Issac and the dr were so nice and patient with us. My brother got his tooth taken out and they made him feel comfortable and safe. He’s normally really nervous when it come to the dentist but he didn’t cry this time. it was pain free for him.

The HYGIENIST Vincent is the Best!! The guy knows his stuff and really got the job done on my teeth. Ask for Vincent for Deep cleaning. He cares, his professionalism is wonderful. The staff and help are very good and timely. Barbara, was awesome she knows her stuff as well. Very friendly. The Dentist Joseph is very sharp. I only want him managing my mouth. Overall I head a great experience with this group of people. I had one bad individual that was rude, I asked him to spit out the solution that he gave me to rinse my mouth, Dude told me to swallow it. I asked again, and he pointed to bathroom like I was wrong. 5 stars for all others. Loved the front desk staff.

I Definitely enjoy my experience coming here. I am a ortho patient who’ve transferred from shah Orthodontics & i see a huge difference in the customer service but most importantly, the effectiveness in their work. Isaac helped me today with my adjustments & repairing brackets. I was appalled at how quickly everything was done. I was seen at my appointment time, no wait!🤗 & i was out in less than 30mins. I feel confident that I’ve made the right choice transferring to this organization. 5 stars! No complaints.

I haven’t been this happy in a long time. Due to health reasons and medication my oral health declined FAST and my mouth was riddled with cavities and in bad shape. I couldn’t smile I was so embarrassed. Dr.Perez and Barbra were my life savers. They welcomed me with understanding and care and told me that it was all alright! They gave me my smile and mouth health back and I can’t be more grateful! Dr.Perez and Barbra are my hero’s and honestly completely eliminated my fear of the dentist! I have nothing but a million good words to say!

There’s no point of even making an appointment at this place!! 2 hr wait for a simple check up! I waited 1 hr and 30 min when I decided to check with them to see my place, the lady told me it should be another 30 minutes! I left because that is an absolutely ridiculous wait for a scheduled appointment, so they obviously don’t take their clients time seriously. Also, when I first got there they had me sign paperwork which I actually read, instead of signing blindly (which I think they are hoping for) and one of the papers was an agreement of me receiving their practice policies which I didn’t get and when I asked the lady she seemed bothered to have to find the forms. Which in all honesty should’ve been the red flag for me to leave right there. Save your time and don’t even bother at this place!

I have been meaning to switch to another but haven’t and came in only cause it was an emergency. of course the moment I come back they have technical errors. this place is a joke. avoid at all costs.edit: I went to another dentist and was told of a few cavities that this dentist did not catch. moreover, they did not find an infection at my gums the way this dentist supposedly did and tried to charge me $1000 out of pocket for pretentious mouth wash. please please do NOT go here. if you have medical and believe this is your only option know that IT IS NOT. you deserve better health service.

I went in for a check up and cleaning. This is the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. The guy that did my cleaning, Isaac, was so nice and helpful. I’m giving it five stars just off him and the man that did my xrays. They were both so nice and helpful for any questions I had. Neither rushed me or made me feel like my questions were dumb.

Horrible. Set appointments are just guesses to when you will be seen, expect to wait 45+ after appt time to even be seen. Pain to deal with, rude at front desk, dont submit paperwork correct, argumentive, make sure you get all pricing up front or youll get surprise you owe more! Really hope I can transfer my contract Im still paying on and finish it out with a different office, at this point will be in touch with corp office and filing a grievance.

My son had an appt at 12pm, regular check up no cavities or any major work to be done and we waited 2 hours just to be seen and still waiting to get a regular cleaning after. Never coming back!!! I had never waiting this long, usually all 3 of my kids have been seen and done within 1 hour of their appointment.

The worst dentist of all time had a 11:30am appointment for a basic cleaning didnt leave the office until 1:40pm with my mouth full of fluoride and my teeth not cleaned

They waited until the last minute to tell me about these plugs that my insurance didnt cover and something I would need after taking my wisdom teeth out and right before they start the lady walks in and tell me. I didnt have the money for the $100 down, but I had a friend of mine help me. Absolutely dont recommend

Back staff of General you can definitely tell they are trying to get things done. The techs need to start off then the doctors step in. So it’s cool that there is more doctors here.

