I am not from here, but this place had great reviews and I really needed an oil change, per my dad: youll blow the pistons!! So, I called and asked if they could get me in. They said 15min. Well this was on point. They were honest, very professional, and completely down to earth. Then when I get into my car after they were finished to drive away, I noticed this in my car. How awesome are they! After providing labor on my car, and then give me a gift. This place is definitely a 10 🌟!! Thank you guys!!!

I had been to Slicks to get my car inspected so I knew how nice they were but what they did today made it clear how awesome they are. I got my car stuck in mud in my yard. I had a tire with a slow leak that went almost flat while it sat. I get it out of the mud and drive straight to Discount Tire. To my surprise the man that waited on me told me he couldnt put air in my tire because it was so low his machine wasnt registering that it was a tire. Only way he could put air in it was to put it on the racks but he would have to write a ticket if he did that. Are you serious? Left there in tears as my tire is getting lower and lower. I remembered how kind the people at Slicks were so I drove there. They didnt hesitate told me to pull my car in and miracle of all miracles happen. THEY WERE ABLE TO AIR MY TIRE UP. Without writing a ticket or putting it on the racks. I cant say enough nice things about them. Thank you to everyone at Slicks.

The receptionist was kind and answered all of my questions. I came in for an inspection of my vehicle to switch my California plates to Texas ones. The process was not complicated and the establishment was clean and general friendly environment. I will definitely come back for any other vehicle issues or maintenance.

I didnt get an oil change but did get a state inspection. They fill up early. We got there only minutes after they opened. Very nice. They put cartoons on for my two young children.

Greatest service center in victoria! Staff is always polite and very straigh forward and no funny buissiness about what you need done. Always an enjoyable experience since ive been going, which i started going right after they opened. Very clean shop and they make sure to clean the engine off after they service it so there isnt any oil drops on it. Only slight downside is occasionally the wait is over an hour, but it never feels like an hour waiting there. Waiting area is decorated in a way that you dont feel like your in a service center, its very clean and smells great, unlike others that smell like tires, grease and gas. 10/10 would reccomend Slicks service center without a doubt in my mind!

Family owned and operated business! Service with a smile. They do not take appointments, only walk-ins. They do take appointments for mechanic work. Definitely worth the wait.....you dont want people rushing when you have such precious cargo to haul around. Support local businesses, they also vacuum the drivers side. BONUS!

We are new in town and needed an oil change on our diesel truck, so I googled a top rated lube and this place stood up to my standards. They are very professional and quick. We will definitely go back! The lady at the reception desk is very informative and professional. I truly recommend this place.

I rated this place 3 stars because: I stopped here based on a recommendation for an oil change and a state inspection. When I asked about how much an oil change was, I was quoted 80 something dollars (I cant remember the exact price but it was closer to south of 90 versus north of 80). I left and went to Walmart where it cost me 49. I have no other experience to base my review/rating off. Im certain that all their positive reviews are just but for the price, they should be lol.

Their waiting room looked nice and clean, but I went outside. It was really nice out so I went outside to wait on one of their benches. Was able to see when my vehicle was ready. Will definitely come back and get my oil changes from here. AND they cleaned my windshield for me when they didnt have to. I drive a lot for work so it was pretty dirty. I was happily surprised when I got in and could see lol. 💙

Went over to the facility for a state inspection and the place was very clean. The receptionist was very nice, courteous, and polite. When I didnt have my insurance card in hand and had to talk to my insurance agent to email me it to me she was very patient. The state inspection was quick and fast. Compared to other places I have been this place does have a lot of integrity regarding your vehicle.

Just paid close to 500 hundred dollars to have a tunup theyre good and what i Said four months ago i didnt know that there was something wrong with the engine and I will give them five stars couse there good and I thought it over and they didnt mess anything up on my engine if they want me to take the truck back to get another tune up i will take it back to them

Overall, they provided fast, friendly and great service. The facility is brand-new, clean, they provide free water and coffee while you wait. They also have free WiFi (51 down/ 9up) which is fast enough to keep you and/or your kids entertained.What kept me from giving them the 5th star could be an integrity issue or simply a process breakdown. Went in for an oil change, didn’t have coolant (low enough to get filled or be notified), little to no windshield washer fluid to see if they tip off or notify of the need for it. The windshield fluid was filled but not the coolant. The report indicated that the windshield was “filled” but coolant simply said it was “checked”. There were no notes that the coolant needed to be filled and if this is something that they do (most places do) they didn’t fill the fluid. It seems to be part of their multi-point inspection so my only suggestion would be to follow their processes.
