Just plain out, very uneducated, and lazy! I DONOT recommend going here

They have lots of inventory and the guys are really nice but the business is fairly disorganized and many times you have to wait a long time to see someone, even if you are the only one in the store.

This u-haul service on Sam Houston drive has excellent customer service.After driving all around town looking for this certain size box that I couldnt find no where! I called here in went in an employee Larry Mendoza went out of his way to help me find the box in helped me wrap it up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALSO A SHOUT OUT TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE NAME PEDRO HE WAS FUNNY IN HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL

Larry and Pete went above & beyond their duties for me! 5 stars is just not enough and considered an understatement for this facility. They were both very knowledgeable and very professional. They have everything you need and very well stocked. Thank you BOTH so much for all of your help!

Very poor customer service! Made a reservation and they didn’t even hold to it. They said it’s based off who ever just comes in and gets one whenever they want to get one, it’s not based off a reservation!?!? What kind of sense does that make? Stupid.

I cannot say enough to praise this U-Haul facility. I called this morning looking for a place to bring my suv and I was turned away because everyone is closing due to covid. Larry Mendoza answered my phone call and I explained to him my situation, after he told me to bring in my suv with the trailer and he would take a look at it for me. When I arrived he was polite and got right on working on my suv and towing issues, he was focused and worked really hard to get it done but I drove away with my towing taken care of and he just went above and beyond. He worked so hard in this heat, during a pandemic and he just kept going. I cannot praise him enough a real godsend. I pray that he is treated with the same kindness and respect and he treated us with.. I recommend this U-Haul facility for everyone..

They were open and able to fill my propane tanks and save Thanksgiving because now we can cook.😊 Very nice, helpful gentleman filled my tanks and was very friendly.

Im pretty sure the guys who were working yesterday were high. They were using profanity in front of my wife as well as getting confused with basic transactions. It was a disaster just trying to rent an appliance dolly. This UHaul has gone down hill so bad that I wouldnt recommend any one go there. On a side note, the guy I returned the Dolly to in the morning was very professional and did everything to make sure everything went smoothly including fixing a mistake the guys from the previous day had made.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made two appointments for a hitch installation. First time I got there and they didnt have the parts. I made a new appointment after they got the parts. Showed up on time. The manager said he didnt know about the appointment until I got there and wouldnt install the hitch. Said he was too busy doing something with boxes. I had to drive an hour and a half each way both times for nothing. The manager was rude and didnt care. Just mumbled something to his assistant about it being my fault and then ran off leaving her to deal with me. Im done with Uhaul. Ive never before paid over $300 to be treated like this.

I booked a Uhaul since 3 days before date of move out. Even went into store a day before in order to get everything set. They scheduled my pick up for 12 noon. My brother was traveling from Brownsville tx to help me with the move out and I had to work around his schedule of getting to Victoria, tx. So I called to let them know I would be going to pick it up later than 12. As I go pick it up at 2:30pm, MANAGER tells me they would only hold it until 1:30pm. When they clearly did not tell me that on the phone. They only said they’d make a note id be picking up late, to not give it up. I explained to him how my brother had traveled almost 4 hours to get there and if there was anything he could do to help us out for the miscommunication on THEIR part. He said someone else took my trailer at 1:45pm. And that allll the trailers and trucks that were outside were completely booked. I called the storage Uhaul in John Stockbauer, lady nicely told me she couldn’t believe they told me that if in the system it showed they had FOUR trailers available. She kindly made another reservation for me on the same trailer I wanted, but now at 3:15pm. I went back and the manager was nowhere to be seen. A gentleman who’s name I regret not asking, very kindly helped me with that reservation and apologized for his own manager. He was able to confirm how they actually DID had 4 available and was able to get me my trailer. I don’t understand how a MANGER gives out the worst attitude and is of no intention of helping the customer. If this Uhaul station is bad or getting bad in business, I have NO DOUBT it is because of the MANAGER. If anybody has an issue like mine, I suggest you try booking a new reservation online to see if it lets you. If it DOES, then they are only lying by telling you there’s nothing left, like they did to me !

If I could put 0 starts i would..worst service I have ever seen in my life..make reservations just to call back 5 min later to tell you they dont have you equipment..nobody there seems to know what they are doing...and when you ask questions their response is idk i just work here..!! I do NOT recommend this place for anything dontwaste your time

Seriously the worst customer service ever. They are super rude to everyone who comes in. Great at getting stiff done fast! But damn!!! Have some better attitudes or quit yalls job. Just saying.

Run! Drove an hour to this store just to find out they didnt have what I reserved. They claim their not responsible for booking. They gave the ultimate run around. Find somewhere else or be sure to take some aspirin.

Ive used uhaul twice this year, moving myself and my sister and I am so thankful for Anna west ! She has been amazing both times so Ive had stress free moves! Checked in Uhaul quickly with no wait. Looks like a bare bones type operation--not fancy but gets the job done.

Only reason they get one star is because there is not a 0 option. Horrible horrible service, very rude and disrespectful to my wife.

Promised me I would get my deposit back in cash, when I dropped the trailer off. Thet lied, it has been over a month and still have not got my refund. They keep saying its in the mail. Dont trust them.

Worst customer service EVER. Takes forever for them to even answer the phone, a lady answered my call today and was rude! The uhual I received my truck from in Corpus made them look so bad, and so did the 1800 Customer Service Rep. I’ll never do a drop off there or pick up.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a business. The sales person blew us off every chance he got. I could go on and on. Im never going to this location again.

Didnt have the truck I ordered, but they found me one in a matter of minutes.

I phoned today to get prices and the guy who answered could not give me a straight price ...he was very rude and hung up on me when I asked for an exact price...I called back and he once again hung up on me....He had a bad attitude...

Give you the run around...Poor customer service..
