Best insurance good service

I was on hold for a little over 45 minutes just to make a phone payment today. Not only was I on a long hold, their phone number was almost inactive for days previously from today. I’m not sure what the disconnect was on their end, but I could not get a hold of anyone during their business hours.The woman did tell me there was a call ahead of me, so I waited patiently. About 35 minutes go by, she come back to the line and asks what I needed help with and I told her again that I just wanted to pay my bill. And she said, okay one second....Then I was on hold for about another 15 minutes before she came back. She processed my payment and said, one moment while I get your confirmation number... Put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Comes back and says, ‘’I’m sorry did you want your confirmation number?’’‘’Um, yes please.’’? LolShe did thank me for waiting which was nice. I just think it was kind of a long wait to speak with a broker an accumulative time of 2 minutes to process a payment.Ehh. Cheap insurance, cheap service.

This place at first glance looks very sketchy but once your in the door and speaking to an clerk they make sure your going to get a good price. The owner is rough around the edges but he really cares and he makes sure that his clerks are giving the best quality of customer service at the best prices. I am a second generation customer and I nore my Grandmother or any of the people I have recommended have ever had an issue. My clerk Rene(sorry if i misspelled your name) is always giving me the best offers and when others go there. If he cannot get them a good enough deal he gives the best advice as to what other discounts, rebates and, write offs you can ask your current insurance for. They definitely have your back and i feel better knowing that i can always count on there service and advice.

Cant give this place a negative 1. Stay away from this place do your research before accepting a quote. Save yourself $100 or heck maybe even more and go over to Kapasu insuarnce on Main St. One of there companies ran out of buisness, had me sign up like a fool with them, told me at the last minute they were going to shut down just to sell me another plan.
