I was in the area needed a couple of things and againI couldnt find one common item and no one on the floor to help.i spent way to much time looking and looking. it was frustrating and a reminder of this happening on my last viste.Home depo is the best place.

Went there today to get a ceiling vent cover. They told me in the tool department that the computer shows they have 20 in stock. He told me where to look, I went to that department and no one was there to help me. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to help me. After waiting no one came, so I went to search for someone. Found someone who said that they didn’t work in that department but would call someone. I waited about 15 minutes and no one came. I left the store with no help whatsoever. The store has Very Poor management, no customer service. I will never go back to Lowe’s. If there was a rating less than one star I would give it to them. I would say that their service stinks, but they don’t have any service.

Managers on duty have less experience or knowledge than customer reps/cashiers about returns and other knowledge base of there business most likely from hiring outside of the experience range instead of promoting from within which would solve this issue. Items like spray paint are rarely kept up with in inventory and professional looking stock but all in all it is a well rounded and clean store with friendly staff.

No complaints from me. Always able to pick up items I need and be on my way. Prices are reasonable and staff able to answer questions.

Please shop here fully knowledge about what you need because Ive been to the Dunia area multiple times and its basically self serve. Rarely get help and when you call its a waste because you can be on hold 20 minutes plus and the phone answers and they hang up. Customer service has really declined. I love Home Depot. If they had the door I wanted, Lowes wouldnt be considered.

Awesome experience. I ordered online and the cashier who helped was great. What really made my day was Marvin. Hes the gentleman that brought two patio sets to my vehicle and loaded them both on his own. I looked to grab a tip and realized I didnt have cash. I apologized and what did he say. Its okay maam this is my job. I was in awe. I thought this young man is a sweetheart and yes it is his job, but felt that he went above and beyond. Thank you Marvin and I hope management sees the great worker and manners you have.

I special ordered a security door 4 months ago!!!They screwed it up and ordered the wrong door, and they realized 2 weeks later, then tell me I owe another $400 dollars!! They also told me the door would be ready in 4 to 5 weeks! Never follow up with you have to chase them down to find out the status it’s now has turned into four months! After I chase them down I have an install scheduled for this morning, no show!After a few phone calls come to find out the wrong size door was ordered! This is after I paid to have the door measured professionally by them! Horrible store horrible customer service do not do business with them! And of course I have no door! 🤬🤬🤬

Spent almost 40 minutes in the electrical aisle waiting to get customer service after asking two different employees to call for customer service. Customer service never showed up. I went to the front check out and asked to speak with a manager. When the manager found out I wanted to make a complaint, the manager wouldnt even come out to take the complaint. I left without buying what I needed. Absolutely no customer service, even from managers.

The service was great, the staff was very professional and helpful and helping find what I need.

Kristyn, was very helpful, got me a portable cooler, but didnt mention the accessories it needed.. Yes it was floor model, but STILL needs vent to go out window!! Paid close to 400 and I still cant use it until hooked up right! Not to happy right now, its very very hot!!

I am starting to frequent the Lowes in Apple Valley more often than the Home Depot, which is right across the street, for one primary reason. 10% veterans discount where they always thank me for my service. Prices are comparable and I think the staff at Lowes is a little friendlier. Since moving to the high desert last year I have made all of my major appliance purchases there because we got smoking good deals and we return there frequently for our other home improvement project needs.

Found toilet handle replacement with quick assistance from Lowes employee. Hassle free booked a window treatment appointment with Lowes employee help. Used a military discount. I appreciate the savings.

Isles were clear to walk down. Someone I was able to find right away. Register personnel was quick and very friendly

Went in for supplies and to order carpet rang the bell to get service in flooring and Chris was able to come over and help us I was there for almost an hour and a 1/2 and Chris was absolutely amazing. He was able to show me all the carpet he had for what I needed and then even when I changed my mind he helped me some more he was kind enough to Roll the carpet machines so that I could see the different types and styles and sizes of carpet. I recommend Chris in the flooring department if you ever need carpet.

It was not crowded at all and had everything I needed for my trip. It was really nice cuz this time I didnt have to wait forever and end up leaving just to get some paint mixed LMAO

Company is great, this location is terrible. Understaffed by disengaged unknowledgeable employees who could care less about helping customers. I’ve been here about 4 times and never had a single question answered, straight up get “I don’t know” and they think that’s acceptable. Placed an online curbside pickup and after 2.5 hours of nothing called and they told me it would 5 hours minimum. The type of horrible service you’d expect in Victorville.

