Scott was great. We found what we were looking for and for a great price. The only issue we had was the warehouse closes at 5:30 and we really needed our refrigerator home tonight due to the one we have quitting on us suddenly.

Our fridge went out on us as well as our stove. We went to Midway and Bill Mckown assisted us in getting a package deal on all appliances. He was very friendly and listened to our needs and wants. Today, Jeff Wall installed some of our appliances and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. He was very friendly and professional. We had 2 installations done today. The other installers were Dennis and Moses. Again, very friendly, professional, and helpful. I have to give it to the installers for calling 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. This was very helpful.Thank you to all involved in this transaction! We appreciate you!

We went into the store 2 months ago and ordered a bed they never called to inform us 2 piciecs are missing, therefore we have been reaching out to them to ask about our bed; their answer was everything is in, except the side rails! We have been waiting for the side rails now for 2 months; every time we call its another 2 weeks I understand that the High Desert businesses need the consumers support but, I wish I had purchased the bed in Ontario. We have out of town family coming in on July 1st I need the bed. No one at this business appears to care. Anyone else have this problem.

I purchased a GE Cafe fridge in July 2021. The fridge started making noises on Friday 8/27/21 and on 8/28/21 i called Midway. They said they were where able to get someone out on monday the 30th. By then I had lost all my food in the Fridge :(. This was very disappointing being that this fridge cost me over $4000. So the maintenance Guy show up ad we were asking questions he explained let him check things out and he old be able to tell me more. So i stood back me and the other person i the house was a bout 10feet From the repair tech. We started discussing other thing and wasn’t look nor talking to the tech. The tech stops and say he can work with me breathing down his neck. I was like I’m not close to you and nether was i looking or talking to you. He says he has anxiety and wanted me to leave the room. I have one large room I wasn’t near him and now I didn’t trust him and asked him to leave. He would not leave i asked him to leave 3 times to leave and he would not. I called midway and asked him to get the tech to leave they called i guess because his phone rang twice but he didn’t answer so it could have been them, but what I can say is no one has called me from midway. Horrible experience and my Fridge still not working

If youre on the fence about going here.. Just go! I cannot give this place a higher recommendation if I tried. Every member of their staff is amazing.. Friendly, knowledgeable, most have a great sense of humor, and the best part is that they tend to remember us most of the time.. Even when its a 2 year span between visits. If the customer service and smiles arent enough to entice you then their prices should be.The best section is the scratch and dent, a little ding on the back of your appliance makes it a heck of a deal. They are always always willing to work with us and in the case that they cant come down enough on an item, they help us look for a comparable option within our budget. They are never upset or annoyed if we take up their time and leave without making a purchase... Even when the store is closing and theyre about to go home, they dont rush you out of the door.We have purchased our fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove here. We will be going back again next time we need something that they may carry.

If I could give them zero star I would. Not every employee was wearing a mask, they are not enforcing wearing masks while shipping because customers came without any. Employees must like their job because they were kidding around. This is ok but not really professional in front of customers. Nice variety of products.

Bought living room set in discount center. The prices in the regular store are extremely high but that is everywhere that sells name brand furniture. It was very difficult to get a salesperson to help but they said only 3 people in furniture as some called out. They offer a great warranty and delivery

Took us almost 2 hours, for a simple pickup. They lied and told us that they had none in stock; so we bought the floor model. They had it in stock and lord to us just to make a quick buck. I would never recommend this place, especially with its high prices and their excuses. “Sorry for the Misunderstanding” doesn’t gives me my time back.

I walked in at 830 this morning, was greeted at the main counter by a pleasant young lady and she paged a sales person to appliances for me. Luis was quick to help and even gave me a Veterans discount! I was out of the store and all loaded up by 915! Great experience!

I live in Wichita, KS. My sister lives in Victorville, CA. She recently lost her husband and her refrigerator broke down. I searched for a spedific LG refrigerator and settled on Midway Home solutions store. I was completely taken back by Wayne, a salesman. Not only did they have the refrigerator in stock (several other appliance stores did not) but they will deliver it, install it, remove the old refrigerator, and so on. This is the best example of superior customer service I have ever experienced. Smooth, seamless, no problem attitude! And Amy, completed the transaction without a flaw. UNBELIEVABLE!!Jim S.