This office is absolutely incompetent. No wonder Western Dental has such a bad reputation, EVEN IN DENTAL SCHOOL, Everyone knows how terrible they are!My wife was scheduled for a root canal twice. The first one we showed up for and checked in. After waiting a short time they called us up to the counter to cancel our appointment due to equip not functioning. So we were turned away with a complete waste of time. We rescheduled for the following week. We were told she would be the first patient.Second attempt, she shows up and waits for 50 minutes as 6 other patients are called. Then, after all that waiting, they cancel the appt because the DR does not feel confident in the procedure. WHY WASNT THIS COMMUNICATED BEFORE COMING TO THE OFFICE OR WHILE WAITING FOR AN HOUR!??After speaking with the DR directly, it became apparent just how much they ALL DO NOT CARE here. This tooth has been an on going problem for 4 years...my wife has been a patient here for over 4 years. They have neglected her care to the point that her situation must be handled by a specialist. Why didnt we take care of it before it got to this point?So...1. Terrible communication2. No consideration of your time3. Incompetence in care and admin4. Medical Negligence

Horrible customer service. Staff is rude. Especially a girl that works there, her name is Alicia. She is so unprofessional and very rude. Waiting time here is ridiculous and want to overcharged for any type of treatments. I had a bad experience in the past in a different location, but Im never going back again to any of there locations.

Well lets start with the 3 hour wait. They dont communicate with you, one is doing a procedure & then walks away and someone else comes in to finish. They needed to at least let me know what is going on. Its like your just supposed to sit there & be submissive . The dentist walks in does his evaluation, then walks out. Nobody communicated with me until the end off my appointment, when another person comes in to tell you what needed to be done. No relief for a broken tooth that is cutting my inner mouth. I personally like communication & they definitely dont do that!!!

My daughter was seen for a bad tooth, they did x-rays and I was happy at first. She needed some work but I was most concerned with the tooth she was having trouble with. But my appointment needed to be rescheduled for the pediatric dentist.. when that day came I couldnt go so a friend went, they ended up doing over $1000 worth of work and didnt even address the reason I first brought her in. A bad tooth that needed to be taken out. I took her back as soon as they were able to see her, they didnt know what was going on. I had to explain to everyone why I was there, why she didnt have the bad baby tooth taken out as i wanted. The dentist gave me a (I dont know explanation). In the end I never brought her back, she kept having so much pain. I found a great dentist who had to take her baby tooth out surgically as it was almost absese, she said the dentist either didnt want to do it or did not know how to do it. Now Im stuck with $1000 bill that I never agreed to, for work that wasnt urgent at the time.

Not happy with my experience. I had gotten my teeth molded for my retainers a little more than a month ago and set up an appointment for July 29, 2019 at 12 oclock. I waited an hour to finally get in a room to start getting my braces removed, but Im told that one of the staff put me down for the wrong appointment. So after being delayed by months for braces removal, I now have to have them on for yet another month. This is not the first time that this office has come up with some excuse, as Im sure it wont be the last. My sister had the same appointment time as well and she didnt get out until after 3. So we spent about 4 hours sitting in the office just for me to get new power chains when I was supposed to get my RETAINERS. Only thing good about my experience was Issac, who was very friendly and I would give 5 stars to. Im sure that if things had been done correctly, he wouldve been able to do his job and get the removal done.If anyone wants some advice, I highly suggest you call that office 2 or more times just to make sure they have you down for the right appointment and time. Otherwise you run the risk of wasting your time and money because they messed up. Honestly, a waste of my time and excitement.

My mother was very disappointed with this dental office experience, this dental office scheduled her for an extraction and when she arrived she was then informed the physician was on vacation. Who makes a mistake like this. If they were a professional reliable dental office she would not have been mislead or miss-informed about her procedure and she would have been able to attend her daughters surgery . Communication is key when working with a paid customer.

Ok so given the whole covid thing going on and so many dentists not being open Western dental was the only place that was open thank God there was quite a bit of a wait but they keep u informed and work with u if u have to leave and run an errand but there was one guy at the front desk named Miguel who just deserves the recognition he made the wait so much better and was such a sweet heart and understanding .. DEFINITELY DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!

