One stop fix treated me with one of the most professional treatment I have gotten in a very long time. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They are not satisfied until you are, I would most definitely do business with them again, they have a lifetime customer.

This place is top notch compared to all the other hole in the wall phone repair locations in the high desert. Every time I’ve visited or sent a friend to either of their locations, never been disappointed.

This is the second phone I have had repaired here. I once again nothing but thrilled and 100% happy with the services that were rendered. It was done in a timely manner, and the staff is very polite. I definitely will keep returning to them whenever my electronics need fixing. And I would definitely recommend them. It was right under $100 for the labor and the screen, even with them having to special order a replacement screen for my phone.

First for the good, they told me it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half for my phone to get a battery placement . They were done in about 30. The place was clean and seemed well organized. Watching the techs, they seem to know what they are doing. As soon as I walked in one of the techs immediately greeted me and asked me what he can help me with.The only minor issue I had was that I got a quote over the phone for a battery replacement for my Galaxy. I even confirm the price over the phone before hanging up. So I went in the same day and they gave me a price almost $100 more. I told them what I was quoted over the phone so the guy went and confirmed the price with the other employee and they honored the lower price. I asked why two different prices but he didnt seem to have a straight answer. overall the experience with this place was good. I would like to have given a five-star but because of the different prices from two different employees why I give it a four-star.

Took a phone here to get the screen fixed but after I got the phone back the face id doesnt work and a friend told me she had the same issue after taking a phone here.I dont recommend this place.

Ive been here 3 times in the last 3 years or so: twice to get my screen fixed (after that second time I finally broke down and started buying cases) and this latest time to get a new battery.Every time they did a great job and were super fast - on two of my visits there was no one ahead of me so I waited and read some of their magazines for about 20 minutes while they did the repair right then.Its way cheaper than Apple and you dont have to somehow manage to live without your phone for days since Apple sends it in. If youre like me and your phone is pretty much an extension of your arm, thats not really feasible.Another great find on Yelp! With such great reviews, you know theyre doing it right!

I came in with a dead phone battery and they replaced it. The employees are super helpful and kind. I came in 4 months later, because my phone was having issues again. This time it happened to be a technical problem. They where still very helpful and kind. Ill always go to them when I have a phone problem.

My sons phone needed the usb charging port replaced. After inquiring at several other repair shops, I chose 1 Stop Fix. Im so glad I did. Stephanie was so helpful. She was pleasant, professional and assuring that this repair could be done and that my sons phone would be working soon. Needless to say, phone was repaired, works as if new. So, so happy with their service. Stephanie was great.

Inside Chevron Gas Station

Its been about 2 weeks since Ive gotten my screen repaired & my phone has been acting crazy ever since. When I press on the bottom of my phone near the home button, I can hear a sort of clicking noise (like a pop up button). The volume up button on the side is pressed in making it extremely difficult to turn my volume up & in fact, sometimes I cant even turn the volume up. Also, the switch thats on the side that changes the phone to vibrate does not push up, which means I cant turn my ringer on. Im just very annoyed & upset about this being that its gonna be hard for me to get back in to resolve this. This screen couldnt have been installed properly.EDIT: its been a couple of months & my phone is getting worse & worse by the day. My front camera quality is HORRIBLE! Its extremely fuzzy & just awful. My sister even mentioned yesterday how horrible my camera was. I amextremely disappointed for the simple fact that I spent about $80 for my phone to be in the condition that its in.

BUYER BEWARE! Call around before you take your phone here. And be aware because they just told me the had to order a whole assembly to replace the GLASS on my PHONE .. Tried telling me they had to order a whole lcd and EVERYTHING for the ridiculous price of $295! Funny, considering you can find just the glass on ebay for $30 or less. Obviously it will cost more than the cost of parts ($50 to $100 would be reasonable in my mind), but they already straight lied to me before I even got my phone in their hands. Do yourself a favor and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH or they will rip you off too.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Im honestly shocked reading all the positive reviews on this business. My experience started the same as yours, looking online for a decent place to get my cracked phone screen repaired. I purchased the iphone 7+ screen repair with a lifetime warranty. Jose one of the employees estimates 3 hours for the repair, which in my mind is a little lengthy. About 4 and half hours later the phone is finally done and at first glance it looks ok and all is right. Jose then hands the phone to me for further inspection, I take it of course not really knowing what im doing but eagerly trying to get out of there because I was already late for work by that point. Never explaining the lifetime warranty I paid extra for, nor giving me a receipt of any kind, explaining the information is in the computer. Later on I discover 1. There are bubbles in the bottom corner of the screen 2. The phone speaker is completely nonfunctional. Given that it took them so long the first time to repair my phone and that I purchased the lifetime warranty I didnt feel an immediate need to get those issues fixed. However I did call a few days after and made them aware of their mistakes.About two months later I take a fall on a hike and my phone comes out my pocket and slams a rock giving it a minor crack. I finally decide ok Im just going to go in and have my phone fully repaired. Wrong... Straight away the manager Rafa (I believe is his name) tells me he can only take a look at the speaker because my damage was accidental and the lifetime warranty doesnt cover that damage. He tries to offer a slightly discounted price, but I argue my point of having bought the lifetime warranty, which was never properly explained nor did I receive a copy of it. He tells me he will talk to his manager, mystery manager woman.. (He did not refer to her as that, but she may as well be) And that they would go over the surveillance footage on that day and give me a call back later that evening, he even went as far as to say he would leave a voicemail for me if im unavailable. Nope. I have to call them the next morning and get ahold of Rafa who was suppose to call me and he tries to cut me a deal again discounting the price a little bit once again, wanting me to just pay for the new screen and no labor charges. They either never went through their surveillance or they did and saw they were in the wrong. Either way Im at that point where Im completely done with this business that I just come in the next morning and explain to Mike, another employee, I just would like the bubbles and the speaker fixed since I have the lifetime warranty Mike was understanding and explained to me that he would have to replace the whole screen in order to take care of the bubbles. I myself knew this but, they gave me the faulty screen to begin with. Just because it was cracked they refused. Jose offered to speak to the mystery manager woman later that day on my behalf since she would be in to receive her paycheck, and he told me he would call me back or leave a voicemail. Once again no call back or voicemail, so I call this morning about an hour ago and talk to Rafa and again he tries to explain to me he can only offer me the deal where he charges me for the part and not the labor. I ask to speak to mystery manager woman and he tells me to call back in a half an hour and I can speak to her. Ok sure. I call back 30 minutes later, Rafa answers tells me the same old stuff once again and I ask may I speak to your manager, the person above you, Shes really busy right now. And he tells me she will call me later today.Ya right, guess ill be calling them tomorrow morning.. These people are trying to walk all over me because of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place just in case something does go wrong they wont take responsibility.