Terrible customer service. Was not greeted or helped until we were walking out the door. Cheap looking furniture that was priced astronomically high. Went down the street to another furniture store and had a sectional custom made and ordered for less than half of what Midway wanted for a floor model. Don’t waste your time or money here. When I got it ... it was a completely different part an when I tried to bring it back for the correct part the girl in the parts department was rude an no help at all. Got a good deal from Wayne on all our appliances, nice store. Sad couldnt give higher rating due to many in the store not wearing masks. Second time I went in more were wearing masks but Wayne let his loose mask fall off more than half the time and although I reminded him nicely, still happened over and over.

Ive bought almost all of my furniture and appliances here and have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Nice quality merchandise and if youre looking for a bargain in appliances their scratch and dent department in the back is the best place to goThe appliances are still the same quality but have minor cosmetic flaws for a lot less money.They also carry pillows and accessories for your home and everything else you need.

Twice my son has gone to this store. First time to buy a dryer, Went to midway because we were told they have great deals. No deal happened. Couple weeks ago he went an applied for a job there. Was told manager on vacation. Would return at end of week. Was told hed be called.NO CALL BACK. Was lied to.My son is disabled. They wouldnt even call him back. Treated him terribly. If you dont want to hire the disabled just dont. Dont lie to them.Done with Midway. Ill never send another of my customers there ever.

My girlfriend and I placed a deposit on a washer and dryer set from Midway in December. When we finally closed escrow on our house in February, and scheduled for them to be delivered Midway informed us that the washer and dryer we had placed a deposit on had been discontinued, but they had gone ahead and substituted a comparable set for us. Immediately I did my own research and discovered the initial set had actually not been discontinued, but rather Midway specifically was unable to order the set.I do honestly believe that Midway telling us the set had been discontinued was a sneaky way of attempting to prevent us from looking for the set at another store. When we did take delivery of the substituted washer and dryer we were disappointed to discover the washer had a sizeable dent in the front of it and was actually 1.5 taller than our choice of washer, making it too deep/tall to easily reach clothes on the bottom of the washer.Immediately upon discovery we called and spoke to Keri the manager of the warehouse. We explained the issues and were initially confident our issue would be addressed...However Keri never did give us a call back with the information we needed to make a decision as to what we wanted to do in terms of exchange etc.Yesterday we were contacted by Jason from Midway and we scheduled a time to come in to the store. We did finally reach a settlement (which still benefits them more than it does us). Jason told us someone would be out on Friday to swap out the washer, and he would apply a $150 credit to our financing account with them. After spending 45 minutes in the store he let us know we could leave and he would call us back in 30 minutes to confirm.Never did receive a phone call.0 out of 10 for customer communication and follow through. I feel as if we are now stuck with a washer and dryer we are not happy with and left with few other options as they do not have any other comparable models with the same options and I dont feel as if we should have to pay more to upgrade.

Not only is this a total violation of privacy laws in the state of California but it’s caused damages on our business on an hourly basis!! Lacy has broken several laws and abused her position in Midway to personally attack my business and my livelihood. Under no circumstances would a professional business allow employees to manipulate confidential information. If you want to feel unsafe and insecure about who you trust with your personal and private information then I would say go directly to Midway appliances in Victorville. Lacy and Midway are responsible for all damages that we are incurring on an hourly basis. We are in contact with our attorney to move forward to make sure that the citizens of Victorville don’t fall victim to this poorly managed establishment.

Customer service is a joke. Appointment are not kept. after rescheduling tech arrives then leaves to pick up parts. Hours later calls to state it will be 2 weeks. cancels that appointment and a new one is still not guarenteed. It will be a total of 30 days to get our appliance fixed. Calling in is useless because all they only say they are sorry for the inconvenience but offer no solution. We will never make another purchase with Midway EVER again. Spoke with appliance service associate Angie and Manager Jason Montana would not help either.

