This friendly, family-owned business did a terrific job cleaning our thick Chinese hand-tied wool rug. They picked up and delivered the rug free, as part of the cleaning service. Their prices were reasonable, and they were happy to provide me with names of other customers in the neighborhood as references. I would definitely use them again.

Professionalism: 5 stars. The two cleaners came, introduced themselves, asked what needed to be done, any focus spots, explained their game plan and were done in 30 min. Payment was done easily through cc on their iPad.Very satisfied customer. The only thing is their office doesnt always answer the phone, but Tina called me back EVERY time.

Made appointment a week ago. I called a day in advance as I was taking off work to verify appointment. The Company no called no show on scheduled appointment. I had to call and find out what happened, said it was do to rain delay..??? Lol well there was no rain at my home. Asked to speak with Manager and was told “just stepped out to lunch” @ 3pm..... Do yourself a favor and find someplace that won’t waste your time or make you lose money.

These guys are professional, fast, clean, and provide an amazing service. We have used them to clean our messy carpet after parties and theyve always done a terrific job.Would recommend to anyone!

The gentleman seemed nice enough on the phone but they never followed through! Made an appointment for a Tues. They called me Monday to reschedule for Wednesday bc the cleaner was broken. Ok. Come Wednesday no show! Ugh! Called them and the receptionist said the Tech was stuck in HOUSTON and could we reschedule! Apparently the company is in Houston. Huh??? Asked when they were going to let me know and the response was IDK! So unprofessional! No thanks to the reschedule! Do not recommend this company!
