Went on 1hour before closing and there was a lot of people doing the same. Very hot day, unfortunately there was only person working. Got pretty busy and she handled it like a pro andade everyone feel comfortable. Good job!

Wow, great place, felt the lady was little to knowledgeable or was it me feeling like didnt know nothing about a pool. I believe the staff takes time to know information and chemicals supplying. I believe every business who provides services should have staff such as this place, friendly, helpful and most important knowledgeable. Thank you, pool looks great and appreciate your services 😀

I went there yesterday and wont ever go to that store again. Bad service no shopping carts and the cashier didnt like it when i asked her to help me find some items. But what really got to me was when a cashier made one of the customers by laughing at him for not properly mixing some chemicals properly on his pool. She looked up at the ceiling laughing and said I cant tell people enough time to put 1 chemical at a time every 4 hours, I guess Ill have to highlight it I just thought that it was rude to say it in that manner in front of everyone.

While I was waiting to get my pool water tested I had this really strange feeling that someone was watching me. The hair on the back of my neck was standing up and a slight chill was in the air. As I looked around the store from behind the boxes of chlorine I saw little green men looking at right at me. It was an odd feeling and didnt want to draw any attention to myself but nonchalantly moved over to the shelves where they were and slowly reached up to turn his head away from me. I immediately felt a sense of relief come over me. I passed my water test with flying colors and headed back home to jump in the pool. That night I had some really creepy dreams that included little green men chasing me around the pool. I alone survived to tell this story and warn you to be on the lookout for the little green men.

Great experience every time. The two ladies there are great, down to earth, know their stuff, and hustle. My kind of people. I will continue coming to this location.

Bought a pool pump and heater from them in 2005. Called to make a maintenance appointment, they had me give all the information and never called. Recieved 2 emails stating they would call within 24 hours. Also spoke to an associate when making the request who stated they had no service requests and would be able to come out soon. Very poor customer service.

4 stars because the stuff is pricey but thats the price you pay when you need the parts like right now unless you have have time and are patient. Youre better off shopping at Amazon. Other than that, great place has all your pool needs and the workers are very knowledgeable and answer any pending questions.

I dont like that they try to sell me chemicals that I dont even need. They said my pool needed acid and when I went home and tested my pool water with there chemical test I had just the right amount of Acid in my pool.

The worst customer service ever. I guess they have new policies but blame everything on covid19. The guy that was helping me cut me off every time I tried to say something. He was very condescending and so rude. Ive been doing business with them for 8 years but no more. Ill find someone else. I should mention that I finally told him to shut up youre making it worse. I should not of done that, but!!!

Horrible customer service always giving the wrong information on how to service your pool and then turning around and blaming it all in the customer as its their fault for doing it the way they said. Management said that they would help me fix my pool and get it correct but then played dumb like theyve never talk to me before. Very rude and always cutting you off in the middle of a sentence. Very low knowledge when it comes to servicing pools.

There is a woman there who was beyond rude when we didnt know what type of pool shock we were looking for. She had little patience and should NOT be in customer service. Worst experience dealing with people who go to your store for help and direction.

Horrible customer service I called to see if they had the lining to go on the ground before the above ground pool dose and they said they did so we drove over there and they said they didnt have it . I showed them my phone to make sure it was the correct store I was st and they said yes but they didnt know what I was talking g about . And about 5 min I to it o e girl remembered and said she gave me a price for something else. They then looked up another store to see if they had what I needed and told me to go to San bernadino so we drove there and they didnt have it either waist of my time

Employees are rude and very short with you they dont have time to spend and explain what you need for your swimming pool they are not that busy or they should take the time and help their customers and you know if you have a swimming pool that is very expensive and when you go into places like this in your spending hundreds of dollars they should take a few minutes out for you

Great place, tested my water for free and answered all my noob pool questions with a smile. Looks like they have everything you could possibly want out of a pool supply place, they had everything I needed to turn green algae water into crystal clear water.

I was helped after 2 other customers that came in after me were helped. I waved my hand and said I was next but the kid working said give him a minute, so annoying. I like the AV location way more.