I think Midway is great, their furniture & appliance selection is large, floor displays & website. Ryan made it effortless for my husband and I to purchase our bedroom set. I was adamant on what I wanted which did make it a lengthy process but he did not quit. I was looking for a new bed for our daughter but by no fault of Midway nor Ryan, the bed I came into the store wanting was not sold with all the parts needed (railing for a canopy) and we could have purchased it anyways but it was suggested to hold off and he said he would continue searching for both the parts and a bed that fit my criteria. True to his word, we were updated whenever information was obtained regarding rails and sent photos of other beds I may be interested in. I will add that This bed was not fancy and actually quite inexpensive but the cost was unimportant, midway focused on our satisfaction which they delivered beyond measure.

Absolutely worst customer service. They are dishonest in order to get a sale. I wanted a specific coffee table and because it was back ordered I changed it. Sales person told me item was in stock and I would recieve in about 2 weeks. This was July 17. We are now Aug 10 and I have had to reach out for status of order...they gave me excuse after excuse. Then this past Sunday they call me to set up delivery for Monday...not an hour later did sales person call me and tell me item was not placed on truck from warehouse...how did you call me for a delivery on an item you dont have! I am canceling order all together. Lets see how much of a hard time they give me.

Midway was quick to take my money and I went around back for the bed I purchased. After it was loaded on my trailer and got it home, I opened the boxes. Only to find the rails of the bed were the wrong ones. Midway gave me the runaround between employees over the phone. I requested to have the correct rails delivered and of course they will deliver when it was convenient for them and not when I requested. It was their mistake and they didnt seem to mind it is an inconvenience to the customer.I will never go there again.

I have bought a refrigerator from them 15 years ago and it still is working fine. I just recently bought a stove and new refrigerator and got the best deal in town. Last year I bought a washer and dryer and again they gave me the best deal around. They will give you excellent service. Just before this Christmas my stove broke and I had friends and relatives coming for dinner. I was in a bad situation and had to send a few things over to my neighbors to finish cooking. The only place that would deliver to me just before Christmas was Midway they not only saved me a lot of money they saved my Christmas. Just to show you how good they take care of you, they were late in their delivery time and so they waived my delivery cost and delivered it for free. No body I know now a days gives service like that. I really appreciate you guys and look forward to buying more stuff.Thank You 🙏 again Sincerely Dennis

They had a sale that said the store would be open until 8:00pm we got there at 7:30, it was closed. I understand there were no customers but let everyone go except one or two. Dont Shop here if your African American. Visited this store on March 14,2020 after I spoke to Ryan in furniture sales that promised to send my photos of Dinning Sets after I purchased a Canopy bed from him in which he was paid commision for. I never recieved any photos of dinning sets from Ryan so I decided to go in person the next morning,, which I did. I walked around the dinning room tables for 22minutes and No One asked if I needed help nor Greeted me with so much as a Hello but the White Customers were helped Promptly. Wont Ever Shop there Again. I found a Perfect Dinning Sets elsewhere where they Treated me like a Paying customer. They Lost a $1300 sale.. I have contacted my local NAACP Chapter to Out this Racist Establishment.

I have called the store on no less than four separate occasions to make a minor request to the stores management After finishing each call I was blown off each and every time. My request applies to me personally, and it does not, and will not affect the stores business (Nor would it cost them any money) I am extending an opportunity to the company to fix an easy problem, and would show me that the company truly cares. My request is personal, and could be easily remedied with a key stroke but nobody takes action, nor do they get the job done. Nobody cares what the customer says or requests. I currently have a son serving in Afghanistan, so when I get strange phone calls from numbers I do not recognize, it is really quite bothersome. Those that have families serving abroad will understand this. Each and every time they call, a little bell goes off in my head and my stomach sickens a bit. It is not pleasurable. So, imagine explaining your feelings to a company again and again, and yet..the calls keep coming. Nobody gives a damn about you, your son, or anything else for that matter. They just want the SALE!! SALE!! SALE!! WAIT!! DONT HANG UP!! Their recording blasts.(Yes, they do not even have the decency to call you with a human. Its a recording)Imagine how this company would treat you if you had a complaint, or perhaps needed some service attention? Do you think you would matter? Do you?I think there are several reviews on this page that directly reflect as to what I am eluding to. Think twice before you shop here. You do not matter. If i could give this place a 0 I would. If you want broken furniture and wait 3 months for your furniture then this is the place for you. We bought a whole living room and dining room set here and got everything but the coffee table and side tables. The first time our coffee tables arrived they ended up being sold by the vendor. We literally called everyday to see the status on our furniture and there was no communication within the employees AT ALL. So we thought ok things happen and had them order another set. So a month later that set came in BROKEN! So they ordered yet again another set. So 2 weeks later they came in broken again and told the delivery men to go ahead and send us the furniture anyway, and that we have waited 3 months for our coffee table and side tables. I was beyond upset that midway did not call to tell me that these pieces were broken and they sent the delivery men out to us anyway. Apparently, they told the delivery men that they wanted them to send us this set so we had furniture in our house and that they were ordering a new set. Yet again, horrible communication. Because these guys had no idea about this what so ever. So we let midway order our set one last time. And you guessed it! It came in broken again. So we had them refund us. I have never dealt with a company that has had this bad of communication skills. I think we we were beyond patient with these people. And to top all of this off our dining room table chair set had a chip in one of them. So we decided to just deal with it so we didnt have to deal with these people ever again. Dont waste your money here. Youre better off going to Ashley furniture.

