June 2020 i was picked up 10 minutes early and dropped off at my doctors office 10 minutes late, very poor driver attention. my doctor almost did not see me. on way home i had to wait for a person to be dropped off at their doctor, while i and the driver waited for her to finish. my will call return ride was a 60 minute wait time. Dispatcher Paul has a DGAF attitude. Renee in the office is one that will not go above and beyond in a matter of importance. i did not get a call the day before this trip, i had to call them to verify if i was getting a ride. All in a 24 hour period. A grievance with my health insurance company is being submitted.

I was driving down Phelan Rd Saturday 10-21-17 at 1:15pm..when I noticed a medical transport van behind me, I was traveling at 60 mph..and this van was right on my bumper..it was like the driver was trying to intimidate me to drive faster!!! The speed limit on this road is 55 ...and when I wouldnt speed up the driver was on my bumper again😡I think he was very unprofessional...i dont know if he had anyone else in the van with him, but this driver should know better!!!! I will be calling their office first thing Monday morning...

Wow what a mess! I would give no stars but thats not an option. First of all, theyey were an hour and half late to pick up mother from rehab, they dont speak English, they had an incorrect destination address and would not change it. I had to ask for a card and talk to dispatch myself to change the address. He kept getting lost and made my mother miss her appointment at the hospital. Never again if I can help it!! To top it all off its like speaking to a wall. They have no accountability for what they just did.

I had 3 appointments and Victorville was assigned to pick me the 1st they were so late getting here the Dr.s cancelled my appointment until Jan 17, 2019, 2nd Dec 18, my appt. was at 7:45am they were suppose to pick me up at 6:45am it was 7:15am I was late for my appt. Then they were to come back at 9:00am, they showed up at 9:30am. This company is not reliable. If I could give a zero star I would.

Worst medical transportation services ever! I wouldnt rely on them at all, calling in the morning to have them taken off my list of transportation providers

Yall deserve no stars. You need to shut down when your employees call off everyday...

If I could give less than one star I would!!Yesterday we asked the driver to wait one minute and he just walked away and we had to wheel our family member to the doctor. Today they dropped her off for appointment and still waiting 2 hours to be picked up. They keep saying 20 minutes, 20 minutes....still waiting. Will never use them again
