I went somewhere else across the street and they took care of me.