Wish I could give them negative stars. My wife and I bought a washer from here in January of 2018, which hasnt worked right since day one. Had several of their techs come out, one of which voided out the warranty and them staying it was our fault the washer doesnt work. Finally going to have them take it back and only going to receive $100 buy back. AVOID MIDWAY APPLIANCES!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!

When you get there you will find absolutely the best prices in town the widest selections as well. When they say Home Solutions they mean Home Solutions! Just spent 3500 on couch and table,table came broke so store took back ordered a new one after we had to call a few times,when new table showed up had no wheels,I called Edgar the sales guy and he said wheels dont come with it and I reminded him that,it was the reason we bought it,with an attitude he said it was our fault,so I told him Ill go buy wheels and take our business some where else he just said fine,I payed 4.99 for wheels. Excellent customer service. I visited the parts department for my refrigerator. Susie and Dustin was excellent with helping me troubleshooting and purchasing the part I needed. Also the lady at the front desk of the store was polite and friendly.

Scott in appliances took time and went out of his way to help me in two different departments, i am very indecisive when it comes to making choices from a great selection of products...he helped without being pushy and had patience with me making my buying experience very pleasurable without stress. Hands down the best place to buy furniture and appliances. My wife and I have been shopping here for years and have never had any problems that made us take our $ to another store. We also like that they have a 12 month no interest program. I highly recommend using it when ever you can.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR! I agree with all the negative reviews. RIP OFF! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! LACK OF COMMUNICATION AMONGST EMPLOYEES AND DELIVERY DRIVERS. Bought a used refrigerator in Sept 2018 with a 90 day warranty. After 2 weeks of use we had to call for service. After ordering a part and supposedly fixing the problem had to call for service again. Come to find out the compressor was about to go out. Lack of communication internally and Laura the Operations Manager does not want to deal with the issues and pawns telephone calls off to her employees. She is very unprofessional and could careless about customer service! Dealt with 3 different people and nothing resolved. I asked for a refund and they do not refund per company policy (so they say). They agreed to swap out for another refrigerator before the warranty was up. December 2018 they delivered another used refrigerator not even comparable to the one I originally bought. Glass missing, etc. After a few weeks the refrigerator and freezer not freezing or cooling and all food wasted. After 2 defective refrigerators, headaches, several telephone calls and their word that they would return your call and resolve the issues (not), wasted food, I demanded a refund and after weeks they picked up the refrigerator (Jan 19, 2019) and gave me a refund. Did not get my full refund as I was charged for extra parts unrelated to the refrigerator. Because it had been a few months they would not refund me for the extra charges. BUYERS BEWARE check your invoices. I was charged an extra $49.99 for an item not related to the refrigerator! First and last time doing business with this ridiculous unprofessional company!

However they lost a TV sale because they said theyd holed it for a $100 and they would match price....1st a handshake should do it! 2nd if Im going across town and finding a better deal, the deal is Done!

My mother bought a love seat there and they sent her something horribly uncomfortable, with boards under the padding on the frame and on the sides and you can feel it all. When she disputed it they refused to take it back, despite a 30 day guarantee. The woman argued with my mother about the quality and differences between what was in store and what she ordered. A year and a half later my mom is still furious and her coworkers agree that Midway does this sort of thing.
