Got me and my family in quickly and were so caring and professional. Such a blessing to be able to have therapy with people who share our faith and values. Ms. Johnson always responds when we need her and the office is warm and inviting like sitting at home in the living room. They have really helped my marriage. Never had a problem with communication, or call backs. Ive seen folks walk-in and try to demand immediate services and they were always polite to them. They are just like any other office, you cant just call, or show up and expect that they are available. If you need counseling, definitely give them a call.

Dont waste your time with this place.Unless you enjoy playing games and getting an answering machine and dealing with never ending game of phone tag.There were several different issues that I had with them.There was the issue of trying to just schedule an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and dont make the mistake of calling back thinking that maybe their on lunch because not only will they make a mention of it when the decide to call back. They are very rude about. So youll have to leave a message.They will call back within 48hrs. If you miss the call and try to call back .....you will just end up having to leave another message . So begins the phone tag game ......IT GETS OLD FASTIf you try to walk in to schedule an appointment .....Good luck. Not only will they be very rude to you for not being aware that this office is by appointment only they will inform you that youll have to call the main line and leave a message for them to get back to you.If you are luck enough to answer the phone when they call you back and you have insurance the lady will inform you that shell have to call the insurance to see if their is a referral.Even with me informing her that I had a referral number and had just spoke with the insurance company. Who told me give the referral number to this office and thats all they need. I was told by HD Christian Family Counseling they still have to check with insurance and call me back. its been 2 weeks and no call back.Now I cant get a referral to a new place until they call insurance to let them know Im not being seen by them but no one has called back. and no appointment has been scheduled.So now Im paying out of pocket with an other therapist office. who doesnt play phone tag and actually wants to help people who are seeking their services.

This is the best place ever. Everyone is patient and very open minded. Its hard to find good counseling service if you have IEHP, but this one takes IEHP and truly provides the help needed. The setting is very intimate and the waiting room is Never full. You are seen exactly at your appointment time. No extra waiting.

My child has come here and has benefited greatly. Nyshia connected well with my teenager which has helped her transition into her adult life.

I would truly give them Zero Stars if I could. These guys are highly unprofessional from the start. I have called and emailed them for 3 weeks and they have never returned my call. In a time of desperation, when we really develop enough strength to turn to someone else for help, it would be nice to be able to talk to professionals. I would strongly advise anyone looking for help in your marriage to avoid trying to get that help from these unprofessionals. Truly a disgrace, especially with the distaste of using Christian in their name.