Needed things to get the swamp cooler up and running. In and out very quickly.

They need to update computer stocking system and software for self check out too! But a product person checked us out which I like do not like self checkout all. We returned item 2hrs later to same store and they said code on receipt did not match item want to give us store credit only. I went to shelf where I got item and showed them that it is there item they finally agreed it is theres but item on receipt was different code only want to give store credit. We said this is ridiculous. We just bought this two hours ago from your store and your clerk checked us out. Like I am saying software and stocking problem. Finally someone who used logic instead of computer got our credit returned to my card. Thank you to that person.

Its a great place to find what it is that you need the people are very friendly and help you every time you ask and if they dont know the answer they will find someone who knows. I highly recommend shopping there for your Home Improvement needs.

Waited 30 minutes for help and no one arrived, customer assistance was called for me over the store 7 times in the appliance section by another employee but still after waiting another 10 minutes there was still no one to help me get a new washer and dryer for my mom and dadOn my way to home Depot.Very very bad service and very unprofessional. hire more workers or hire people who care actually car about customer service.

0 stars! I have a Lowes Pro account. This is the worst Lowes Ive ever been to. Waited on line for 45 min and when a manger came up to help the inexperienced cashier, she left and refused to open another register when politely asked. This manager had a serious, screw you attitude and just walked off w/o apology or explanation.Another time I called about a truck rental and the phone rang 20 or 30 times. When they finally picked up, they hung up before I could say a word - like 1 sec! I called back and same thing. Prices are never marked and you can never find any help. I will never be back. Ill go to H. D. or the Lowes in Fontana which is the complete opposite of this VERY POORLY RUN STORE.

Very slow and unorganized no one knows anything there. Went to purchase material to install a fence was there almost 2 hours. I will say there was one woman and man named Nestor in gardening that were helpful but seemed like so many employees there standing around who seemed to know nothing they had us pull around to load our truck and there were looking for a manager to open the gate more than 40 min. The guys who loaded our truck were also helpful which is why I gave 3 stars. Also we couldnt find any flat carts we searched most of the store to find one and other customers were looking for them too but the employees were all using them it seemed like and nothing available to the paying customers. Also I will mention we were there fairly early and the store wasnt very busy.

I will never shop at this Lowes again. I spent over $500 and had to do a self-checkout with large items as an older women with physical disability. By far the worst Lowes in the chain that Ive experienced. If I wanted a job as a cashier I would have applied either lower your prices are open your check stands

We are a total Lowes family. Anybody in our family that needs an appliance goes to this Lowes. Awesome Alli in appliances took her time to help me with my account online. Then I decided I wanted to come in and pay. When I got there she helped me with my new fridge and microwave. She is an incredibly nice, knowledgeable person. Lowes is lucky to have her on their team. Alli is going to be my familys forever go to person. Thank you Alli for making my purchases great.

Back in the day, I loved going to Lowes to get supplies. What happened to their customer service skills? Ive been there twice in the last week and found the experience to be horrible at best. I guess I can say, at least they were open and partially had what I wanted.

Okay employees, poorly managed, actually management doesn’t exist here. Employees are left to try to coordinate with each other when management seems to not care and create less than favorable staffing.This location needs to be evaluated by a regional manager.I was outright told something I saw the day prior hasn’t been carried for months despite inventory showing there were a large amount of them. Instead of checking I was told they aren’t sold, only to keep searching myself and see 2 cases nearby where it was listed.Today the manager working decided to break everyone all at once. Typical. So instead I had to poke around with a metal conduit until I knocked down the box I want after asking a couple times and waiting for 35 minutes. Only to wait another 20 minutes to have search for the last bit only to find out it isn’t even in stock.

The girls in the garden center are lovely and they have a huge selection of tree and plants in general. Tons of succulents. I found the Rainer cherry trees here.

This Lowe’s is always clean and easy to navigate! The paint department people are friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here for a year now and not one issue. The line tends to get long some days but it’s actually quite fast!

Not the greatest today. Needed a landscape rake, only 1 left and it was damaged. Couldnt find an employee to ask about it. Also needed ammonia, which you dont carry anymore. Better luck next time!

