Very unorganized. They should prioritize their appointments before walk ins . Waited almost an hour before I walked out. Been here a few times prior and they accept customers even when they are overwhelmed. They should really organize themselves

They are understaffed and not skilled. There was only one girl who did a good job at this shop.. Downside is shes never there. I will not recommend.

Manicure was great, but the pedicure was not worth it.

The work is not so great. My big toe nail looks like I bought it at target. They messed up on my color twice and after changing it the third time, they still look like my kids played around with my feet. Dont think I will be returning.

Nice people but really disorganized. Made my appointment but somehow walk-ins had priority. After my pedi I was suppose to get my mani but waited 30 mins and they ignored I was just sitting there. Had way better work done to my feet at other places too. Definitely not worth the price I paid either. Not going back.

Would not come here again. charged me $110 for a full set with only 6 fingers with gems definitely not reasonable, the lady was very distracted with phone calls & she also left me sitting there for 5-7 minutes to go to the back room & they messed up my step moms nails 3 times that’s ridiculous. they even messed up the color on the lady who was sitting next to me. After pointing out every detail with my nails they came out nice.

Looking for a nail salon in the high desert and went in here. I was very surprised that my daughters and I were in and out. The service was good. The price is reasonable for 3 people. It was Sunday around 11am only 1 customer. So we were able to get all 3 done at the same time. Thank you for a lovely mother and daughters date.

After getting a fill the second time around,one of my nails when they were taking off the color was green and they said it was because washing my hands too much .this is actually caused by poor placement of nails or dirty equipment..i will not be recommending this place, they need to be evaluated by the state if this can happen now they should be held responsible for their poor work...horrible experience super upset, now I have to deal with this on my hands .

I am not a very easy to please type of person! I must say this place has greatness in my eyes. They are very nice and do excellent work very professional environment. They also do great lashes and they give you the royal treatment. Sometimes we can be a bit skeptical at nail shops but this place is very clean you trust to put your feet in their bowl.!!!

I have been a regular here for almost two years and will no longer be coming here after the experience I recently had. I brought my mom and aunt to get pedicures for a gift and as we were leaving one of the older ladies came and grabbed my aunts arm as we were getting in the car telling us we didn’t pay. Other workers came out after her letting the older lady know the mistake was on them and they had overcharged us. It should never get physical but it did although my aunt didn’t retaliate we were humiliated. We were paying customers enjoying the holidays and experienced this.

This place is a hit and miss. There is always a long wait time so make sure you come prepared to wait. I suggest not taking small children. All of the ladies are rude. I am 2 days away from having my baby and the older lady that did my pedicure yesterday was getting mad at me and pulling my leg because I couldn’t hold it up on my own for her to scrub the bottom. I asked her for a regular pedicure ($17) she did the whole spa treatment instead and I ended up paying $31. Michael did my nails. My fingers are cut up at the cuticles. Everyone goes with Bobby, the younger man there. he’s always super busy and has to rush through to get to everyone waiting for him.

Most of the time is alright. Nothing spectacular. Service is eh. It would be nice if someone would acknowledge a customer when they come in and ask what they need . Will definitely not be returning.

Every time I go in for a manicure and a pedicure, the people there do a wonderful job. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. So clean and organized! Prices are fair too!

Honestly....Run away from this place!!I wanted a quick underarm wax and all Ive got was bruises under my arms and after a week still red and dark...I usually get wax quick and it shouldnt hurt if you had it for many years and hair starts to thin out. From the entrance looks nice but be AWARE they DONT CARE about doing a good job. When I went inside the Wax room was dirty I would give them minus stars if I could...I shouldve seen the rating on this place before going in.

I walked in and asked about how long for a pedicure. The young man said 10 minutes so I waited. That was at 330 pm. At 405 pm I was still sitting in a chair with nothing going on. They need to give accurate wait times. I wasted 30 minutes in there.

I’m reviewing this for the person who did my nails. Not sure his name but he is the oldest from the two males working here and he doesn’t speak English very well. Not happy with my nails. like another reviewer he hurt some of my nails while he prepared them for the gluing nail. He did apologize. But my nails didn’t came out good he left most of my nail shorter than my actual nail, very unhappy. Got charge $40 but with tip was $45. Not sure if i’ll come back but if i do i wont be getting my nails done by him.

Just dont come here. Very unprofessional techs I went in at 6 and they said they were full with only 2 people ahead of me and closing time is at 7!!!! This isnt the first time they do this... definitely not coming back..

Scheduled an appointment for May 30th early morning. Saw about 6 workers arrive. When I was at the salon about 4 of those workers were at different stations working on clients. I had a Gel Mani & Pedi done. While starting my pedi the State Board Inspector walked in asking for everyones license & i.d. As shes walking around asking the workers to produce these items I realized that the technician doing my pedicure was GONE. Needless to say out of the 6 workers there ONLY 2 were licensed!!!!!!! After this whole fiasco, a licensed technician came to finish my gel pedicure and it was HORRIBLE seemed like I literally paid to just walk in and have my toes painted!!! My feet were NOT soft and the Gel Polish was peeling that night! I drove back the next day to get it fixed and to my SURPRISED ALL the unlicensed MIA technicians from the morning before were there WORKING on clients!!!! Including the ONE that the state board inspector called out on being unlicensed!!! NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could rate this place a ZERO I would!!!!

We went there because I called and they said they did eyebrow tinting. They lied and they did not offer this service. They kept saying they would do it and they waxed my eyebrows and didnt do the tinting. I again explained I wanted tinting and I guess there were getting chin out of that conversation and they did not offer it. Then my mom didnt want her lip done and the girl did it anyways and then tried to charge us for it. Worse service Ive ever experienced.

Horrible!!!!! I ended up paying almost twice as much as I expected. The guy made my fingers bleed and I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt! His work overall...I got three fingers that bled and a acrylic nail that is smaller than my actual nail. He didnt even apologize for hurting my fingers. Please dont waste your money here.

My wife went there yesterday and they messed up on both her feet and her nails, there was a bubble in one and red spots on the other and they did not want to fix it then when we got home her toes and nails were 2 different colors. today she went back after work and disrespected her in front of everyone yelling saying that she asked for a reg. mani/pedi not the gel. so only her nails were done in gel and because the guy who told them what she wanted wasnt there they said shes lying and the manager which also does nails said (in fact, did her toes) said that she was a key witness and that she asked for reg. as well. they were trying to charge her &13 more to redo her toes.....so instead of doing them over and settling it.......they last a customer.

My nails were horrible they popped off within a week . Once they switched ownership the shop went downhill . I will never return here again
