I highly recommend West Chimney Sweep. Jose was professional, on time, exceptional clean, and fair pricing. This was the first time for me to use a chimney sweep and I was highly impressed how quick and clean the process went. He cleaned it from the inside and had a vacuum drawing the air at the same time to keep the dust from escaping. He also cleaned the chimney stack screen and then took pictures of everything to show me the results, as well as added tips for care and use of my wood stove. For customers, please remember not to use the fireplace or stove for 24 to 48 hours before he cleans it. The unit stays hot for many hours. Jose is a nice man, he would appreciate this :)

Jose was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns regarding how to use wood and gas. Hr repaired my gas line and provided me a gas key. I contacted Jose for chimney cleaning. He made my appointment for the day and time I requested. He confirmed my appointment and was here at the agreed time. Very professional and friendly. After inspecting my wood stove, he determined that I really could wait another year before cleaning. He took pictures and showed them and explained things to us.