Lowes is not what it used to be. And that in itself has been awhile. Hard to find items in stock. Seems alot of items you search on their site for are on line orders only. I dont know if this is becoming the so called new normal now days, but not working for me.

I have shopped at Lowe’s a lot, most likely today may be my last time.Last five or six times I’ve been there, they have no registers open, just self check out, one was cash only, one was down, that leaves two others, one busy and when questioned why not a register with a body open, I get rude response.Go to Home Depot later that day and every register up and running.I do believe I’ll be making the extra travel and just go to Home Depot. I’ve absolutely had it with Lowe’s.

I asked a few staff members to help, but all 3 times they told me to go to another staff member.

There wasnt enough cashiers available,we had to go to self checkout for help with a unpriced product.

I dread coming to this location. Each time Ive come here I had to literally hunt down an associate to assist me. My last visit I wanted to purchase a faucet. After hunting an associate down he said he would request someone to assist me in that department. After waiting for over 15 minutes I just gave up and left. I then needed assistance in the lighting department, I had to go to customer service and request assistance 2 different times before someone finally came. The level of customer service at this location has been unacceptable each time that I have visited. Its disappointing when you like the store but the customer service is subpar 👎

Today was the second time I tried to buy a yard tractor/riding lawnmower. I waited patiently for half an hour. I asked employees walking the main isle I finally sat on the tractor I called the store twice and asked for help no one! Finally a trainee came by and tried to help, he had only been there for 2 days so he really didnt know my questions about delivery etc... but at least he tried. Nobody wanted to help, after an hour and a half I left. Really poor service there.. I wont recommend this store.

Bad. Went to look at sheds/storages. No assembled displays. Employees who ignored us after we were told by customer service, that theyd send somebody. Waited for 20 - 30 min, no one came. Again was ignored by the same employee who actually crossed to another section of where we were waiting and answered his phone to talk to someone who sounded like a friend, not a customer. Dont ever go here.

If I could select negative stars I would. Not enough cashiers, nobody to be found in the lumber area, good luck finding a lumber cart that isnt piled with ramdom stuff. Save yourself the hours of waiting in lines or trying to find someone to help. Go elsewhere.

Came for light bulbs and key copying.. Staff was very informative and walked us thru every thing we needed.

This lowes in general is a good location. Most items are kept in stock. One thing that could be improved is customer associate interaction as I have found it hard at times to get someone or find someone inna dept Im in to get something found at the top shelf of an isle.

Lowes spring sale started today, no crowds, the items I wanted were in stock and the staff was helpful.

Showed up late on a Saturday night needing to get stuff together for a bathroom remodel. Mario who works in bathroom and paint came in like a champ and put everything together. Dont have the tile out you need 30mins before closing? Mario grabbed a lift not once but twice to get what we needed. Yall have a star employee who is genuinely a good person! Thanks Mario!

When I need something to repair home, I come to Home Depot or Lowes depending on situations. As far as convenience is concerned for small quantities, Lowes are better.

Customer satisfaction is definitely no their main goal. Apparently if youre not a pro customer youre business is not valued. Home depot has better return & refund policies.

Gustavo was wonderful in the cement area! He helped me on his break inside the store with cement & as I was leaving I was waiting for someone to come help load the cement I had just purchased and he was walking out to go on his lunch and he helped load the cement into my car. What a great guy, excellent work ethic. Thank you sir!

This Lowes was very stock up. They must have received a shipment 📦 because they had everything in stock. I was able to buy a Refrigerator that was out of stock for the last 4 months 😢. But they finally had it. The only draw back is that they dont have to many workers on the floor to help 🤔 😕. It took me about 25 minutes for someone to help us. But when they arrived the process was fast. I still recommend it 👌 👍.

Went to purchase a batch of assorted vegetable plants. While quantities were numerous, about 50% were suffering from the elements...a bit disappointing.Thats all I went there for, today.

Although theres the ever constant more customers to floor staff ratio, this morning with rep Jacob. I needed a couple of the 32 Craftsman cabinets, and he was able to locate the high shelved stock in an ajacent aisle. He got on to a riser to confirm the item is what I wanted & was safely able to get them down & loaded onto my cart. I hope this review will provide him a kudos or star on his chart for excellent customer service today! @store 1001