I waited for 4 hours to be told it would be much longer and its the end of the day. I havent eaten anything since yesterday day. I paid so much damn money to get this done...yea Ill be finding someone else. Oh and to reschedule the surgeon wont be back for another month. Plus its hella dirty in there.

I have not been to the dentist in over ten years because they terrify me . I knew I was going to need a lot of work and I was not looking forward to it . Angela by far made me feel so comfortable almost like a friend. I would not have been able to get through it with out her kind words and always checking to make sure I was ok. The staff in general was amazing and friendly as well. I was super impressed. Thank you guys and Angela especially for making me feel comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was your last resort. The wait is ridiculous, they’ll try to persuade you to overpay for procedures you don’t need but be careful because if you deny they’ll make up some lie and suddenly they can’t do any procedures anymore so you just wasted hours for nothing and now have to go for another place

Id had a wonderful experience with my visit at western Dental. Angela showed great costumer service she offer me water that was great because was thirsty. Natalie help me understand Western Dental payment plan. Im able to get my teeth fixed. My low self-esteem change to high self -esteem. Thank you Angela and Natalie for your great customer service.

The dentist that assisted me made me feel like i was someone finally. He was kind and even had his assistant make mine and my sons appt for next week. He cared about my teeth and suggested extraction for my tooth which i have been trying to do for over a year now. Also to get my front tooth extracted and fitted for a tooth. Not root canal

From the moment I walked up to the counter for assistance, Ms. Deanna was Great! Inquired about braces, she immediately gave me a same day appointment. Ms. Melody was Great getting us checked in and paperwork processed! And, Ms. Rolanda was Awesome explaining the contract and answering all questions/concerns. She was very thorough and clear. Her service was definitely appreciated :) These three ladies customer service made our visit exceptional!

They ensured they were thorough when explains everything I was going to have done and the pricing of everything as well. Angela is an amazing dental hygienist she was gentle, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure I definitely recommend them. I had a bad experience here With the dentist being rough. In addition, the wait here is ridiculous I had to wait two weeks a prescription that was never called into the pharmacy and then to cap it all off when I went to pick up the prescription I had to wait 2 and a half hour just to receive prescription. Oh it gets better the receptionists Alicia Aranda was so rude, she was actually trying to show her dominance and wanted to argue about her how they have so much going on and that people fall through the cracks. Very unprofessional. When I gave a 1 star I was being nice with that.

The only thing i wasnt so happy about was how long i was in there, had an early appt but got out of there 5 hrs later.. i do have to say the hygienist was super nice and natalie as well, she helped me get the procedures without paying anything at the moment. She was very helpful.

Hello high desert, I visited Western Dental on March 30, 2019. I was petrified about getting Dental work from the beginning. But after my consultation, I was at ease. I had my dental eowo done, completed, went to sleep, woke up 45 minutes later. No pain,, no regrets and no worries. .I would highly recommend. Western Dental to any seeking a quality Dentist. Angela the hygienist was great, she explained everything in detail and was very gentle during my cleaning and impressions. She was very caring and attentive and answered all my questions, she truly went above and beyond to make my experience easier. The only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the long wait time, I checked in for my appointment around 11:15 in the morning and ended up leaving the office around 3 or 4 pm.

Looking at the comments Im happy I cancelled my 1 oclock appointment. I was at the door waiting for them to open just to ask if they accepted my insurance. .I had to be seen just for them to give me an answer so I made an appointment seeing that it was hours later I stopped by VIP DENTAL by food 4 less and was taken in and insurance checked the second I asked. So if you like fast service go to VIP dental

I had very terrible experience here at this dentist. When the work on my mouth began I was administered some numbing medicine. I still felt jolts of pain. As the Dr administered more medicine he immediately continued the work. Not giving the medicine time to work. So when I moved in my agony he jumped up with and asked “do we have more patients?” I was left for 40 mins. Was told anything. I sensed the dr was irritated with me so I sat there in pain and shocked. Since I had holes drilled in my teeth I reluctantly sat there and let them fill my teeth. I will not be going back there. Only positive thing there is their dental hygienist.

Angela is an Angel. She is professional, kind, warm, encouraging, and always positive. Im Blessed to have her as my hygienist. I look forward to a wonderful new mouth😃
