I felt very welcomed by Monica and her team, they really listened to my needs and wants. Each one of them truly took the time to help me and my mom out with any questions or concerns we both had, they explained everything thoroughly to us and most of all they were very genuine with us. I’m so happy with Monica and her team; and Allstate in general i definitely had a great experience at their office I highly recommend them.

The Leeds staff is so helpful and prompt in serving your insurance needs, especially Mary Jane Gleason. Mary has been my primary point of contact and she is terrific. Not only does she answer any questions that I have, but she follows up in a very timely manner.I would recommend the Leeds office to anyone who has insurance questions or needs.

My experience here at Allstate is a breath of fresh air. I truly love these young ladies in this ( VICTORVILLE) office.
