These apartments are very nice and affordable. The only thing I would have changed is trying to be nice and actually throw all our furniture and trash in the actual trash can because we seen the maintenance lady having to pick up trash that people lay outside of the apartment every single day. But instead she spent the day digging our furniture out the trash can. Then going to charge us. If I would have known I would have just threw all our furniture out on the side like everyone and got my moneys worth of bulk item haul and not have wasted my time breaking down our furniture. I would suggest to just wait until the middle of night and throw it on the side like everyone else do. Its a time saver.

Does anybody Trisha number ? Klerisa from corporate does not send it even when asked more than 5 times she is very unprofessional and so disrespectful. She yells at tenants

I have called 4 times, at different hours, on 3 separate days to inquire about an apartment. No answer every time and the mailbox is full, so I cannot leave a message. Unfortunately, Ive learned that this is usually a great indicator of the usual office behavior.... I would like to think Im wrong, but so far I havent been shown otherwise.

Quiet and peaceful place to live

What can I say? Well, the manager isnt friendly and tow happy, careful with your cars, she will tow them. It takes forever to get anything fix, like the machines in the laundry room. I lost money from those damn machine! It took them 2 months to fix my issues in my apartment. Cockroaches are always fun!! Especially when one crawls on my face at night. I hope your good with youre book keeping, because they arent. You will get notices that you owe them money when you dont and you have to comply fast or you can get evicted. The apartment use to be nice and safe, now theres homeless druggies that hang out in our apartment and break in. Im just saying, if you move in here, make sure you have your car parking pass and current tags and some bug sprays, security systems and be the squeaky wheel to get things fix and be ready to lose money in the laundry room.

So bad. I have been in this apartment for 13 years . The old management company it was perfect. The new company so bad to much bad people drug dealers . A lot of stolen cars and apartment. Really bad no experience maintenance. Rude and bad manager (Arlene) she charges moneyfor when something needs to be fix. Even if you call for a problem no one answers.

Changing my Review - It seems things changed for the better in last 8 months. Im giving a good review now. Keep up the good work.

Nice it is one of the nice affordable housing units in THE VILLE!! THEY ARE SLOW IN FIXING THINGS, ITS THE UNIT TOP HEAD CORPORATION CEO AND GOVERNMENT FUNDS KEEP A HANDYMAN THAT YOU KNOW THAT CAN TELL YOU REALLY WHATS GOING ON AND SOME INFORMATION 2 THIMGS ... IM GOING TO NEVER GOING. Have a Blessed day !!

Last review is dumb. I lived here for a yr and it was awesome. Maintenance comes within 48 hrs. Community is friendly. Honestly one of the cleanest and best looking apartments in Victorville. Not ghetto at all

Horrible! I filed out the application in 1/11/19 it took her two months to tell me anything .. then i get denied.. management doesn’t answer the phone . She gives you the run around a .. and just lie ..

The manager I think shows favoritism. But I think its a great place to live, I tried and was shut down before process got started..

Fire sprinklers are disconnected, water leaks in apartments, and its hard to get a hold of management. They screen their calls and will not answer phone calls. They also charge you a $50.00 late fee after the manager leaves her office. The day the rent is due. The do not honor the drop box.

I wouldnt say there ghetto thats whats nice about them about the office its never really Know One in there and getting them to come fix something in uour apartment is a waiting game and hopefully they know how to .The peopl here are nice the apartments are quite .

Used to be nice but in the past 10 years or so it has gotten so bad and ghetto.

Run down and very rude people

Poorly maintained, manager does not keep laundry rooms clean or machines clean and working properly, Apts have roaches, maintenance people never fix stuff.

Parking is for the birds
